What you will do..

• Lead software projects to develop our cutting-edge e-commerce platform
• Work in an agile environment to develop a best-in-market experience for THE ICONIC customers
• Work on complex architectural and technical problems
• Write and maintain clean and well-tested code
• Deploy microservices using infrastructure as code technologies, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Terraform
• Work on distributed systems at scale with high traffic workloads
• Collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders in your team to build and maintain APIs in our microservices architecture (Kubernetes)

What we are looking for..

• Experience leading agile and lean software engineering teams
• Excellent understanding of fundamental engineering concepts - SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns, testing
• Software Architecture - well versed in a range of architectural styles such as mirco-services, event driven architecture, and migrating legacy systems.
• In-depth knowledge of scalable SaaS cloud solution services such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• APIs - RESTful API design
• Databases, experience with any RDMS (MySQL, Postgres, etc) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, DynamoDb, etc.)
• Security-first mindset
• Well versed in unit testing frameworks such as Jest
• Well versed  in Node.js (with either JavaScript or TypeScript) or PHP
• Experience with automated deployments (CI/CD)

Ways to stand out from the crowd..

• Exposure to Docker in production (Kubernetes, EKS)
• Experience with queue solutions to execute background jobs asynchronously (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Kafka, etc. any of these)  
• Experience working with modern front-end JS frameworks (eg. React, Vue.js, Angular)
• CSS/SASS and UX/UI Design
• PHP and PHP Unit
• AWS cloud experience

Senior Graphic Designer (6 Month Contract)

What’s involved…

Reporting into our Graphic and Copy Manager, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong motion design capability to create high-performing, on-brand static and dynamic digital assets across onsite, app, CRM/email, social (organic + paid) and partnerships. This role is hands-on end-to-end: from concept through to final delivery—always aligned to our brand guidelines and Creative Pillars.

• Lead graphic + motion creative delivery
  • Manage the design, production and final delivery of static, motion graphics and video edits from brief to launch.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Development Lead – Partnerships to join our team on a 12 Month Max Term Contract and help shape the next phase of our partnerships growth. Working closely with the Marketing Partnerships Director, you’ll define and drive the partnerships strategy roadmap—representing Marketing Partnerships in key Tech/Product forums, translating business needs into clear requirements, and influencing prioritisation across GTM, bespoke and MBI solutions.

You’ll be a champion of data-driven decision making, ensuring partnership initiatives have clear success metrics, test-and-learn plans, and post-campaign reviews that drive continuous optimisation. You’ll also own governance and guardrails across partnership solutions (pricing, formats, data usage and customer experience) to ensure our offering is scalable, sustainable and customer-first.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Define and drive the marketing partnerships strategy roadmap – translate our partnerships purpose into a clear, prioritised roadmap across GTM, bespoke and MBI solutions, in collaboration with Marketing, Product and Tech.
• Lead the Partnerships Insights & Reporting function – line‑manage the Partnerships Analyst, ensuring robust performance measurement, insight generation, and storytelling that guides decisions and proves value.
• Develop and evolve the marketing solutions portfolio – design, test and refine new and existing partnership products (endemic and non‑endemic) that are commercially sound, on‑brand, and customer‑first.
• Own cross‑functional project leadership for solution development – act as project lead for initiatives that build or improve partnership solutions (briefing, timelines, stakeholder alignment, risks, go/no‑go).
• Champion data‑driven decision‑making – ensure all major partnership initiatives have defined success metrics, test & learn plans, and post‑campaign reviews that feed into continuous optimisation.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, analytical and really passionate about partnership marketing. The role requires great interpersonal skills and someone who can build strong relationships with internal teams and our external partners.

• Partnerships, Agency and/or Business Development experience - 6-8 years minimum
• Broad marketing skill set with basic understanding of key digital marketing channels and their role in the marketing mix

About the role:

• You understand and drive company wide strategies and OKR’s. 
• Conducting market research, you will stay up to date with latest trends and products in the e-commerce industry and make recommendations on product and/or brand selection for THE ICONIC.
• You will monitor the inventory levels to maintain adequate stock levels.
• You evaluate vendor performance and assist in the selection and deactivation and/or exit process.
• You are able to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for contracts for both commission based (Platform) and OTB based (Wholesale) vendors whilst delivering the best customer facing assortment in the market.
• You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of vendor details including but not limited to; brand plans, SKU lists, department brand profile matrix, tiering profile
• Using clear customer focus you identify opportunities for improvements for the customer onsite experience.
• You are able to analyse data, interpret trends and propose informed decisions based on data.
• You have strong analytical skills enabling you to identify cost savings opportunities and propose effective procurement and platform strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, you are able to work collaboratively with vendors to achieve mutual goals and foster long-term partnerships.
• Liaising onboarding for vendors with internal teams and maintaining ongoing support.
• You work collaboratively with agreed key brands on building assortment.
• Managing inefficient and unproductive brands to propose informed strategies.
• You have attention to detail, particularly with contract terms and conditions. You are able to read and understand complex contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
• You proactively collaborate with marketing to identify both GTM and promotional opportunities for your category to drive sales.
