Who You Are:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in a technical position
• At least 5+ years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or related technical support-focused roles
• Proven hands-on work experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with networking, load balancing, storage volumes, observability, node management, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Linux system administration
• Proven ability to mentor team members, foster technical growth, and improve team-wide capabilities through guidance and feedback
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana

As the Production Engineer – Team Lead, you will be at the heart of CoreWeave’s cloud infrastructure stability and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management & Recovery:

Drive rapid incident resolution, able to drive collective technical deep-dives into unknown systems - connecting SMEs to find the unknown unknowns in their systems and how those systems fit into the broader ecosystem.

Team Development & Mentorship:

• Lead the development of the team by training and mentoring Production Engineer I/II in incident management best practices, tools, and systems.

Our Equity Options team is looking for a Trading Systems Engineer (TSE) to provide high performance, mission critical support for our proprietary trading systems. The role is to maintain a healthy trading environment and provide on-the-floor technical support. The TSE will also work on longer-term engineering projects collaborating closely with traders, researchers and developers to ensure maximum trading profitability by contributing to scalable, efficient, performant, clean systems and well-defined workflows. As the Maintenance Coordinator (MC) reporting to our Maintenance Service Manager (MSM), you will work closely with our Operations team, making an impact in a number of ways:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.

• Focus on injection-molded (IM) plastics, over-molding, LSR, and advanced assembly techniques like ultrasonic welding and laser bonding
