Your Role

As a Data Architect, you will take a leading role in designing, evolving, and optimizing data architecture for innovative, scalable, and secure solutions. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver data strategies that power decision-making and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Define, evolve, and document the organization’s data architecture aligned with business and IT strategy.

• Design enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, and physical), establishing naming conventions and modeling standards.

• Assess and recommend data technologies (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Mesh, Warehouse) based on evolving business needs.

Governance, Privacy & Quality

• Define policies and standards for data governance, quality, privacy, cataloging, and lineage.

• Lead adoption of metadata management and data discovery tools across teams.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external data regulations and security requirements.

Data Integration & Design

• Architect data integration solutions (ETL/ELT, real-time and batch pipelines).

• Ensure interoperability across domains, sources, and consumers using principles such as Data Mesh.

• Define integration patterns and data federation frameworks to deliver a 360° data view.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Act as a technical reference in data architecture, guiding engineering, analytics, and business teams.

• Promote adoption of data models, standards, and best practices across the organization.

• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and facilitate technical-business alignment.

Who You Are

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or relevant cloud and data architecture certifications.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data engineer

• 3+ years designing cloud-based data architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• 2+ years in data architecture, enterprise data modeling, or data governance.

• Led data model design (relational, multidimensional, non-relational) for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse architectures.

• Participated in multi-source data integration projects (on-premise, cloud, external sources).

• In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks including quality, cataloging, privacy, and compliance.

• Experience with modern architectures (Data Mesh, Lakehouse) and cataloging tools (Purview, Unity Catalog) is a plus.

Technical Expertise

• Data Modeling: Conceptual, logical, physical modeling; normalization; relational and non-relational design.

• Architectures: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh.

• Governance: Data lineage, quality, privacy, RBAC, metadata management.

• Platforms: Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Purview, Unity Catalog, Cosmos DB.

Your Role

As a Change Manager, you will design and drive end-to-end change management for a Transformation Plan guiding teams from AS-IS to TO-BE through clear communications, stakeholder engagement, capability-building, and measurable adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the Change Management Plan: Define tactics, milestones, deliverables, and tools to support the transition from AS-IS to TO-BE, aligned with transformation objectives and strategic outcomes.

• Lead internal communication: Create, validate, and deploy clear, consistent communications (e.g., newsletters, announcements, presentations, FAQs) tailored to different audiences; translate complex concepts into accessible messaging.

• Manage stakeholders and impact mapping: Identify, segment, and understand impacted groups (middle management, employees, operational leaders); develop tailored engagement plans and maintain an impact map.

• Facilitate and coordinate training: Co-design, schedule, and deliver trainings/workshops for impacted teams, ensuring effective transfer of critical skills and knowledge.

• Identify and manage resistance: Set up active listening mechanisms (focus groups, surveys, 1:1 feedback), detect resistance early, and intervene proactively with leaders and teams to resolve blockers.

• Monitor adoption and report progress: Define change KPIs, track adoption in near real-time, and deliver executive-level reporting highlighting risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery, research, synthesis to final delivery for client projects

As a Tech Lead Full Stack with a strong software architecture mindset, you will lead the technical delivery of digital products end-to-end—hands-on when needed—while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Who You Are

• Strong backend expertise in Java (ideally 17/21/25+) or .NET, with solid testing practices (e.g., JUnit/Mockito or .NET equivalents) and performance awareness.

Your role

You will act hands-on cybersecurity specialist responsible for the operation and evolution of the Cyber SOC across Chile and Colombia. This is a highly operational role focused on incident response, threat detection and continuous security improvement.

As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality across complex migration and delivery phases, combining automation, performance testing, and AI-driven QA practices.

• Design and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering all migration phases and environments

• Execute functional testing including E2E scenarios, API contract testing (Pact), integration testing, and regression suites

At Palo IT, every engineer is AI-native. As a Software Engineer (AI-Native), you will design, build, and deliver production-grade applications while actively using AI and Generative AI as part of your daily engineering workflow.

YOUR ROLE

At Palo IT, senior engineers are expected to be AI-native by default. As a Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native), you will lead the development of complex features and modules while guiding team members on technical decisions and AI-assisted development practices.

You will partner with Tech Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will apply Palo IT's Gen-E2 methodology to accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering & Development (Senior Scope)

• Lead the development of complex features, modules, and components.
• Design high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
• Experience with solution architecture.
• Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python for backend development.
• Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work (not just theoretical exposure).

AI-Native & Gen-E2 Skills (Required)

Your Role 

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within our Sydney team, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of modern applications using both traditional and AI-augmented engineering practices. You will architect scalable solutions, guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements.

Your Role 

This is a hands-on engineering role within a consulting environment, working directly with clients to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. 

As a Fullstack Engineer within our Sydney team, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of modern applications using both traditional and AI-augmented engineering practices. You will work across frontend and backend components, participate in code reviews, and develop scalable and maintainable solutions for our clients. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a member of an Agile delivery team, you will be responsible for the design and execution of test automation and quality engineering activities across Web, API, Mobile, Cloud, and Data platforms. YOUR ROLE:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure/Openstack/Kubernetes. You will apply DevOps practices and solutions, conduct client workshops to identify challenges, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver technical solutions. Additionally, you will coach delivery teams on DevOps best practices and approach projects with an engineering consultant mindset, providing expert guidance and strategic consulting to clients.

Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide technical expertise that enables innovation through both traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will help you build or be part of a high-performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations by effectively combining human expertise with AI capabilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customers with reliable and scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Design, build, configure, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and support various CI/CD, security, and testing tools.
• Develop multi-stage CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and frequent releases to production; assist delivery teams in automating their build and deployment processes.
• Document and share knowledge on developed DevSecOps solutions.
• Conduct client workshops to identify challenges, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and other PALO IT teams to understand client requirements, design comprehensive end-to-end approaches, and implement DevOps solutions that meet client needs.
• Approach projects with an engineering consultant mindset, providing expert guidance and strategic consulting to clients.
• Utilize AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to enhance development processes and improve efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

As our company transitions into an AI-focused firm, all developers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AI-augmented development practices. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Proficiency in working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for code generation and problem-solving.
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles for optimal AI tool interaction.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Critical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions.
• Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, deployment, costing, HA/DR, etc.
• Ability to coach delivery teams on DevOps principles (e.g., CI/CD, test automation, release automation) and engineering practices (e.g., TDD, BDD).
• Proficiency with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Strong exposure to container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AKS).
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, SAM, ARM, and Bicep.
• Experience in developing and implementing processes for handling releases from development to operations, including rollback solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and migrating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines).
• Good understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures and DevSecOps practices for complex distributed systems.
• Proficiency in setting up and configuring monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) and security tools (SAST, DAST, etc.).
• Strong RDBMS and NoSQL skills in deploying and fine-tuning databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch.
• 6-10 years of experience in platform automation, applying various DevOps principles.

Your Role

This is a unique and highly visible opportunity for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join Palo IT Thailand.

The core focus of this role is on maintaining, nurturing and growing existing relationships. Our preferred candidate has a diverse background in business development, consulting sales, business consultancy, entrepreneurship and has a proven track record of effectively influencing the most senior decision makers within the digital/technology domain.

• Develop and lead new client engagements
• Create customized proposals that reflect clients’ needs
• Research and analyze market trends, business cases, and potential solutions related to business opportunities
• Identify and participate in business development opportunities with potential new clients
• Provide strategic and account leadership on client engagements
• Ensure project meet client goals
• Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget
• Oversee account P&L across projects
• Balance the needs of the client as well as internal team
• Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking

Who You Are

• Minimum 10 years of experience working as a business development / sales in an agency environment or startup
• Extensive knowledge within the innovation, transformation & digital space
• Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
• Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and Thai, both verbally and in writing
• Be a team player, with a great sense of humor
• Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred
