YOUR ROLE:
The role of Senior Sales Manager plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Hong Kong. The core focus of this role is on maintaining, nurturing and growing existing relationships and our preferred candidate has a mixed background as sales, project manager/scrum master/program manager and has a proven track record of effectively influencing the most senior decision makers within the digital/technology domain.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead new client engagements
- Identify and participate in business development opportunities with potential new clients
- Provide strategic and account leadership on client engagements
- Ensure project engagements are successful and meeting client goals
- Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget
- Oversee account P&L across projects
- Balance the needs of the client as well as internal team
- Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking
YOUR PROFILE:
- Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
- Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with project management
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.

Your Role
You will leverage your software development expertise alongside cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll use your talents in software development, application architecture, and problem-solving to create rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions. You'll harness AI-powered development tools to enhance code quality, automate routine tasks, and expedite delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide technical expertise that enables innovation through both traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will help you build or be part of a high-performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations by effectively combining human expertise with AI capabilities.
Your Responsibility
- Drive Fullstack development with AI-augmented practices.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Understand DevOps workflows and implement CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Design high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI enhancement in applications.
- Leverage AI tool to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and development practices.
Your Profile
As our company transitions into an AI-focused firm, all developers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AI-augmented development practices. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:
- Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
- Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications
- Proficiency in working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...) for code generation and problem-solving.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles for optimal AI tool interaction.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Critical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions.
- Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Independent thinker with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
- Strong team player.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python/PHP for backend development.
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:
- Solution Architecture
- AI/ML Services and Frameworks
- Cloud Computing Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc...)
- Native Mobile Development (iOS, Android)
- Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter, React Native)

YOUR ROLE:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure/Openstack/Kubernetes. You will apply DevOps practices and solutions, conduct client workshops to identify challenges, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver technical solutions. Additionally, you will coach delivery teams on DevOps best practices and approach projects with an engineering consultant mindset, providing expert guidance and strategic consulting to clients.
Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide technical expertise that enables innovation through both traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows. - Provide customers with reliable and scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and support various CI/CD, security, and testing tools.
- Develop multi-stage CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and frequent releases to production; assist delivery teams in automating their build and deployment processes.
- Document and share knowledge on developed DevSecOps solutions.
- Conduct client workshops to identify challenges, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and other PALO IT teams to understand client requirements, design comprehensive end-to-end approaches, and implement DevOps solutions that meet client needs.
- Approach projects with an engineering consultant mindset, providing expert guidance and strategic consulting to clients.
- Utilize AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to enhance development processes and improve efficiency.

- Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, SAM, ARM, and Bicep.
- Experience in developing and implementing processes for handling releases from development to operations, including rollback solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and migrating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines).
- Good understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures and DevSecOps practices for complex distributed systems.
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) and security tools (SAST, DAST, etc.).
- Strong RDBMS and NoSQL skills in deploying and fine-tuning databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch.
- 6-10 years of experience in platform automation, applying various DevOps principles.
