Your role

You will act hands-on cybersecurity specialist responsible for the operation and evolution of the Cyber SOC across Chile and Colombia. This is a highly operational role focused on incident response, threat detection and continuous security improvement. 

• Manage the daily operation and monitoring of the Cyber SOC across multiple countries
• Analyze SIEM alerts and manage critical security incidents (Level 3)
• Perform threat hunting activities and proactively identify emerging risks
• Operate and optimize security tools: SIEM, EDR, WAF, IPS, Antivirus
• Participate in war rooms and crisis response for high-impact incidents
• Automate repetitive tasks and enhance detection capabilities
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to strengthen regional cybersecurity capabilities
• Design SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and detection strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams without direct reports
• Contribute to building a scalable Cyber SOC model across LATAM

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security
• 2-3 years of strong hands-on experience in SOC operations, Blue Team, or Incident Response (L3)
• Proven experience working with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, Wazuh, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of EDR, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, and network security tools
• Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, Zero Trust principles
• Hands-on mindset: autonomous, proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented
• Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus
• Experience in regulated or critical environments is a plus
• Certifications such as CEH, Security+, GCIH, or similar are a plus
• English level: B2

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Backend Engineer, you are a true senior profile with the autonomy and technical depth to not only execute but also design and propose scalable solutions in complex environments.

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and maintain microservices architectures and RESTful APIs with a strong focus on scalability and resilience.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Apply advanced resilience and integration patterns such as: Outbox / Inbox, Circuit Breaker
• Model and optimize data access using: Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) when relevant
• Implement caching strategies (Redis) to enhance performance and scalability.
• Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and contribute to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) practices.
• Ensure high standards in security and quality, including: OAuth2 / JWT authentication, Prevention of vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL Injection)
• Contribute to DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Containerization (Docker), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, plus), Deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes
• Ensure system reliability through testing strategies (unit and integration), observability, and monitoring (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry).
• Participate in technical decision-making, architecture definition, and product roadmap discussions.
• Conduct code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and mentor junior developers, fostering engineering excellence.

Who You Are

• You have 5–6+ years of true Senior experience in backend development with .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core.
• You have strong hands-on experience in: Microservices architectures, Event-driven systems and messaging
• You have practical experience implementing patterns such as: Outbox / Inbox, Circuit Breaker
• You have solid experience with: Kubernetes, Relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL), Git version control
• You demonstrate strong knowledge of: Backend security (OAuth2, JWT), Vulnerability prevention (e.g., SQL Injection)
• You are able to propose solutions and take ownership, not just execute tasks.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mindset.
• You are comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

Nice to have:

• Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB), especially for caching
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and DDD
• Experience with Azure cloud environment
• Familiarity with: Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)

Your Role 

As a Full Stack Engineer with a Front-End core (React), you’ll own the user experience and front-end architecture while keeping a strong end-to-end product mindset (APIs, data, performance, security, and delivery).

• Build modern, accessible user interfaces with React + TypeScript, following strong architecture practices, reusable component design, and clean hook patterns.

• Define and evolve scalable front-end architecture: conventions, modularization, design systems, code quality (linting/formatting), and a pragmatic testing strategy.

• Implement authentication and authorization flows integrated with IdentityServer, leveraging OAuth2/JWT, with secure session/token handling.

• Consume REST APIs (and GraphQL where applicable), ensuring robust error handling, state management, loading patterns, and resilient UX.

• Ensure excellent responsive design and user experience across devices and resolutions, with attention to accessibility (a11y) and UI consistency.

• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, caching, rendering strategies, profiling) using Next.js (SSR/SSG) where relevant.

• Implement unit and component tests with Jest and React Testing Library (and e2e with Cypress/Playwright when applicable), ensuring quality and maintainability.

• Collaborate closely with Backend and UX/Product teams to ensure functional and technical alignment, delivering iteratively with a focus on impact.

• Contribute to the backend when needed (often Node.js/TypeScript or an equivalent stack): endpoints, integrations, data flows, reliability, and performance.

• Raise the bar on front-end security: Content Security Policy (CSP), safe token handling, authorization-aware UI patterns, and general hardening practices.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of React experience building production web products.

• Strong command of TypeScript, component design, hooks, patterns, performance, and maintainable front-end architecture.

• Solid experience with state management, including Context API, plus complex UI states, forms, and validations.

• Strong UX/UI engineering instincts: accessibility, visual consistency, attention to detail, and responsive-first design.

• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger; resilience-first approach (errors, latency, edge cases).

• Practical testing skills with Jest and React Testing Library (ideally also e2e).

• Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG), modern tooling (Vite), and UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI.

• Familiarity with edge/CDN delivery (e.g., Azure Front Door) and caching fundamentals.

• Strong front-end security practices: CSP, secure token handling, and awareness of common risks (XSS/CSRF, etc.).

• Professional English for global collaboration (documentation, ceremonies, stakeholders).
