Technical Skills
- You have 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- You are well-versed in both backend language (Java/Python/Node.js) and frontend language (Javascript/Typescript) and are comfortable with the latest Object-Oriented technology
- You have hands-on experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases
- You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
- You are comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
- You have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery approaches, and version control systems like Git
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud and infrastructure/Devops technology such as AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes or Terraform

Lead Quality Analyst

Woven between all the stages of the delivery process is the work of a Quality Analyst: the technologist who focuses on the complexity and risk inherent in building solutions. Job responsibilities
- Aim to shift quality to the left in alignment with senior client stakeholders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand the product, create a quality strategy and ensure that the teams are empowered to implement it.

- You can program with one or more high-level languages such as Python, Golang, Shell scripting, Ruby or Java.
- You are familiar with DevOps and GitOps practices, driving the integration of observability automation into CI/CD pipelines, e.g.: GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI or equivalent.
- You have in-depth knowledge of configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM and CloudFormation for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
- You have an expertise in observability, logs, tracing and monitoring tools such as Grafana (Loki and Tempo), Prometheus, Graylog, Jaeger, Zipkin, ELK stack or equivalent.

Principal Developers at Thoughtworks can wear many hats. Depending on the client situation, you could be playing the role of a technical advisor to senior client executives, guide and direct solution architecture for large technical programs of work or drive technical implementation hand-on with our delivery teams.

- Cloud & Infrastructure as Code: Deep expertise in orchestrating environments within AWS/Azure/GCP, leveraging IaC with tools like Terraform to maintain modular and scalable infrastructure.
- DevOps & Automation: Proven track record in designing sophisticated CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab/Jenkins/Bamboo and automating complex workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Observability: Experience implementing comprehensive monitoring and logging strategies using industry-standard tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Strategic Consulting: A background in solutioning or technical consulting, particularly within the Singapore Public Sector, is highly regarded.
- Operational Excellence: Comfortable working in Agile environments, with a focus on presales support and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- You have a track record of managing the scope and shape of programs of work.
