We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and outcomes-driven Principal Analyst to join our GTM Operations team, supporting processes and systems across our global go-to-market (GTM) organization — including Customer Success, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.

You will act as a senior thought partner to GTM leadership, owning complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, drive data-informed decision making, and scale our customer lifecycle processes globally. This role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions, navigate ambiguity, and turn strategy into measurable business impact.

As a Principal GTM Operations Analyst, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders across Customer Success, Sales, and other GTM teams to design, optimize, and scale core processes across the customer lifecycle, including customer engagement, renewals, and account management workflows
• Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of global operational processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment to GTM and company priorities across regions

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of work experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end — from framing and analysis through recommendation, execution, and measurement
• Proven track record of designing and scaling GTM processes and driving measurable process and productivity improvements for a global GTM organization
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs with multiple senior stakeholders, with a strong ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear narratives and influence both business and technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Deep experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with GTM tooling

We are hiring a Director of Employee Communications to reset and lead this function at a higher strategic and operational level. As we set out to become a $10B company in the age of AI, we must drive a high-performance culture grounded in clear strategy and operating at pace. To do this, we must raise the bar on how our internal comms operates and delivers the information employees need in order to execute successfully, while strengthening leadership alignment, employee trust and clarity during periods of change. What you’ll do

As a Staff Engineer on the Identity team, you will own the technical direction of one of Stripe's most strategically important product areas. This is not a role defined by task execution — it's a role defined by technical judgment, architectural influence, and the ability to turn an ambitious vision into a reliable, scalable system.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy — Define the architecture for Identity's core systems (Identity Store, headless verification platform, fraud detection infrastructure), make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, and surface technical risks before they become customer-facing failures
• Lead 0-1 platform development — Architect net-new systems including the Identity Store, Networked Identity platform, and advanced fraud detection pipeline (behavioral biometrics, deepfake discriminators, adversarial training). Drive the evolution from a hosted-UI product to a headless-API and embedded-components platform

The Team

Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, load balancing (including our public-facing edge and internal service mesh), and observability and alerting systems.

The Fleet Management team provides the core runtime environment that empowers our developers to build and ship products to delight our customers. We manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Kubernetes fleet, alongside the critical components that ensure cluster reliability and security (e.g., CoreDNS, cert-manager, and Gatekeeper). As our infrastructure scales to support new use cases and products, we are spearheading a migration from Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to an Operator-driven lifecycle management model.

We are hiring an experienced Security Software Engineer (Staff or Senior) for our Infrastructure Security team to design and build scalable security controls and services within MongoDB Atlas multi-cloud infrastructure.

The Team

Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, load balancing (including our public-facing edge and internal service mesh), and observability and alerting systems.

The Fleet Management team provides the core runtime environment that empowers our developers to build and ship products to delight our customers. We are looking for an experienced Senior or Staff Engineer for our SRE, InfraSec team, to guide the security of our cloud-based infrastructure. As a Staff SRE, you will be very hands-on technically while also mentoring a small team of SREs.

The InfraSec team collaborates closely with other engineering teams to ensure that our infrastructure adheres to the highest security standards. They build essential security infrastructure and implement controls that reinforce the platform’s security posture.

About the Role

As the Partnerships Manager for our Model Ecosystem, you will be the primary architect of Together AI’s model library. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We are hiring an entrepreneurial Engineering Manager to lead Qualia's Application Security team. This is a builder's role. You won't just run a team - you'll redesign how a modern AppSec function operates when AI can do the first pass on nearly everything we used to do by hand.

The team today owns secure design reviews, vulnerability triage, internal penetration testing, incident response support, and security tooling across a JavaScript/NodeJS and Kubernetes stack. Your mandate is to scale that surface area vertically - growing output and coverage per engineer - by making AI-assisted workflows the default. That means automated pen testing pipelines, AI-driven triage of findings from SAST/DAST/SCA, agentic review of engineering proposals and design docs, and continuous red-teaming exercises that test both our systems and our assumptions.

You'll partner closely with Platform, Infra, and product engineering leaders to embed security earlier in the development lifecycle, and you'll be the team's voice when we set the security vision for the next two years - including anomaly detection across production traffic, model-driven threat hunting, and how we defend against (and responsibly use) AI-enabled attackers.

Securing that platform - the money, the identities, and the documents flowing through it - is what the Application Security team does every day. We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team into its next chapter: one where AI is a force multiplier for every part of our security program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and grow the Application Security team - coaching senior AppSec engineers, setting goals, and owning delivery against the security roadmap
• Build the automated pen-testing program. Stand up pipelines that run continuous, AI-assisted offensive testing against our services, APIs, and web properties - and turn the output into a triaged, actionable queue
• Scale triage with AI. Design the workflows and tooling that let the team handle 10x the volume of findings (bug bounty, scanner output, customer reports) without 10x the headcount
• Review engineering proposals. Sit at the front of the design process with engineering leaders across Core, Clear, Shield, Connect, and Atlas - reviewing RFCs and proposals, flagging risk early, and helping teams ship securely by default
• Run red-teaming exercises. Drive recurring red team engagements - both internal exercises and coordinated vendor work - and close the loop into detection, response, and product hardening
• Own the AppSec vision. Partner with the leadership team to set multi-quarter strategy across anomaly detection, threat modeling, and AI-augmented defense
• Fight fires when they happen. Lead incident response from the application security side, and be the person engineering trusts to make the call in the room
• Mentor and hire. Recruit strong AppSec engineers, mentor the ones you have, and build a team culture where people are pushed and supported in equal measure

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $153,000 and $270,300/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $180,000 and $318,000/year (including bonus or commission). In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to spearhead the CLX team. This role is crucial for continually refining our platform based on user feedback and strategically expanding its capabilities to support increasingly complex and personalized real-time workflows at massive scale.

As the Engineering Manager, you will establish and maintain best-in-class systems by contributing to the architecture, development, and optimization of our product. You will drive your team's success by defining efficient processes, fostering engineers’ professional growth, and collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Designer to align team efforts with core product objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a manager with a strong track record of success
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, with the ability to drive and advocate for best-in-class iterative product development and engineering excellence
