The Connectivity team owns the core platform that enables Scale to continuously generate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality training data to our customers. Our systems sit at the center of Scale’s data and AI infrastructure, powering large-scale workflows while supporting frontier AI capabilities such as multi-modality, long-horizon reasoning, and agentic behavior.
We’re looking for a senior engineer with deep experience building robust platforms, someone who brings strong architectural judgment, a bias toward correctness and reliability, and the ability to design systems that scale and evolve cleanly over time. This is a backend-heavy role with full-stack expectations and significant ownership from design through long-term operation.
Preferred: Experience building or operating data processing and transformation systems supporting complex workflows and evolving schemas.

We are looking for a senior Product Manager to lead Trust & Safety at Scale. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will own the product strategy for fraud detection, prevention, and remediation across our contributor ecosystem — building the systems that protect our platform from abuse while preserving a fair, transparent experience for legitimate contributors. T&S at Scale intersects every part of the contributor lifecycle: onboarding, task assignment, quality assessment, and payments. The scope is global, the adversaries are sophisticated, and the stakes are real.
This role requires deep domain expertise in fraud and trust & safety. You should bring a strong point of view on how to build world-class T&S systems — because you will be the resident expert. We are hiring Product Managers across multiple teams within our GenAI organization. These roles span both demand-side products (the tools and platforms our customers interact with) and supply-side products (the systems that power our contributor ecosystem). Each role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, technically complex problems at the frontier of AI — with dedicated engineering, design, and data science teams.
Example Product Management Openings:
Task UX (Demand Side) — Own the end-to-end tasking product. You will define how tasks are designed, how contributors interact with multi-turn chat interfaces, and how in-task quality is measured and enforced across diverse conversational modalities. This is a critical surface area for training the next generation of models.
Multi-Dimensional Quality (Demand Side) — Own Scale’s MDQ measurement framework, the CoPilot assisted-annotation experience, and our data pipeline connectivity layer. You will drive the core data quality infrastructure that customers depend on — defining how quality is decomposed, measured, and surfaced, while building AI-assisted tooling that helps contributors produce higher-quality outputs faster.
Pay & Incentives (Supply Side) — This PM owns the payment and incentive systems that serve Scale’s global contributor base. You will ensure 500,000+ contributors across 100+ countries are paid accurately and on time, set pay rates methodically by skill and geography, and design incentive structures that balance cost efficiency, data quality, and contributor satisfaction. This role sits at the intersection of marketplace economics, global payments operations, and contributor experience.
