We are looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering and offers the flexibility of hybrid (3 days a week) out of San Jose, CA, or can be performed fully remote. 

As a key member of the Zero Trust Exchange team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Zscaler production data center services, including servers, operating systems, storage, and supporting systems. You will be an instrumental part of the Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, and scalability of a cloud that processes tens of billions of transactions daily.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Own the reliability of a large-scale cloud service (Linux/BSD, bare metal, Kubernetes, custom load balancing, SD-WAN) by partnering with Engineering and Network teams to define requirements early, conduct operability reviews, and contribute code/design docs for platform resilience
• Develop and operate end-to-end observability (metrics/logs/traces, dashboards, alerting) and incident tooling to manage SLOs/error budgets, reduce noise, and improve system detection and diagnosis

• Take ownership of the preparation of proposals and teaming materials, working alongside technical staff. This includes coordinating and communicating with all service line leaders, project managers, and other technical staff proposal needs and expectations.  
• Set and maintain internal draft deadlines. 
• Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography, graphics, external sub-consultant data, and marketing materials.

We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our North America Enterprise Sales Team. This role focuses on driving expansion within enterprise accounts in the Life Sciences industry. Reporting to the Sales Director of Life Sciences, you’ll have the opportunity to work with world-class products, proven sales strategies, and a collaborative network of value engineers and business development representatives.

The Role:
The primary goal is to expand current logos and contribute significantly to our strategic objective of capitalizing on market potential and expanding market share across enterprise Life Sciences accounts in North America.

The work you’ll do:

• Drive New Business: Identify and develop new opportunities within a defined territory, targeting enterprise accounts to secure new logos.
• Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification to closing six-figure deals.
• Engage Strategic Stakeholders: Build relationships across multiple lines of business, engaging with C-level executives, operational leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver Tailored Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and demonstrate how Celonis’ solutions can solve their strategic and operational challenges.
• Showcase Value: Present use-case-specific pitches and demos, independently or in collaboration with Value Engineers, to highlight the measurable impact of Celonis solutions.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with Big 4 consulting firms, SaaS providers, and industry partners to enhance the value proposition for your prospects.
• Leverage Team Support: Partner with your virtual team, including business development representatives, pre-sales, customer success, marketing managers, and partner managers, to drive success.

• Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, BI, or ERP, with the ability to engage with C-level executives (e.g., CFO, COO, CSCO, CPO) at Life Sciences companies. 
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across Life Sciences process domains
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and works closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Product, and executive leadership to drive meaningful business outcomes. As an Account Director, Enterprise Sales, you will lead complex enterprise deals and own multi-stakeholder sales cycles with organizations of 1,500+ employees. You will build executive relationships, develop multi-year account strategies, generate high-quality pipeline, and apply MEDDPICC and Force Management principles to drive forecast accuracy and long-term customer value.

This is a remote role based in the Southeast.

What this looks like day-to-day

• Enterprise deal leadership: Act as the internal lead for complex enterprise opportunities, coordinating cross-functional partners across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Product, and executive leadership. You keep the team aligned, the deal strategy clear, and the process moving with urgency and discipline.
• Executive relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships across the C-suite, IT, and business leadership within organizations of 1,500+ employees. You understand stakeholder priorities and connect Pendo’s value to meaningful business outcomes.
• Value-based selling: Lead sales cycles focused on solving meaningful business problems and supporting digital transformation initiatives. You shape the value narrative, guide customers through complex decisions, and position Pendo as a strategic partner.
• Sales methodology and forecasting: Apply MEDDPICC and Force Management principles to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You maintain strong deal hygiene, identify risk early, and support accurate forecasting.
• Account strategy and expansion: Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that expand Pendo’s presence within enterprise customers. You identify growth opportunities, prioritize high-impact activities, and build plans that deliver long-term customer value.
• Pipeline generation: Consistently generate and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development. You take ownership of pipeline health and create opportunities through disciplined, strategic outreach.
• AI-enabled productivity: Use AI tools and insights to improve sales preparation, productivity, and customer engagement. You look for practical ways to work faster, communicate more effectively, and make better decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $280K-$320K, with a 50/50 base-to-variable compensation split.

Job Summary of the Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work with the Area Managers to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting, selling and servicing Axogen’s portfolio of nerve repair products. The Sales Rep will also practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning administration and expense planning and control. They need to increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing existing as well as new accounts. The Sales Rep will also train appropriate medical staff on Axogen products and procedures as well as meet expectations as defined by the Sales Management Team.

As a Technical Services Engineer - Portworx, you are the critical link between our customers’ complex cloud-native ambitions and the seamless performance of the Portworx® by Everpure™ platform. You’ll ensure the success of large-scale deployments across public and private clouds by resolving intricate technical hurdles that directly impact business continuity. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams, you will champion the customer voice to drive product reliability and innovation in the Kubernetes ecosystem.

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of the end-to-end customer journey, developing and orchestrating integrated GTM journeys and campaigns, and leading a cross-functional team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue growth. • Design and Orchestrate Integrated GTM Journeys and Campaigns: Lead the development of end-to-end marketing campaigns that move target segments through the funnel, utilizing a data-driven "jobs-to-be-done" (JTBD) framework to deliver personalized, multi-channel experiences.
