We’re seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Media Manager to own demand generation with the Amazon Advertising eco system.  This role is not about just managing advertising but actively creating solutions and strategies that drive profitable growth.  You’ll take full ownership of Amazon media strategy and execution, partnering with internal teams, cross function teams and agency partners to deliver measurable profitable growth.    

What You'll Do:

• Strategy Development: Own the strategic roadmap for Amazon paid media, aligned with business priorities and growth targets

What You'll Bring: 

• 4-6 years of experience in Amazon Digital Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role Summary and Impact   

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programmatic Specialist to join our growing WPP Media team. • 2-3 years of programmatic buying / biddable / trafficking experience (hands-on experience with DSPs).

• Familiarity with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Comscore, IAS, MOAT).

THE MISSION

As our Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions, you will drive the evolution of our B2C BNPL subscription product, with the goal of maximizing user value, retention, and recurring revenue. You will be the key person for scaling our fintech offering, balancing an excellent User Experience with regulatory and risk requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the subscription product strategy, managing a roadmap focused on business outcomes (LTV, retention) rather than just feature delivery;
• Evolve the subscription pricing and packaging model, managing promotional cycles to improve ARPU;
• Optimize the entire consumer funnel (onboarding, activation, and recurring usage), reducing drop-offs and simplifying the UX;
