Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.

Title: Senior Product Manager, Support AI Experimentation
Location: Remote, USA #remoteLI
About Toast:
Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love.
Are you bready* for a change? (Team Info)
The Support R&D team is shaping how hundreds of thousands of restaurants get help — and how Toast's care organization delivers it. Our scope spans three interconnected domains: the self-serve experiences customers use to understand their accounts, find answers, and resolve issues independently; the tools that empower Toast's human care agents to deliver fast, accurate, high-quality support via phone, chat, and email; and the AI-powered systems that deliver support directly — through chat and voice — at scale.
This is a high-leverage, high-visibility domain at the intersection of product, support operations, and AI. The systems we build connect deep customer context — accounts, devices, subscriptions, billing, cases — with intelligent knowledge retrieval, omnichannel support infrastructure, and increasingly capable AI. Our work directly influences deflection rates, resolution speed, customer effort, and the overall quality of the Toast support experience.
As our Senior Product Manager, Support AI Experimentation, you sit at the front edge of that work — operating as our dedicated scout and experimentation lead for AI-driven support concepts. While partner teams own the infrastructure and scale-out, you own the question that comes before all of that: what should we actually try? This role is for someone who can't stop thinking about what's next in AI, who has strong opinions about what's hype versus signal, and who gets genuine energy from turning a "what if" into a fast, scrappy experiment with a clear answer.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
Do you have the right ingredients*?
AI at Toast
At Toast, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn. We believe learning new AI tools empowers us to build for our customers faster, more independently, and with higher quality. We provide these tools across all disciplines, from Engineering and Product to Sales and Support, and are inspired by how our Toasters are already driving real value with them. The people who thrive here are those who embrace changes that let us build more for our customers; it’s a core part of our culture.
Our Total Rewards Philosophy
We strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits programs that help to attract, retain, and motivate the best and brightest people in our industry. Our total rewards package goes beyond great earnings potential and provides the means to a healthy lifestyle with the flexibility to meet Toasters’ changing needs. Learn more about our benefits at https://careers.toasttab.com/toast-benefits.
The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits. You can learn more about how we align pay with local labor markets in our Geographic Pay Zone Philosophy.
How Toast Uses AI in its Hiring Process
Throughout the hiring process, our goal is to get to know you. We use AI tools to support our recruiters and interviewers with tasks like note-taking, summarization, and documentation of interviews to ensure they can be fully focused on your conversation. All hiring decisions are made by people. To learn more: https://careers.toasttab.com/ai-in-hiring
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is Baked into our Recipe for Success

By embedding these principles into our culture and design, we create equitable opportunities for all and raise the bar in delivering exceptional experiences.
We Thrive Together
We embrace a hybrid work model that fosters in-person collaboration while valuing individual needs. Our goal is to build a strong culture of connection as we work together to empower the restaurant community. Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Business Processes. Nexamp's engineering capacity is expanding faster than our product pipeline can feed it — and critical business processes still live in spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and manual handoffs. This role exists to close that gap: partnering with department leaders to extract, document, and prioritize requirements for net-new tools that replace fragile workarounds with real software. As AI-powered development tools lower the barrier to building, this person ensures that energy gets directed productively — unlocking speed without creating shadow IT risk.
You will be hybrid out of our Boston, MA office. You will report to the VP, Product Management.
What you’ll do:
What you’ll bring:
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, but see yourself contributing, please apply.
At Nexamp, our mission is to build the future of energy so it is clean, simple, and accessible for all. We are committed to providing a work environment free from discrimination. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, veteran status, or any other basis protected by law. By encouraging a culture where ideas and decisions come from all people, we believe it will help us grow, innovate, and be a part of environmental and social change.
You’ll love working here because:
Not only will you get to take part in meaningful work and have the chance to change the world alongside innovative, dedicated, and motivated peers, but you will also have access to all the benefits that Nexamp offers! Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team builds security into Anduril's products from architecture through production. We work directly with business lines to design and implement security solutions tailored to their systems — then promote proven patterns into shared, composable platform services that the entire organization can use. Our mission is threefold: build security solutions for business lines, promote those solutions into the platform, and enable teams to build and operate securely on their own. The scope includes cryptographic protocol design, hardware root-of-trust architectures, secure communication for autonomous and robotic systems, operating system hardening, and distributed security infrastructure across embedded, edge, and cloud environments.
We're looking for a principal-level engineer to serve as a technical leader for platform security across Anduril. This role combines deep expertise in cryptography, systems security, and secure architecture with the ability to drive security strategy across business lines and the platform. You'll own the design of Anduril's most critical security systems — cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous platforms, hardware root-of-trust architectures for robotic systems, secure communication protocols for contested environments — and you'll set the technical direction that shapes how security is built into every product. This is a role for someone who has designed and shipped security systems at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and software, and can lead others through complex technical decisions with lasting consequences.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. Additionally, Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including:

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.
ZoomInfo built the industry's most sophisticated GTM data acquisition infrastructure. Now we're applying that same rigor to context engineering—the emerging discipline that determines whether AI systems deliver transformative value or incremental improvement.
This role architects the context layer powering our AI intelligence across Copilot, GTM Studio, and MarketingOS. You'll transform how ZoomInfo's agentic workflows access, compress, and deliver precisely the right information at exactly the right moment. The impact is organization-wide: every AI interaction, every intelligent recommendation, every autonomous agent action depends on the context infrastructure you’ll build.
We've transitioned to AI-first product thinking company-wide. The context pipelines exist but remain nascent—creating a rare opportunity to define architectural patterns and platform standards that compound value across multiple product teams in the years to come.
Architect Context Acquisition Pipelines Design and optimize how ZoomInfo retrieves, transforms, and delivers context from our semantic data layer, memory systems, and data producers. You'll balance retrieval quality against latency and cost constraints, implementing hybrid search strategies, intelligent caching, and context compression techniques that maintain information density while respecting token budgets.
Own the Context Layer Platform Build infrastructure serving multiple product teams—Copilot, GTM Studio, MarketingOS—as internal customers. Establish API contracts, developer experience standards, and integration patterns that accelerate feature velocity. Maintain the delicate balance between providing flexible building blocks and opinionated solutions that encode best practices.
Drive Quality Through Measurement Implement evaluation frameworks using RAGAS metrics and custom benchmarks. Monitor retrieval precision, context relevance, hallucination rates, and system performance in production. Translate quality signals into architectural improvements, working closely with ML engineers to iterate on embedding models, reranking strategies, and retrieval algorithms.
Navigate Emerging Research Context engineering evolves weekly. You'll continuously evaluate innovations—GraphRAG for multi-hop reasoning, test-time compute scaling, multimodal retrieval, compression techniques—determining which advances warrant production investment versus which remain academic curiosities. Bring external best practices to ZoomInfo while contributing learnings back to the broader community.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution Translate between three distinct worlds: ML engineers optimizing retrieval algorithms, platform engineers building scalable infrastructure, and product teams shipping customer features. Establish communication cadences, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes that balance urgent requests against strategic platform development.
Technical Foundation Expert-level understanding of RAG system architecture—you can discuss embedding dimensionality trade-offs, vector database indexing strategies, and reranking approaches with depth. You've built or significantly contributed to production retrieval systems, not just managed them at arm's length. Python and SQL proficiency enables you to review code, analyze retrieval issues, and prototype solutions for concept validation.
Platform Product Mindset Experience building infrastructure products where internal engineering teams are your customers. You measure success through downstream product velocity improvements and developer satisfaction scores, not just uptime metrics. You understand platform economics—how each additional team using your infrastructure increases its value through shared learnings and amortized costs.
Intellectual Velocity You read recent research papers from arXiv, ACL, NeurIPS. You prototype emerging techniques to understand their practical constraints. You maintain strong opinions weakly held, updating your architectural assumptions as evidence accumulates. The discipline moves too fast for static expertise—continuous learning is non-negotiable.
Strategic Communication You translate between technical depth and business impact fluently. You can explain to executives why implementing GraphRAG takes 6 months but unlocks $10M in product capabilities. You can communicate to engineers why business constraints require shipping "good enough" in 3 weeks rather than "optimal" in 3 months. You influence without formal authority through data, clear reasoning, and earned credibility.
Reporting & Collaboration Report to the Senior Product Director for Context Engineering, Semantic Data Layer, and Agentic Memory within ZoomInfo's Intelligence team. Work alongside PMs responsible for signals and ML scoring/recommendation models. Together, you ensure our agentic workflows fill context windows with high-quality, information-dense content exactly when needed.
Pace & Problems Fast-moving engineering team that understands the space. Company-wide AI adoption push creates both urgency and opportunity. Expect interesting problems: How do we maintain sub-200ms retrieval latency at scale? When does GraphRAG justify its indexing cost? How do we balance context freshness with cache efficiency? You'll shape answers that become architectural patterns across the organization.
Impact Define a nascent discipline at a company that's already AI-first in product thinking and organizational structure. Your architectural decisions compound—every improvement to context quality multiplies across Copilot, GTM Studio, MarketingOS, and future products we haven't imagined yet. This is infrastructure work with direct line-of-sight to customer value.

The work spans cryptographic protocols, operating system hardening, secure boot, hardware security integration, authentication systems, and distributed protocol security across embedded, edge, and cloud environments.
We're looking for senior and staff-level software engineers to design and build security solutions across Anduril's product ecosystem. You'll partner directly with business line engineering teams to understand their systems, threat models, and security requirements — then design and implement solutions that range from custom, business-line-specific implementations to shared platform services. The problems you'll work on span the full stack — secure hardware, operating systems, container orchestration, distributed services, and cloud infrastructure — and you'll move between them as the mission demands. We value engineers who are strong generalists: comfortable learning new domains quickly and working across security boundaries rather than specializing in just one.
We're also open to hiring talented software engineers with less security-specific experience, provided they have a strong track record building production software at scale, learn fast, and are motivated to go deep on security.
Experience or willingness to learn in a subset of the following:
