What we’re looking for:
Nexamp is growing our Electrical Engineering team, and looking to hire a Lead Electrical Engineer. You will be responsible for review of PV and ESS projects design by providing technical expertise in the interconnection, construction, and assisting in the commissioning of distributed energy resources (DERs). This role requires an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical infrastructure up to 345kV, including in-depth knowledge and expertise protective relaying and controls, and a strong working knowledge in applicable national codes including NEC and NESC. You will also will work closely with the Director of Electrical Engineering on department initiatives and process improvements.
We are ideally supporting hybrid work out of our Boston, Chicago or DC offices, but could support remote work if needed. You will report directly to our Director, Electrical Engineering.

Compensation:
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $160,000 - $180,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). What we’re looking for:
Nexamp is seeking an Solar Protection & Controls Engineer (Electrical Performance Engineer) who will be a deep technical independent contributor responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of Nexamp’s operating portfolio of distributed and utility-scale solar PV and BESS assets, currently exceeding 2 GW under management and in construction. In this role, you will apply advanced electrical engineering analysis to operating systems in the field, performing root-cause failure analysis, diagnosing complex and recurring issues across inverters, transformers, protection systems, controls, and balance-of-plant equipment. You'll identify systemic risks, validate corrective actions, and drive data-backed recommendations to reduce downtime, prevent repeat failures, and extend asset life. You'll also be responsible for optimizing control schemes and operating strategies, translating observed field behavior and performance data into improved settings, logic, and operational standards. Working closely with Operations, Asset Management, Controls, and OEMs, you will bridge the gap between design intent and real-world performance to ensure the fleet operates safely and reliably, while maximizing value throughout the project lifecycle.

You will leverage deep SCADA and data acquisition expertise across utility-scale and distributed generation projects to validate that assets perform as modeled and as represented to financing partners, banks, and utilities, and to close gaps in our growing SCADA pipeline. By owning the technical review and implementation of SCADA and related controls, you will help turn projects on, maintain critical deadlines, and confirm that operational performance aligns with contractual, market, and internal performance requirements.

You will also support the technology roadmap and project manufacturability through the supplier/business partner interface through the end-of-life project cycle. In this role, you will work closely with other key functional representatives from Business Development, Construction, Commodity Management, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure Nexamp's supply base is effectively serving internal and external customer needs. You will report to the Director, Project Sourcing.

New Leaf Energy is an experienced clean energy developer that partners with landowners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to accelerate the transition to a world powered by renewable energy. New Leaf Energy’s Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing the execution and administration of all clean energy project contracts.
This position’s majority focus will be on NLE’s new Power Plants division (“IPP”). For the first six months, the person in this role will exclusively focus on that division, working closely with the Vice President, Power Plants to set up systems to manage EPC, O&M, and supply and purchase agreements in support of the first tranche of clean energy projects to be owned and operated by New Leaf Energy through its new IPP. In the longer term, this position will have additional responsibilities to support other project-level contracts executed through NLE’s development business, including equipment procurement and vendor management within our Engineering division. As conceived, this role will be focused about 80 percent on the IPP and 20 percent elsewhere within NLE. However, it is critical to the business that the person in this role maintains a continuous focus on developing systems and contract support for the entire organization, centralizing our management practices such that we can be flexible in seizing new opportunities and managing them well in the future.

We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position in Boston is $104,470 - $119,760. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 10% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.

New Leaf Energy’s Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing the execution and administration of all clean energy project contracts.
This position’s majority focus will be on NLE’s new Power Plants division (“IPP”). For the first six months, the person in this role will exclusively focus on that division, working closely with the Vice President, Power Plants to set up systems to manage EPC, O&M, and supply and purchase agreements in support of the first tranche of clean energy projects to be owned and operated by New Leaf Energy through its new IPP. Those projects will break ground in the second half of 2026.
In the longer term, this position will have additional responsibilities to support other project-level contracts executed through NLE’s development business, including equipment procurement and vendor management within our Engineering division. As conceived, this role will be focused about 80 percent on the IPP and 20 percent elsewhere within NLE. However, it is critical to the business that the person in this role maintains a continuous focus on developing systems and contract support for the entire organization, centralizing our management practices such that we can be flexible in seizing new opportunities and managing them well in the future.
This position may be filled out of our Lowell or Boston, MA or Oakland, CA offices. We value in-person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment. New Leaf Energy compensates all employees in three ways: market-competitive base salary, plus above-market variable compensation, plus an equity-like program such that all employees experience the benefits of ownership. We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position in Lowell is $104,470 - $119,760. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 10% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Program Manager (construction) to provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and oversight across large, complex capital programs involving multiple projects, cross-functional workstreams, and diverse stakeholder groups. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining program governance, driving organizational alignment, managing program-level risks and financials, and ensuring capital initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and business requirements. This role leads execution and optimization of a portfolio of B2B events that drive demand, revenue, and brand perception, and feeds insights and recommendations into the broader event strategy. This person will own end-to-end planning and execution for a portfolio of high-impact events, tradeshows, dinners, swag initiatives, and thought leadership opportunities.
They will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Events, the Director of Brand Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners to set goals, define measurement frameworks, and report on performance and insights from our events program.
The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.
Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Position Overview:
The Procurement Manager is a strategic people leader and category/program owner responsible for advancing Acadian's procurement strategy and execution across key spend categories, specifically investment data, and technology. This role reports to the Director of Procurement and manages one direct report.
This role manages the sourcing pipeline for business spend and team execution, leads complex sourcing and negotiation efforts, and drives consistent procurement standards, process governance, and stakeholder engagement. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, the Procurement Manager delivers measurable cost, risk, and service outcomes while advancing procurement capabilities through data, technology, and best-in-class strategic sourcing practices.
Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days per week.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadian's comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, retirement, and wellness offerings.

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially sharp Renewals Specialist to partner directly with our Sales and Customer Experience teams to drive timely, efficient, and profitable renewals across our customer base. This pivotal role acts as a primary commercial advisor guiding the construction of optimal renewal order forms and commercial terms that align with customer needs and company objectives. The ideal candidate brings a procurement background from large enterprise environments and understands how sophisticated buyers think — using that insight to negotiate assertively, protect margin, and drive favorable outcomes for Transmit Security. This role requires direct engagement with customers to clarify and negotiate commercial terms, including the confidence to hold firm on terms and push back when needed.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with AEs on renewal construction, review terms and margins, and serve as the central coordinator across Finance, Legal, and Operations to manage the end-to-end contracting process. Your strategic thinking, negotiation instincts, and deep understanding of the customer lifecycle will be essential for balancing renewal velocity with successful, compliant, and commercially sound outcomes.
