The Sponsorships team plays a crucial role in driving the success of Roku's cutting-edge activations. The team is responsible for complex trafficking, quality assurance, and in-depth troubleshooting of all sponsorship products. This team operates across diverse platforms, catering to the intricate nature and tailored requirements of each project. Collaborating closely with Client Services and Product Marketing, team members spearhead the implementation of both new and established product offerings and packages. Members of this team have the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, gaining first-hand exposure to brand-new executions built to meet customer objectives and delight our user base.
Roku is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to join our growing Sponsorship team. In this role, you will help facilitate the launch and delivery of campaigns while ensuring compliance with standard processes and quality assurance practices. This position is highly cross-functional and will use a combination of 3rd-party and proprietary platforms to traffic highly customized, complex executions to drive user engagement across the Roku Ecosystem. This individual will have a strong desire to increase their technical prowess within the organization.
This individual will work well in a fast-paced environment and be a natural self-starter and team player. The ideal candidate isn’t a bystander. They are curious, hungry, and engaged, willing to jump in to solve problems and make data-driven decisions even when things feel very ambiguous. Our industry changes quickly, so we expect a great candidate to be comfortable responding quickly to emerging business needs.
This position works with the Senior Ad Operations Sponsorship team members and reports to the Senior Manager of Ad Operations, located in Boston, MA. This role is based in our Boston, NYC, or Santa Monica office.
For Massachusetts Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $94,500 - $122,850 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. The Project Manager independently manages the day-to-day delivery of multichannel projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand objectives and agency standards.
What you’ll do:
Own the lifecycle of assigned projects from kickoff through launch and closeout.
Develop and manage scopes, timelines, staffing plans, and detailed workback schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring clear handoffs and quality control.
Drive MLR and PRC routing, calendars, and submission packages with meticulous documentation.
Track progress, surface risks with proposed solutions, and manage change control.
Lead internal status meetings and ensure adherence to agency processes and SOPs.
Maintain file structures, naming conventions, and QA checklists across deliverables.
Portfolio Management: Oversight of approximately 2 million dollars in project revenue. No involvement in new business. Project-focused delivery.
Resource Management: Support resourcing data and requests. Escalate gaps. Own Gantt updates for projects you manage.
Client and Vendor Relationship Management: Participate in client calls. Lead vendor communications at the project level.
Training, Growth, Reporting: Enhance time management and foundational PM knowledge. Partner with Senior PM to maintain brand onboarding documents.
Admin Operations: Own Workfront routing, timeline development, and timesheet compliance. Maintain file structures and job code setup in collaboration with Account and Finance.
Execution: Enforce process and timelines. Build brand and disease knowledge. Begin strategic thinking at the project level to anticipate needs.
Finance: Create medium to high scale estimates. Pull project health reports. Flag scope risks and escalate. Mentor Coordinators on finances.
Culture, Comms and Collaboration: Escalate when creative redirection occurs. Share information and context with the team.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $130,000 - $155,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). The Role: The Senior Manager of Trade and Distribution will be responsible for management of Cogent Bioscience’s network of Specialty Distributor accounts. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. This role leads execution and optimization of a portfolio of B2B events that drive demand, revenue, and brand perception, and feeds insights and recommendations into the broader event strategy. Bezuclastinib represents the most transformative advancement in GIST in the last 20 years. The Senior Director of Marketing is recognized as an internal expert in GIST disease, market and promotions. The individual is responsible for developing brand strategy for the GIST indication and leading a comprehensive HCP marketing program for bezuclastinib in the US. The individual will lead HCP marketing initiatives and work closely with the cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote brand and company goals. As an in-house expert on HCP marketing and GIST, this person will provide leadership and guidance to the current team and cross functional partners on marketing activities, strategic and competitive planning, strategic and tactical plan execution, segmented marketing capabilities/execution, digital and omni-channel marketing to HCPs.
