About the Technical Lead Role:

As a Technical Lead at Nearform, you will be responsible for leading and guiding engineering teams while working directly with clients to translate business and technical requirements into impactful applications. However, as you’ll likely work on a variety of projects in your time here, your responsibilities may also include:

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to your development team.
• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.

What we are looking for in this person:

• Significant experience leading projects and mentoring as a Technical Lead. 
• Experience working directly with clients or customers to understand technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of cloud deployment models  
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, OWASP, PCI DSS) and risk management methodologies 
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of web application security, in particular DevOps and SDLC  
• Strong programming skills in Python 
• Expertise with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL or cloud equivalent such as Amazon RDS 
• Experience utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering 
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management 
• Familiarity in using AWS cloud platform for deploying and managing applications, particularly AWS ECS 
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and code collaboration. 
• Knowledge of containerisation
• Deep understanding of agile ways of working, best practices and design patterns.
• Deep understanding of version control tools, e.g. Git.

As a Senior Windows Identity Detection Engineer you will research and detect emerging identity threats by developing behavior-based detection methods. You’ll build tools and PoCs to identify and prevent attacks such as Pass-the-Hash, Silver Ticket, and MFA bypass. Your work will directly strengthen the security of millions of Windows endpoints protected by the platform. In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to expand your skillset beyond just Windows security, and to not only contribute, but to significantly influence the buildout of a new side of our business - Identity security - from the ground up!

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include: 

• You’ll be responsible for detecting the newest identity threats. Your role won’t end with a hypothesis or a document - you’ll have an end to end responsibility for behaviour based detection capabilities, starting from researching attack techniques, designing new methods to detect or prevent those, and implementing it in the product in the end (SW development in C++23 and scripting in Lua).

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) (German Speaking) to join our growing Customer Success Team, who are a key in helping our valued customers achieve their strategic objectives and obtain maximum value from their investment in their Armis Platform. The Position

The Solution Engineer will be the primary technical sales resource for our regional sales team and will assist in identifying customer challenges and driving technical alignment between customer needs and the OPSWAT solutions. As the Regional Support Manager for Italy, you will be tasked with driving customer success and adoption of TASER® and Axon products and solutions, with the objective of grant a successful adoption and use of our technology for the Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region. To accomplish this objective, you will be responsible for working with the Country Manager, the Sales and Engineer team, with the in-country partners and distributors to support our customers. Your Day to Day

• Provide timely, professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing platforms
• Own and follow through on support cases, from intake to resolution, across Tier 1–3 complexity
• Lead onsite and remote installations of Axon hardware and software
• Deliver technical training and onboarding to customers and partners as part of product deployment
• Collaborate with local partners and distributors, supporting their technical readiness and field performance
• Maintain deep expertise across the Axon product ecosystem, tools, and implementation workflows
• Travel as needed (~40%) to support installations, escalations, training, and evaluations
• Document and escalate product issues, bugs, and field trends to Engineering and Product teams
• Support product evaluations (T&Es) with installation, configuration, and field testing
• Schedule and lead regular technical check-ins with assigned customers as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, SEs, PMs) to proactively address customer needs and deployment blockers
• Adapt to evolving regional needs, occasionally supporting cross-functional or cross-team priorities (“Join Forces” model)

Basic qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Core Data team and play a key role in transforming TheFork’s data capabilities through the implementation of a modern, self-service Data Platform (DPaaS).

In this role, you will not only build scalable, production-grade data pipelines, but also contribute to designing and evolving the platform that enables domain teams to autonomously produce and consume trusted data products.

You will apply strong software engineering principles to data engineering, help define governance standards, and actively contribute to shifting our organisation from a centralised BI model to a federated, domain-oriented data ecosystem.

You will report directly to the Senior Data Engineering Manager and work in close collaboration with:

• DataOps team: who own the Data Platform infrastructure
• Architects: to ensure technical decisions align with enterprise architecture
• BI teams, Engineering teams and Data Science teams: who are the main consumers of the platform

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Design and implement scalable, production-grade data pipelines following strong software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, automated testing, observability).
• Lead the evolution of orchestration patterns in Airflow to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive technical POCs to evaluate new tools, architectural patterns, and performance improvements aligned with the platform roadmap.
• Contribute to shaping and validating the target data architecture in collaboration with Architects, Staff Engineers, and DataOps.
• Proactively identify system weaknesses and design for failure, defining mitigation strategies and resilience patterns.

Data Governance & Quality

• Implement and enforce data contracts and quality controls aligned with defined SLOs.
• Apply data modeling best practices including medallion architecture to create trusted, reusable data assets
• Contribute to establishing domain ownership principles and clear single sources of truth.
• Ensure lineage, metadata, and observability mechanisms are embedded by design in all pipelines.

Enablement & Collaboration

• Drive technical alignment across teams through clear documentation, standards, and mentoring.
• Partner with DataOps to ensure infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform automation at scale.
• Actively support product and engineering teams in adopting the platform, with a strong focus on developer experience.
• Build cross-functional relationships to accelerate adoption and drive platform impact.

Technical Expertise

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications 

Minimum 6 years of data engineering experience, including significant exposure to production-grade data platforms and cross-team leadership.

Data Platform & Architecture

• Deep hands-on experience with a modern cloud lakehouse in production-grade environments (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, …).
• Strong expertise in analytical data modeling (including medallion architecture) and safe schema evolution.
• Proven experience designing scalable, incremental ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of MPP systems and distributed data processing principles.

Performance & Cost Optimization

• Experience optimizing query performance and compute cost in cloud data warehouses.
• Cost-aware design mindset.

Orchestration & Data Integration

• Advanced proven experience with Airflow, including scalable DAG design, dependency management, and failure handling strategies.
• Strong experience designing and operating production-grade ELT pipelines using modern integration tools (e.g. Airbyte or similar) or custom ingestion frameworks.
• Experience designing self-service data platform capabilities is a strong plus.

Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong experience with AWS-based data architectures (S3, IAM, networking fundamentals).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
• Understanding of security-by-design principles in cloud data environments.

Data Quality, Governance & Observability

• Experience implementing data quality frameworks, data contracts, and validation strategies.
• Strong understanding of metadata management, lineage tracking, and monitoring practices.
• Experience embedding observability and reliability into pipelines (alerting, SLOs, incident response mindset).

Execution & Autonomy

• Lead initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to production rollout, with high autonomy.
• Structure complex technical problems into actionable plans and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Make informed architectural trade-offs balancing scalability, cost, reliability, and time-to-market.
• Take ownership of platform stability and continuously improve operational excellence.
