A reliable, privacy-safe, and scalable data foundation is critical to Roku’s rapidly growing advertising business. The Ad Data Activation organization builds the identity systems, device graph pipelines, audience platforms, insights tooling, and data collaboration capabilities that power targeting, measurement, and reporting across Roku Ads.
We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help drive intelligence across these systems. You will work at the intersection of large-scale data platforms, applied machine learning, and generative AI — building capabilities that make Roku's advertising data more actionable for internal teams and advertisers. This includes building core generative AI platform features for Roku Advertising, while also applying traditional ML techniques to improve accuracy, automation, and decisioning across the ecosystem. The Ad Serving team, based in Bangalore, is responsible for ensuring that ads on the Roku platform are relevant and of good quality, leading to better outcomes for advertisers and providing a great experience for our viewers. Dealing with millions of ad requests in a day, we need to have best in class ML driven systems to improve the way we serve ads in multiple countries and languages.
In this role, you will build and develop ML models to solve for content understanding aspects of Ads. These models rely on the visual, audio and textual content of ads, across multiple languages. This includes developing computer vision and machine learning models/methods such as deep learning models, generative AI solutions, large language models (LLMs) and vision language models (VLMs). You will work with software engineers and other ML engineers to identify, build, train and productionize these models to improve brand safety, increase revenue opportunities and help with moderation and generation of ad creatives in general.

Job Description
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
