Key Responsibilities
Previous experience in developing and maintaining interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Experience in handling healthcare data (Claims, Trials, RWE) is good to have.
Proficiency in working with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. The candidate should be able to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and charts.
Proficiency in Excel is important for data analysis, data manipulation, and creating Excel-based dashboards.
Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is essential for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
Understanding of data modeling concepts to design efficient and effective data structures for reporting and Analysis
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest BI technologies, tools, and trends.
Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data visualizations and reports.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accurate and consistent data for reporting.
Optimize and fine-tune queries and data models for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors / Masters in computer science or related subjects from reputable institution
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience
in creating reports and dashboards.

Position Summary
As an Inizio Ignite Senior Analyst you will be a core member of client engagement teams, leading sophisticated analytics workstreams and owning the development of high-impact analytical deliverables. About the role

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related
quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles, with a strong focus on SQL
and Python.
• Proven expertise in healthcare data, particularly claims analytics; familiarity with pharma datasets
is mandatory.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including data manipulation, wrangling, and analysis using
libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for working with large, complex relational datasets.
• Comfortable working with large-scale data and able to assess existing processes to identify
opportunities for improvement.
• Sound knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience creating clear, impactful presentations of analytical
findings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager – Digital Transformation, Utilities will serve as the central coordination and execution member for advancing digitalization across distribution utilities within the Grids of the Future portfolio. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that bridges strategic programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, technology deployment, and institutional capacity building. The incumbent will work closely with distribution companies (DISCOMs), grid operators, government energy ministries, multilateral institutions, technology vendors, and civil society organisations to drive measurable transformation outcomes at scale.
The role demands equal command of sector-specific technical knowledge — particularly in distribution utility operations, grid modernisation, software engineering, and energy data infrastructure — and of the human and organisational dimensions of large-scale digital change. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to a utility board, reviewing a technical architecture with an engineering team, negotiating a data-sharing protocol with a regulator, and steering a cross-vendor delivery sprint.
