The Opportunity
As the US Healthcare ISO / Six Sigma / Quality Manager or Director, you will serve as the strategic architect of our Quality Management System (QMS), reporting directly to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role where you will safeguard our reputation by ensuring rigorous ISO compliance and HIPAA standards while driving transformative Six Sigma initiatives across our RCM operations. What you’ll do
Own the Quality Framework: Design, implement, and govern the end-to-end Quality Management Framework tailored for US Healthcare and RCM operations.
Maintain ISO Excellence: Lead the certification and maintenance process for ISO 9001 to ensure global industry standards are met.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Execute Six Sigma and Lean projects to systematically reduce claim denials, rework, and turnaround times (TAT).
Lead Audits: Act as the primary lead for internal, external, and client-facing audits, ensuring high levels of audit readiness at all times.
Manage Governance: Oversee the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintain comprehensive risk registers.
Monitor Performance: Establish and report on key quality KPIs, including Accuracy, Compliance, Productivity, and Defect Rates.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and Security teams to align quality goals with broader business objectives.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee total alignment with HIPAA, PHI security protocols, and international data privacy standards.
Training & Mentorship: Conduct specialized quality training, review SOPs, and foster compliance awareness programs across the organization.
Strategic Vision: Define the long-term enterprise quality strategy and deliver high-level performance insights to the executive board.
Who you are
ISO Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
8–15+ years of experience in US Healthcare, RCM, BPM, or IT services.
Expertise in US Healthcare regulations and a proven track record of managing complex client audits.
Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale quality transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Superior documentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive reports.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Experience supporting US healthcare payers/providers (preferred).
Exposure to SOC, HIPAA, or healthcare compliance audits (preferred).

What you’ll do
Optimize Workflows: Review and streamline end-to-end RCM processes, including Patient Access, Coding, Billing, AR, and Denials.
Identify Revenue Gaps: Proactively detect revenue leakages, quality bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies across the billing lifecycle.
Lead Improvement Projects: Execute high-impact Lean / Six Sigma projects to improve First Pass Clean Claim rates and reduce overall cost-to-collect.
Conduct Deep-Dive RCA: Perform rigorous Root Cause Analysis on claim denials and rejections to implement permanent corrective actions.
Standardize Operations: Create and govern standardized SOPs, quality checklists, and internal controls to ensure consistency across RCM teams.
Manage Quality Metrics: Define and track critical KPIs such as Net Collection Ratio, Days in AR, and Defect Rates.
Support Audits: Partner with internal and client teams to ensure audit readiness and compliance with US healthcare billing standards.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Training and Automation teams to identify manual tasks that can be optimized through RPA or AI tools.
Drive Quality Culture: Benchmarking internal performance against industry standards to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Influence: Present process improvement findings and ROI reports to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Who you are
7–12 years of hands-on US Healthcare RCM experience is required.
Deep domain expertise in Provider RCM workflows is required.
Proven track record in process improvement and quality management is required.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with proficiency in data presentation is required.
Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt is required.
Experience managing large or multi-client RCM operations (preferred).
Exposure to automation, RPA, or advanced workflow analytics tools (preferred).
