We are looking for a Senior Quantum Field Engineer. As a Senior Quantum Field Engineer, you’ll be part of a team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum solutions and solve the world’s most complex problems. Field Engineering sits at the intersection of customers, markets, products and product teams, algorithms, applications, innovation and strategy - this is the team where ideas become applied and have impact.

Senior Engineer, Process Engineering | Global R&D Process Engineering Program
As a Senior Engineer, Process Engineering within ASM’s Global R&D Process Engineering Program, you will develop next‑generation semiconductor technologies. For the first 18 to 24 months, you will onboard into a comprehensive development program, combining structured learning with hands‑on work using ASM’s world‑leading semiconductor processing equipment. This phase is designed to accelerate technical depth, process mastery, and integration into ASM’s global R&D community.
Following the initial 18 to 24 months in the Global R&D Process Engineering Program, you will relocate to one of ASM’s state‑of‑the‑art R&D centers in Japan, Korea, or the United States (Arizona) for a permanent role. We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Helsinki. You will focus on facilitating Web API development and improving our core API Gateways, which process a billion daily calls. Our Gateway platform provides foundational features to handle authentication, authorization, rate limiting and many other features to develop, publish and operate APIs at scale. Our goal is to make it simple for service teams to expose endpoints through our Gateways and use core API features using our platform directly — while ensuring high API standards and consistency across all Unity services.

Reporting to the senior leader overseeing our product and monetization strategy, this role is critical in driving the strategic direction of our product pricing by translating complex market dynamics and customer sentiment into actionable insights. Your Mission
Build a talent engine to power Aiven’s next stage of growth. To do this begins with the right philosophical approach: you should view Talent Acquisition as a proactive commercial function, and put your focus on driving simple and effective solutions.
When it comes to hiring, you’ll specialize in building teams of engineers and technical experts focused on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and the open-source ecosystem. Along with that are the GTM and Central teams that help commercialise Aiven’s operations.
On top of this, you’ll own the roadmap for talent marketing and employer brand, talent operations, talent analytics and tooling. The expectation is that you’re optimising for efficiency, and leveraging AI and automation to allow the team more time for the value-adding human tasks.
Your day-to-day will be switching context from the small to the big problems: unblocking the bottleneck here and there, delving in and out of data dashboards, while supporting leaders on making the right talent decisions for their team.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on our cloud operations platform turning the best open source technologies into frustration-free cloud services. You’ll be part of the team that is focused on developing the PostgreSQL services and improving their scalability and reliability.
Our philosophy is to automate everything and to avoid repetitive manual work in everything we do. Our own backend systems are mostly implemented in Python with bits of Java, Go and C.
