• Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets, existing and new ones

• Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe
• Represent CVX publicly - at events, conferences, and in media - building visibility and trust
• Be involved in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets

Your Mission

As Commercial Manager you will be the first person on ground to build and lead our Finnish sales division in Helsinki. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure. You possess the ability to work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level, where you master an outreach- and consultative sales process.

What You Will Do 

• Develop and implement your sales strategy                     
• Build out the lead marketing machine
• Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets 
• Once you have hit certain sales targets you will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading a top notch sales team
• Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation
• Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results
• Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
• Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
• Work closely and in collaboration with other managers
• Report into the CEO.

• 3+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• A natural ability to sell
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets

Opgaven i Board & Advisory er at sikre at der hver måned bliver præsenteret de mest lovende vækstvirksomheder på disse events.

En af dine vigtigste opgaver vil derfor være at søge efter og udvælge danske vækstvirksomheder, gøre dem klar til at pitche på vores events - for derefter at matche de rette profiler i vores community med virksomhedens strategiske vækstbehov og ønsker.

Du vil have ansvaret for hele processen fra sourcing og analyse af virksomheder, til endeligt at hjælpe med at matche vores venture partnere til virksomhedernes management, bestyrelse eller advisory board.

Du vil være en vigtig brik i vores forretningskoncept, og det vil bl.a. være din rolle at sikre, at vi udfører den rigtige vurdering af virksomhedens behov, samt giver dem den nødvendige sparring og hjælp undervejs i processen.

En del af processen indebærer at præsentere mulige cases/virksomheder for vores øvrige Board & Advisory team og derudover tage en aktiv del i at sikre, at alt kører som planlagt, når vi afholder vores månedlige events, hvor vi præsenterer virksomhederne for vores community af venture partners.

We are currently looking for an exceptional Venture Associate to join our team in London and Copenhagen. As Venture Associate, you will be an important part of CVX's global investment team, where you will be responsible for your own portfolio as well as the entire deal journey from start to finish - from sourcing and analyzing business plans and markets to closing investment rounds. Your Mission

We're looking for an exceptional Founder's Associate to lead CVX Ventures through its next phase of expansion, both in existing and new markets. You’ll be the driving force behind our mission to build Europe’s largest and most active angel investor network - a place where capital meets competence to create extraordinary companies.

As Founder's Associate you’ll be at the forefront of everything CVX is and will become. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape vision, execute strategy, and hire and inspire teams across borders. You’ll set the standard and pace for how we operate and grow, while being ready to relocate temporarily as new markets open.

As our Founder's Associate you will: 

• Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets, existing and new ones
• Build, manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each market
• Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence
• Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe
• Represent CVX publicly - at events, conferences, and in media - building visibility and trust
• Be involved in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets

• 3-7 years of top tier management consulting or investment banking, combined with some start up or venture/private equity investment experience
