Position Summary
The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales goals within the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, delivering compliant and compelling product education, and driving appropriate patient access. This role requires expertise in neuroscience, deep knowledge of the local healthcare landscape, and the ability to partner effectively with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful value and service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually, providing clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information in a compliant and customer-focused manner.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives, leveraging market data, customer insights, and quarterly action plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections using advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids, clinical reprints, and brand resources to meet specific customer needs.

• Accurately track and report sales activities, business expenses, and customer interactions in a timely manner.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, and trainings; participate in national, regional, and local meetings as required.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists as needed, and contribute to cross-functional projects and field strategic insights.

Knowledge & Expertise

• Deep understanding of neuroscience disease states, Acadia products, and local/regional market dynamics.
• Ability to serve as a trusted resource in the medical community.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx).
• Strong grasp of payer dynamics, including Part D and specialty pharmacy/hub distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in the life sciences preferred.
• To qualify for Sales Specialist requires 1-2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical, and/or other related healthcare sales, with an emphasis on neuroscience preferred.
• To qualify for Sr. Specialist level, requires a minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales with at least 2 years of experience in complex or account-based selling environments is required.
• To qualify for Executive level, requires a minimum of 12 years of healthcare sales with at least 3 years of experience in complex or account-based selling environments is required.

SharkNinja is seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong Pure Players Key Account Manager to own day-to-day strategy, execution, and performance management of business across Latin America, with primary focus on Brazil.

This role will be responsible for managing Pure Players accounts end-to-end—driving revenue growth, improving profitability, executing joint business plans, and operationalizing the Global Amazon COE playbook adapted for Mercado Libre. What You’ll Do

• Lead First Impressions — Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, answering phones and supporting visitors with confidence and care
• Manage Scheduling and Coordination — Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, ensuring all pre-visit requirements and authorizations are in place
• Ensure Operational Excellence — Verify patient insurance, update demographic information, and collect copays with accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with Clinical Teams — Coordinate patient flow and communicate clearly with nursing staff to ensure a smooth and safe experience

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing basics, and the patient intake process
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient-facing protocols
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

The Food Delivery Packer is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality packing and handling of all takeout and delivery operations. This role supports delivery service in a full service kitchen that also executes in-house dining. To do so, the Food Delivery Packer prepares and stocks to-go wares supplies, stamps COTE branded to-go materials, packs all orders with care, stickers/labels to-go containers and coordinates timely handoffs to customers and delivery couriers in a courteous and accurate manner. OVERVIEW

The Sales & Service Lead is integral to the elevating the guest experience at ALO.  They will ensure we deliver our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, create a service-lead environment on the sales floor, and ultimately create a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Service Leader 

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connection and technical product education and supporting team members to address gaps through feedback and coaching 
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers 
• Analyze reports in order to strategize and deliver results; support implementing action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities 
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed. 

Business Leader  

• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized 
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies 
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests 

People Leader 

• Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience. 
• Directly oversee the Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; responsible for recruitment and development of talent 
• Use company performance tools to evaluate each operations associate and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement in partnership with the store leader 

Business Partner  

• Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads to ensure cross-functional training and to ensure the business is well-executed

The Sales & Service Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. Your Responsibilities

Staff Development and Leadership

Annual Turnover Process

• Assist with property staffing to ensure property has adequate support for the preparation and execution of annual turnover.
• Utilize Turnable to track electronic turnover board to ensure adequate progress is being made and deadlines are being met.
• Assess damage at move-out to calculate required charges and prepare final billing or process refunds. Track, respond and process any damage charge disputes.
• Assist the General Manager with conducting move-out inspections and vendor service walks to ensure units are ready for move-in dates.
• Provide hands-on help throughout all turn related tasks, including but not limited to moving furniture and appliances, assisting facilities team with punches, organizing high volume of resident trash and cleaning turnover units.

Financial Performance

Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable to print, review, reconcile and to allocate to job costs and vouchers into the accounting system expense reports and UPS weekly voucher billings, LTL freight invoices in a multi-site system. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for both traditional medical/surgical supplies management and 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain systems. As Roofstock continues to scale its national footprint, we are seeking a Safety Specialist to serve as the chief architect of our physical safety culture and a key partner in supporting our fleet operations.

This is a safety-first role. You will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive workplace safety program for the organization, covering everything from OSHA compliance and incident investigation to field safety training and risk assessment. You will also contribute to fleet operations alongside Scott Lawrence and the Field Operations team, supporting vehicle compliance, driver safety, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities

Safety Management & Organizational Culture (Primary)

Responsibilities

• Communications with clients, court, counsel, and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation
• Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses
• Draft and server summons
• Coordinate and summarize depositions
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits
• Drafting pleadings, motions and appellate documents and filing them with the court

Qualification

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of litigation experience (preferred)
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings

You will be an expert on production team workflows and drive goals and KPIs for the team of support staff to meet our goals while providing coaching and leadership. You will partner with other teams to develop workflow improvements to enhance efficiencies for the team.

Schedule: This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), with a rotating shift requirement shared among the Operations Team Leaders.

Team members will periodically work opening shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or closing shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time). This rotation is consistent across the leadership team, with an expected frequency of approximately 3–5 shifts per month.
