This position requires working onsite in Seattle, WA and follows a 12-hour 4/3 - 3/4 schedule. This is a day or night shift position with shifts from 6pm - 6am or 6am - 6pm depending on client needs. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Residential Security Agent (RSA) will serve a critical security function while maintaining a customer service-focused approach. The RSA will act as a member of the client’s residential physical security team providing onsite security services.  The individual will monitor access control systems, support incident management, and coordinate emergency response. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act to support threat management and emergency response and be the first point of contact for client security needs.
• Monitor and manage camera system, access control technology, and other security tools
• Advise and take action addressing unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts
• Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverables.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • This is an armed position.  Candidates must be current or retired law enforcement or possess a current Concealed Pistol License (CPL) issued by the Washington State Department of Licensing.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Washington State Armed Guard Card.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Residential Security Agent Team Lead  will serve a critical security function while maintaining a customer service focused approach. The individual will actively manage the team members of the residential security team (RST) and will work closely with the client’s executive protection (EP) team to ensure deliverables are met, process alignment, & sustain program development. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and track the day-to-day of the RST, to include: personnel, scheduling, equipment, processes, procedures, & incidents.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for advising the client in residential security.
• Collaborate with the client in the Development of SOPs, response plans, and suggesting security infrastructure.
• Brief the client EP Team and report on incidents, suspicious activity, & other developments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vendor Security Agent supports on-site security operations during active construction by controlling vendor access, monitoring personnel movement, and maintaining accountability of individuals, equipment, and materials on the property. This role is responsible for checking construction personnel in and out using a designated access management system, issuing temporary ID badges, and ensuring only authorized vendors are present on site. 

The Vendor Security Agent escorts vendors as required, enforces site security and safety procedures, and helps protect facilities and restricted areas throughout the construction phase. The position works closely with facilities, construction management, and security teams to maintain a secure work environment and respond to access issues or incidents as they arise. Accurate documentation, attention to detail, and consistent presence on site are critical to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify construction vendors have approved access, required documentation, and signed NDAs prior to entry
• Check construction personnel in and out
• Monitor and control vendor entry and exit points during construction activities
• Escort vendors and contractors while on site and enforce security and safety rules
