Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. Our Tanzania program, founded in 2013, supports more than 100,000 farmers with quality farm supplies, as well as fruit trees. Our team in Tanzania is headquartered in Iringa and supported by three smaller offices Mbeya and Njombe in the southern highlands, and Moshi in the north where the team is focused on expanding our services to new clients. One Acre Fund works in select areas in the Iringa and Mbeya regions, with a growing presence in the country’s north.

About the Role

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building market systems that work for smallholder farmers?
This is a senior role at the heart of OAF Tanzania's commercial ambition. You will define and lead the organisation's market access strategy and portfolio, deciding which value chains to prioritise, shaping the commercial model for each, and building the partnerships needed to make them viable.
You will lead a team delivering both farmer-facing and commercial workstreams, bringing together strategy, commercial design, field delivery, and partner execution into a coherent and scalable portfolio.
This is not a hands-on field role, but it demands enough operational depth to guide execution effectively and ensure that every moving part connects. You will need to move comfortably between high-level strategic thinking and the practical realities of delivery.

Responsibilities

Market Access Portfolio Strategy & Prioritization

• Strategic Roadmap: Define the multi-year strategy across priority value chains (e.g., cashew and avocado) with clear sequencing and resourcing.
• Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate and recommend whether to invest, partner, pilot, or scale specific value chains based on commercial viability and farmer impact.
• Risk-Adjusted Execution: Translate country-level goals into a focused portfolio that balances realistic growth with proactive risk management.

Value Chain Development

• Model Design: Develop commercially sound models for processing and aggregation, determining the best delivery approach (direct vs. partner-led) for the context.
• Partnership Management: Lead the identification, negotiation, and performance management of strategic commercial partners and third-party processors
• Program Alignment: Oversee farmer-facing delivery to ensure field operations align with both commercial requirements and farmer inclusion goals.

Performance, Analysis & Risk Management

• Business Case Ownership: Drive financial analysis, growth plans, and data-backed recommendations for scaling or exiting specific workstreams.
• Performance Tracking: Implement practical systems to monitor supply, sales, partner performance, and tangible outcomes for farmers.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify operational, commercial, and regulatory risks early to implement sensible mitigation strategies.

Leadership: Team, Cross-Functional & Representation

• Team & Operating Model: Build and lead a high-performing team with clear role accountability across HQ coordination and field delivery.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Government Relations to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of department goals.
• External Representation: Serve as the primary liaison for buyers, government stakeholders, and donors while advising country leadership on capital and talent allocation.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, agribusiness, agriculture, supply chain, or a related field.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in agribusiness, market access, value chain development, or commercial agriculture — including leading teams and driving strategy through to execution.
• You have strong commercial instincts and numerical fluency . You can build or interrogate financial models, read margins and costs, and make sound decisions from data.
• You have the ability to operate at multiple levels. Equally comfortable setting a multi-year strategy, managing a team, and getting into operational detail when needed.
• You have a practical understanding of how value chains work from farmer aggregation and quality compliance through to processing, buyers, and export dynamics
• You have experience negotiating and managing external partners. I.e., processors, exporters, buyers, or service providers — and holding them accountable to agreed terms and performance.

Acerca del puesto 

Buscamos un Key Account Manager Senior con perfil Farmer para liderar la estrategia de relacionamiento y crecimiento de grandes cuentas dentro del sector de Real Estate. Serás el responsable de gestionar y potenciar la relación con las redes y franquicias más importantes del mercado, manejando una cartera estratégica.

Tu objetivo principal será actuar como un consultor estratégico, garantizando la fidelización, el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y el asesoramiento continuo para que los clientes saquen el máximo provecho de nuestras soluciones tecnológicas.

• Gestión de Cartera: Liderar el seguimiento de entre 100 y 150 cuentas, con foco en el desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo y visión estratégica.
• Relacionamiento Presencial: Generar visitas recurrentes para construir vínculos sólidos y presentar métricas clave de rendimiento de pauta.
• Ventas y Upselling: Cumplir con los objetivos de venta mensual, identificando oportunidades de upsell y cerrando productos Core para los Top Clients.
• Capacitación: Brindar workshops y capacitaciones a los clientes y sus equipos para asegurar la adopción de herramientas y funcionalidades.
• Retención y Negociación: Gestionar activamente los pedidos de downsell y garantizar la renovación de los pedidos extras mensuales.
• Trade Marketing: Gestionar de forma autónoma acciones de fidelización como webinars, almuerzos ejecutivos, entrevistas y zonas de debate.
• Gestión en Salesforce: Registrar de manera rigurosa cada actividad y contacto con los clientes en el CRM.
• Eventos: Participar y convocar clientes para eventos de fidelización, tanto digitales como los eventos presenciales de fin de año.
• Obejtivos: Alcanzar los objetivos de venta mensuales y trimestrales.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en ventas, con al menos 1 año gestionando cuentas grandes (Enterprise/Corporate).
• Background: Valoramos experiencia en empresas de tecnología, consumo masivo o conocimiento profundo del rubro Real Estate.
• Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelente oratoria y capacidad para capacitar a equipos grandes de venta.
• Capacidad Analítica: Habilidad para analizar métricas de performance y planificar acciones orientadas a resultados.
• Autonomía: Autonomía para el desarrollo de acciones y manejo de agenda.
• Educación: Universitario graduado o avanzado (preferentemente).
• Idiomas: Inglés o portugués (deseable).

About the Role

We are looking for a strong analyst to provide technical guidance, analytical support, and quality assurance across a portfolio of 2–3 country programs within One Acre Fund’s growth country portfolio. Countries of operation currently include Tanzania, DRC, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia, and Burundi.

Country MEL Leads are responsible for day-to-day MEL operations in their respective programs. The Global MEL Senior Associate complements this by bringing dedicated technical depth and cross-country perspective reviewing and strengthening analytical approaches, advising on evaluation methodology, building tools and frameworks that leads can adopt, and surfacing learnings across the portfolio. Over time, this role is expected to meaningfully build MEL capacity in the countries it supports.

Beyond country support, the role contributes to selected Global MEL initiatives such as the design and rollout of team trainings, development of shared tools and templates, and cross-program methodology work. Depending on candidate's profile, the portfolio may also include analytical support for One Acre Fund’s Agroforestry program, a large and technically complex area with significant opportunity for rigorous measurement work.

The Global MEL Senior Associate will report to a Senior Manager on the Global MEL Team.

Responsibilities

Country Portfolio Support

• Serve as the primary technical resource for country MEL Leads in your assigned portfolio, providing structured guidance, review, and feedback throughout the program cycle.
• Review and strengthen survey instruments and data collection approaches, including questionnaire design and programming in CommCare (or equivalent), prior to deployment.
• Assess and improve data quality backcheck processes, identifying opportunities to automate checks and strengthen data validation pipelines.
• Review and advise on country-level data analysis (Stata required; R a plus), ensuring analytical integrity, reproducibility, and appropriate interpretation of results.
• Quality-control MEL deliverables — including reports, dashboards, and presentations — and provide actionable feedback to raise the standard of country outputs.
• Help country MEL Leads translate data and evaluation findings into clear, decision-relevant insights for program teams and leadership.
• Actively identify and share learnings across your portfolio — bringing effective approaches from one country to another and flagging common challenges to the broader Global MEL team.

Evaluation Design & Methodology

• Advise on evaluation design and review methodology across assigned programs, with fluency in quasi-experimental approaches (propensity score matching, difference-in-differences) and randomized controlled trials.
• Proactively identify methodological gaps or risks in ongoing evaluations and surface these to the relevant Global Senior Manager and MEL Director early — not just at reporting time.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of global MEL standards, evaluation frameworks, and shared analytical tools for use across country programs.

Global MEL Initiatives

• Contribute to the design and rollout of MEL trainings and capacity-building programs for country MEL teams, translating global standards into practical, accessible learning materials.
• Support the development of shared tools, templates, and guidance documents that improve consistency and quality across One Acre Fund’s MEL portfolio.
• Contribute to cross-program methodology projects and special initiatives as prioritized by the Global MEL Director, which may include piloting new approaches, conducting portfolio-level analyses, or supporting strategic planning.
• Depending on candidate profile, provide dedicated analytical support to One Acre Fund’s Agroforestry portfolio. This is a large and technically complex program area with a range of open methodological questions; a key value of this support is having someone with the bandwidth to engage with these questions proactively throughout the year. Work would involve close collaboration with the Agroforestry team and MEL Director on measurement approaches, data systems, and building the evidence base for tree-related program outcomes.
• Peer review cross-country workstreams, providing quality control and suggesting areas for improvement.

We are seeking a technically strong MEL professional with a passion for smallholder agriculture and a commitment to evidence-based program improvement. Candidates who fit the following criteria are strongly encouraged to apply:

Analytical Excellence

• Advanced quantitative skills; proficiency in Stata is required. R is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience with impact evaluation design and methods, including propensity score matching (PSM), difference-in-differences (DiD), and/or randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical rigor and reproducibility.

Survey & Data Systems

• Experience designing and programming surveys for mobile data collection; CommCare experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve data quality assurance processes, including back-check surveys and automated data validation.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or applied research, preferably in international development.
• Master’s degree in economics, applied statistics, agricultural economics, or a closely related field.
• Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa and with smallholder agricultural programs strongly preferred.

Domain Knowledge

• Background in agriculture required; familiarity with common agricultural MEL frameworks and indicators (e.g., yield estimation, adoption surveys, income measurement) is a plus.
• Experience with agroforestry, tree planting programs, or forest ecosystem measurement is strongly preferred and will be a significant advantage in portfolio assignment.

Communication & Collaboration

• Professional fluency in English required; strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in French is a significant asset, particularly for candidates supporting DRC.
• Collaborative working style with a service orientation; comfortable providing structured feedback and coaching to peers and junior colleagues.
• Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 10–25% of time).

Make a significant impact on our growth! We are seeking an Account Manager who will step into a unique, high-impact role designed for a driven individual ready to build their own success. You’ll start as a dedicated Hunter and Prospector, responsible for identifying high-potential customers within the SMB and Commercial segments that fit PandaDoc's ideal customer profile and creating new expansion opportunities from scratch.

You’ll initially focus purely on prospecting and expanding our unattached customer base (meaning customers with no currently assigned Account Manager). Once a book of business becomes available, you’ll transition into a traditional Account Manager role, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership with your newly acquired book of business.

Because this role transitions from hunter to farmer, there are three phases you’ll move through:

1. Initial Phase: Hunting, Prospecting, & Opportunity Generation (The Hunter)

• Proactive Prospecting: Strategically research and prospect high-value targets within the existing customer base or through warm leads that fit our SMB and Commercial expansion profile. This includes high-volume outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
• Pipeline Generation: Develop and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline, scheduling discovery calls and running initial product demonstrations to qualify and generate new expansion opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Customer Success, Leadership and RevOps team to refine targeting and messaging for maximum prospecting effectiveness.
• Deal Ownership: Drive opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless, high-velocity sales cycle.

2. Transition Phase: Strategic Account Management & Growth (The Farmer)

• Book of Business Transition: Upon availability (to be determined by leadership), you will transition from pure hunting to full-cycle ownership of an assigned book of business.
• Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive significant revenue growth within your portfolio by consistently exceeding monthly growth targets through strategic account management and proactive identification of expansion opportunities.
• Customer Success & Retention: Partner closely with Customer Success to minimize customer churn and maximize retention by consistently delivering value, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. 
• Strategic Account Management: Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, challenges, and goals to uncover opportunities for our solution to drive their success and foster long-term strategic partnerships.

3. Ongoing Responsibilities

The role

As a Research Analyst on GiveWell's Commons team, you will support our broader research team in identifying cost-effective giving opportunities. Your work will contribute to GiveWell’s decisions about how hundreds of millions of dollars will be spent to save and improve the lives of people living in the lowest-income communities in the world. You will also play a key role in fulfilling our commitment to transparency and ensuring that the work we produce is accurate and high quality.

You will contribute to our work in a variety of ways, including:

• Quality checking pages we publish about our work and spreadsheets that we rely on to inform our decision making
• Writing public summaries of the reasoning behind our grant decisions
• Answering defined research questions via desk research (for example, "What options does a maize farmer in Malawi have for selling their product?" or "How difficult is it for adults in rural Mozambique to purchase basic health commodities like chlorine tablets or insecticide treated nets?")
• Summarizing results from the monitoring and evaluation reports that grantees send us
• Updating our cost-effectiveness analyses to reflect new information or analysis performed by other research staff
• Exploring ways to use AI tools to increase the efficiency and quality of our team's work
• Providing occasional project management support (more detail below)

Why this role may not be the right fit

We want to be transparent about what this position entails so you can make an informed decision about whether it's right for you:

• This is an entry-level research position. For your first year, you'll primarily conduct vetting work—rigorously checking the work outputs of more senior research team members for accuracy and clarity. You won’t be driving strategic decisions or leading major research initiatives.
• Your projects will be assigned rather than self-generated. Senior researchers and program officers will determine your work priorities (typically vetting and well-defined research tasks) based on team needs. You'll have opportunities to share ideas and contribute to scoping discussions, but you won't set research strategy or have autonomy over your research agenda in this role.
• You won't specialize in a single grantmaking area. We're looking for generalists who can contribute across our grantmaking teams. You'll develop deep analytical skills through vetting, but you won't become "the malaria person" or focus exclusively on one cause area or intervention type.

If this sounds exciting to you—if you want to spend at least a year becoming excellent at rigorous vetting work and gaining familiarity with the fundamentals of GiveWell’s cost-effectiveness analyses—then this role could be a great fit. But if you're primarily motivated by strategic influence, specialization, or project ownership, you might want to wait for a more senior opportunity.

Team structure

Our research team is organized into subteams that each focus on a specific area of our grantmaking (malaria, water quality, vaccinations, etc.). The Commons team is external to these subteams; we provide shared and flexible research capacity so we can direct our effort toward the highest priority areas at a given time. As a Research Analyst on the Commons team, you will have opportunities to learn about and contribute to investigations across research subteams, giving you a breadth of knowledge about GiveWell's work. 

You may also have opportunities to temporarily embed in a subteam for the duration of a grant investigation or other project. During these periods, in addition to the research work noted above, you may be asked to help with the project management of research investigations, which can include tasks like maintaining our information management systems, keeping track of progress and checking in with relevant stakeholders as needed, scheduling and taking notes during calls with external contacts, and generally driving our investigations forward. 

In some cases, we expect that Research Analysts who are excelling in their role will be embedded permanently in a grantmaking subteam.

Role details and benefits

Team: You’ll report to the Commons Lead or Commons Coordinator.

Compensation: We share upfront information about our compensation for every role. We set compensation based on internal leveling and external benchmarking, and we typically do not negotiate compensation at the offer stage.

• NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area: $115,500
• All other U.S. locations: $105,000
• UK and Canada: We'll convert the non-NYC/Bay area salary into local currency using historical USD exchange rates.

Location: GiveWell staff primarily work remotely within the United States. GiveWell has offices in Oakland, California, Brooklyn, New York City, and London, UK which you are welcome but not required to work from. 

• International applicants: For this role, we can currently only hire team members based in the UK, Canada, or the United States who have prior work authorization.

Hiring Process

After the initial application, our application process uses a mixture of interviews and work trials, which are anonymized before grading. We pay a flat rate for our work trials, beginning with the longer vetting assignment.

The work trials in our process allow us to better understand how applicants’ skills will translate to the work we do and allows you to learn more about our work. They also reduce bias in our hiring process — we’re better able to hire candidates with nontraditional backgrounds who nonetheless excel in our trials.

Our process is as follows:

• Initial application. Our application asks for basic information about you and why you are applying, as well as a number of questions designed to help us assess your fit for the role. We request that you include a resumé. We do not plan to review other materials, like cover letters or letters of recommendation, so we encourage you not to submit these.
• Spreadsheet vet assignment. You will be asked to review a spreadsheet for accuracy and reasoning transparency. This exercise should take a maximum of 4 hours and will be compensated at a flat rate of $184. Submissions will be graded anonymously.
• Spreadsheet vet follow-up: We’ll invite you to a 25 min call with someone from our hiring team to talk through your thought process on the vetting assignment and dig into any questions they have about your work.
• Grant page work trial: You will be asked to turn a rough, AI-generated draft of a page explaining our reasoning for making a fictional grant into a polished, public-facing grant page. This exercise should take a maximum of 6 hours and will be compensated at a flat rate of $276. 
• Interviews. You will have two additional interviews. In one, you’ll meet with the two hiring managers for this role to talk about your work on the trial assignments and answer any questions you have about the role. In the second, you’ll discuss your own work experience and GiveWell’s values.
• Reference checks. The final step in our process is to request and contact two references. If possible, we prefer for at least one reference to be a former or current manager.

You will receive communication about whether you are advancing after each stage of the process. We strive to respond to all applications within two weeks across all stages of the process; however, we typically receive a large volume of applications and may not always be able to achieve our desired response times. About the Role

Seeking an experienced professional with over 3 years of experience managing agroforestry or other field-based rural/development projects, with great team and project management skills, to help us reach more farmers & serve them with tree products.

Responsibilities

Delivery of Program KPI

• Support the successful execution of Trees field operations at state/regional level, which includes field team set up, nursery set up and management, seedling production and sales, farmer enrolment, farmer adoption and post distribution activities with the target of 100% timely completion across all.
• Support the successful delivery of other program division targets as assigned to ensure OAF is serving farmers holistically across multiple business units.

Team Management

• State-wide field team management, including field directors, assistant field directors, field managers, field assistants (and/or other casuals engaged at the site and nursery level), and nursery managers with a responsibility to serve a minimum of 160,000 farmers annually.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and evaluate team members through direct management, as in the case of FDs/AFDs and/or indirect management of field managers to drive program goals across the state.

Talent Management

• Conduct regular skills gap assessments in collaboration with L&D to identify team training needs for trees, either at the state, regional or program-wide level.
• Lead annual recruitment campaigns for open roles.

Research and Program Execution

• Undertake independent stretch projects that contribute to the program’s success as specified by the program leadership.
• Liaise with collaborators from other farmer-facing and support departments to support innovations and new approaches that will help OAF serve more farmers in better/more sustainable ways 

Training and meetings

• Attend all relevant Programs Division and Trees department events as required, including trainings and meetings.
• Support and participate regularly in district-level meetings and occasionally pod-level meetings to build fluency of field-level challenges, farmer insights and execution approaches.

About the Role

Quality & Compliance

• ISO 17025 Lead: Build and maintain the quality systems to keep the lab internationally accredited.
• Audit Expert: Main point of contact for regulators (KENAS, NEMA, DOSHS). You fix system gaps before external inspectors find them.
• Accuracy Checks: Compare lab results with global benchmarks (Proficiency Testing) to prove data reliability.

Job Description

As a National Sales Director at SmartRent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our industry leading hardware and software solutions; adding new units and expanding ARR of enterprise level clients within your territory. You will cultivate and grow relationships with our existing clients for expansion opportunities. You will also be responsible for prospecting new business and acquiring new logos; having a consultative approach while running a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders. In this position, you will report to our Vice President of Sales (West) and be responsible for sales in our broader West territory.

Responsibilities

Food Safety & Product Integrity

• Build the Standards: Help set up and run food safety systems (like HACCP, FSSC 22000, and GlobalG.A.P.) and create tracking metrics (KPIs) for them.
• Inspect Operations: Regularly check the factory to make sure it meets safety and legal rules. This includes:
• Running swab tests, chemical checks, and moisture tests to double-check the factory lab's accuracy.
• Testing the recall system unexpectedly to prove the team can track any product from farm to bag in under 4 hours.
• Doing surprise checks on cleaning, allergen controls, and germ prevention.
• Fix Issues: Investigate food safety problems, figure out what went wrong, and help the factory team fix it.

 Workplace Safety (OSHA)

• Assess Hazards: Check processing machinery to make sure physical safety guards and emergency shut-offs work properly.
• Manage High-Risk Areas: Enforce rules for safe stacking heights and fall protection.

We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Manager  who will play a critical role in upholding the trust our customers place in our brand by ensuring the highest quality raw materials are used in our products. 

The Supplier Quality Manager will investigate, analyze and resolve supplier, manufacturing, and customer quality problems from raw materials by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends, leading continuous improvement projects or other methods as deemed appropriate.

As the Supplier Quality Manager, you will be the liaison between our plants and suppliers within the food safety and quality group. You will review documentation, 3rd party audits, perform hazard analysis/risk rankings for suppliers and ingredients, perform supplier audits, and participate in spec configuration. The Supplier Quality Manager will report directly to the Senior Quality Engineering Manager.

• Supplier Qualification & Onboarding: Develop and manage a robust process for selecting and approving new suppliers based on their technical capabilities, food safety programs, and historical performance.
• Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular on-site or remote audits of supplier facilities to ensure adherence to GFSI-recognized standards (e.g., SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000) and regulatory requirements such as FSMA and USDA.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and oversee supplier scorecards to ensure scores reflect incidents (food safety, quality, defects), communication, documentation, and audit scores.
• Incident Management (CAPA): Lead investigations focusing on Root Cause Analysis into supplier-related quality issues (e.g., foreign objects, microbial contamination) that come from complaints or from logged incidents, and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to prevent recurrence.
• Specification Management: Partner with R&D and Procurement to define and maintain detailed ingredient and packaging specifications, ensuring all Certificates of Analysis (COAs) meet internal standards.
• Risk Assessment: Perform science-based risk assessments for all raw materials, categorizing suppliers by risk level to determine the necessary frequency of audits and testing.
• Provide food safety expertise and decision-making support for supplier qualifications and any issues related to raw materials.
• Make risk-based food safety decisions for raw materials that ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while enabling reliable product delivery.
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends and issues, using insights to guide food safety and quality improvements and cross-functional education.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving raw material related food safety and quality issues.
• Apply strong communication and influencing skills to implement effective problem resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as procurement and suppliers to drive adherence to food safety initiatives, CAPA execution, and supplier quality improvements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Typically 5–8+ years in quality assurance or supplier management within a human or human grade pet food manufacturing environment.
• Certifications: Include PCQI 2.0 (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual), HACCP, and GFSI/SQF Practitioner. Highly preferred certifications ASQ Certification in Supplier Quality and/or Auditing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ERP software (i.e. TraceGains), and statistical analysis tools like SPC (Statistical Process Control).

• Draft reports required by lenders (e.g. annual questionnaires, quarterly financial reports, ad hoc requests) with oversight of the Investor Relation Specialist for review by the relationship managers

Build Foundational BI Data Products

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact operational reports (to run day-to-day work) and dashboards (for oversight/KPI purposes), to enable analytics across functions.

• Oversee the daily operations of the tech service desk, ensuring high-quality service and efficient problem resolution.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues, acting as the first point of contact for critical service desk matters.

Role Overview: 

The Executive Director of the Indiana University Hillel will lead the organization in making a lasting impact on over 4,000 Jewish students at one of the nation's leading universities. In this role, you will have the pleasure and privilege of working with dedicated student leaders, committed and talented staff, and the largest alumni community in the nation. Stakeholder & External Relations:

Student Engagement & Jewish Life:

What you’ve accomplished:

• A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in a leadership capacity with a minimum of 5 years in a management role in a Jewish or secular nonprofit, higher education, or mission-driven organization. Past Hillel experience is preferred.   
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Rabbinic ordination preferred. 
• A minimum of 5 years of fundraising and financial management experience for a non-profit organization in a professional or volunteer capacity.

About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented data Coordinator to power our Trees sustainability. You’ll centralize data, lead cross-team reporting, and optimize field execution through dashboards and surveys. Help us refine our offerings and deliver better results for farmers.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of the Trees Sustainability workstream under the guidance of a Specialist or Trees Lead.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines and milestones.
• Document key learnings including challenges and risks, areas of improvement and opportunities.
• Consolidate and maintain all data and documentation related to the Sustainability workstream including the Fruit Trees Program.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track project performance and key indicators including nursery performance and efficiency, germination, and production, farmer enrolments and sales, distribution and post distribution farmer follow up.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of all program data.
• Conduct regular budget variance analysis to determine performance against budget and share finding with program leadership.
• Provide actionable recommendations to field teams based on program performance data.

• Go to Gemba regularly  to meet with farmers, tree group leaders, nursery managers, key community leaders to build fluency on field execution to inform targeted support to field teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to lead our inventory, warehouse, and distribution operations. This role is critical in ensuring that inputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time to all stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end logistics, from warehouse management and inventory accuracy to transport coordination and last-mile delivery, while driving strong performance against key metrics. You will also play an important role in strengthening team capability and improving logistics systems.

Smallholder farmers grow most of the world’s coffee and cocoa, yet they remain largely invisible to the supply chains they support and rarely share in the value they create. Enveritas exists to change that.

Enveritas measures and assesses sustainability of production on farms, and builds solutions and interventions to make smallholder agriculture more sustainable and improve farmer livelihoods. Working across more than 20 countries, we combine machine learning, remote sensing, and rigorous fieldwork to understand supply chain sustainability and farmer livelihoods, and use that knowledge to design and run interventions that move the needle. This is demanding, hands-on, meaningful work — we're looking for someone who gets energy from solving hard problems, getting things done, and delivering measurable impact on the ground.

The role

As a Manager (or Associate, depending on experience) you will lead the identification, design, and delivery of interventions that improve outcomes for smallholder farmers and their communities. You will also manage and develop a small team of analysts. In practice, that means:

• Identifying and evaluating opportunities to fund and/or build in the agricultural sector — assessing ROI, risk, and feasibility of candidate interventions across precision agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, carbon sequestration, microfinance, and related areas
• Designing programs from start to finish: implementation planning, partner negotiation, pilot design, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
• Tracking results, evaluating impact, and iterating
• Managing and developing junior members of the team, remotely and across cultures
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders in the private sector and government, to enable the growth and smooth delivery of work
• Spending time at origin, in smallholder communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia — to stay close to the work and the people it is designed to serve

What we’re looking for

We’ve hired people from McKinsey, from tech, from trading floors — what they share is intellectual rigor, operational drive, speed of execution and a genuine reason for being in this sector.

You likely have 6-12 years of experience, including:

• At least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including some at Project Leader or Engagement Manager level — or equivalent experience in high-intensity environments that combine design, finance, and client management
• 2+ additional years of experience in industry, ideally in tech firms, VC-backed start-ups, or impact investing — or bringing relevant content expertise such as agritech, agriscience, climate tech, or carbon sequestration
• A university degree in science or engineering (preferred)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with large datasets; knowledge of basic statistics and the scientific method; comfort with R, Python, or similar tools (including the ability to use AI tools to code and analyze/automate). A background in scientific research is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships, and to communicate complex problems clearly and succinctly — whether in a results deck, a client meeting, or a conversation in the field with the community
• Experience managing a team, including remotely and across cultures, to deliver on ambitious objectives

About the Role

Tupande Procurement Senior Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of procurement projects by closely aligning with business units (BUs) needs, controlling spend, and improving procurement processes. This role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle for assigned BU procurement  projects, supporting supplier and stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and maintaining strict contract management and compliance. The coordinator also provides performance tracking and reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making and continuous enhancement of procurement activities.

Responsibilities

High quality procurement project coordination and execution

• Manages full procurement lifecycle for operational needs including documentation and PO processing within approved strategies and policies, for assigned BU projects.
• Support procurement project implementation  with minimal support from Tupande Procurement Specialist.
• Develop, own and maintain procurement project tracking tools such as sourcing plans and risk registers.
• Ensure alignment with established project timelines, promptly escalate risks, or delays in a timely manner.
• Provide analysis and market research that informs strategies owned by Specialists/Category Leads.

Supplier and stakeholder engagement 

• Effectively manage relationships with suppliers to support operations and contract compliance, while adapting approaches as needed to meet evolving business and procurement priorities.
• Use appropriate supplier relationship strategy based on the nature of BU requirements.
• Coordinate closely with assigned Business Units to clarify requirements, timelines, and proactively resolve arising issues early.
• Act as the coordination link between Procurement and BUs to ensure BU input is included in category work led by Specialists/Category Leads.
• Assess BU requirements and align PR pipelines with sourcing calendars

• Perform root causes analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve PR to PO turnaround time.

• Facilitate effective collaboration between BU and PRO teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Define the scope and profile of assigned procurement categories.
• Conduct comprehensive spend analysis, market analysis, and profile demand/supply markets to identify opportunities.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies, setting clear objectives for cost savings, quality improvement, risk mitigation, and determining appropriate tactics.
• Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify potential suppliers based on strategic needs.
• Lead RFx processes, including negotiation of pricing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), payment terms, delivery windows, and change management processes, while integrating selected suppliers into planning systems.
• Finalize and execute contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and favorable.
• Monitor supplier performance against contract terms, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and hold regular business review meetings to ensure costs are consistently driven down.

Reporting and documentation

• Prepare routine reports and dashboards on procurement project progress, highlighting status updates, risks, and key actions for timely decision-making.
• Support data collection and analysis, including responding to ad-hoc market research requests that inform sourcing decisions and category strategies.
• Capture and document supplier performance data to help drive improvements in service levels, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Analyse cost drivers by Business Unit, identifying short-, medium-, and long-term trends to support planning and spend management.
• Work with other BU coordinators to promote standardization and consolidation of requirements, helping reduce duplication and improve sourcing efficiency across BUs.
• Monitor KPI performance for assigned procurement projects and follow up on corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Maintain clear, organized, and audit-ready documentation for all procurement transactions to support compliance and transparency.

Identify & Recruit (The Hunt)

• Prospect and Cold Call: You will aggressively hunt for high-leverage affiliates—think Credit Card Points Consultants, Insurance Brokers who don't accept cards, or Industry-Specific Consultants.
• Pitch the "Business in a Box": You aren't just selling software; you are selling a revenue stream. You will convince these partners that referring their high-spend clients to Melio is a lucrative way to monetize their existing relationships through our Gross Profit revenue share model.
• Creative Sourcing: You will experiment with different verticals to find the "hidden gems"—partners who have trusted access to UHV companies but haven't monetized that influence yet.

Onboard & Enable (The Setup)

• White-Glove Onboarding: Once a partner says "yes," you ensure they (and their clients) are set up for success. You will help them identify the low-hanging fruit in their book of business to get their first wins on the board quickly.
• Technical & Sales Enablement: Teach partners how to spot a Melio opportunity and how to pitch it to their clients.

Community Management & Nurture (The Flywheel)

• Drive Portfolio Adoption: You will manage your book of affiliates like a community manager. Your goal is to keep them active, sending leads, and viewing Melio as a significant revenue driver for their business.

We are an in-office company and this role will be based in Boca Raton, FL. 

This role will directly interact with key business leaders, supporting a midsize customer care organization. A successful leader must have skills to influence at an executive level, and the ability to articulate end-to-end capacity planning and workforce plans, lead process improvement, and other strategic initiatives. You'll be accountable for establishing capacity models and processes that support business leaders’ efforts to achieve consistent service performance, accommodate new initiatives, deliver budget goals, and make operational decisions based on timely relevant information. This role will also help lead our QA process as we look to leverage AI technology to improve internal operations performance and customer outcomes. In addition, be a strategic thought partner when it comes to identifying continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Partnering with other key stakeholders across the company will be critical to drive operational improvements and optimization.

We are seeking two Data Senior Supervisors to join our Global Supply Chain operations. You will be critical in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless financial reconciliation across our operations.

Responsibilities

Role 1: Global Purchasing Data Senior Supervisor

Focus: Payment Cycles & Procurement Analytics

• End-to-End Payment Processing: Manage payment requests for global and in-country teams, ensuring 100% timely processing within set SLAs.
• Reconciliation & Variance Management: Resolve seed and stock variances within strict timelines (1-2 weeks) and collaborate with Inventory Data teams.
• PO Lifecycle Management: Lead monthly stand-ups to track open POs, ensuring 95% closure of overdue items and escalating long-term risks.
• KPI Reporting: Utilize Power BI and SAP to monitor performance metrics, flag inconsistencies, and drive data-led decision-making.
• Ticketing Excellence: Maintain FreshDesk responsiveness (24-48hr turnaround) for Rwanda, Tanzania, and Global procurement requests.

Role 2: GSC Input Delivery Data Senior Supervisor

Focus: Inventory Integrity & Warehouse Systems

• Inventory Accuracy: Oversee counts and reconciliations across warehouses, performing Quality Control (QC) on count sheets and variance reporting.
• System Champions: Act as the lead for SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), providing training and troubleshooting support to country teams.

Overview

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you are the strategic architect of our growth across the Northeast. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for Fortune 1000 and multi-national accounts. You are a Hunter who can build a F1000 pipeline from zero and a Farmer who knows how to navigate complex global accounts to find the next expansion opportunity. You don't just sell chargers; you are selling EV charging solutions that address organization's sustainability, regulatory and operational objectives

What You Will Be Doing

• Execute the "Attack Plan": Identify and penetrate the region’s largest F1000 prospects through aggressive, multi-threaded outreach that includes working collaboratively with Channel Partners and VARs.
• Architect the Business Case: Translate complex electrification solutions into a hard ROI mandate for CFOs and VPs of Operations using TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models.
• Quarterback the Deal: Lead and participate on a cross-functional team (Engineering, Policy, Legal) to navigate 6-12-month sales cycles, NDA/contract closures, and formal RFP hurdles.
• Land & Expand: Cultivate long-term relationships to turn a single pilot into a comprehensive regional or national rollout.
• Forecast with Precision: Maintain an 180-day rolling forecast in SFDC with accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
• Deal Complexity: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals involving complex legal and procurement frameworks.
• Financial Literacy: Strong ability to leverage ROI data, public/private funding (IRA, grants), and utility rebates to close deals.
• Sector Expertise: Experience in Fleet Ops, Energy, CRE, or Automotive OEMs and the EV market a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Travel: Ability to conduct site visits and travel within the Northeast territory to build high-touch relationships.

Location

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $58,500 to $170,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
