We’re looking for people who:
You started your career in a trade such as electrician, carpenter, roofing, plumber, etc. and over time, advanced to overseeing construction projects. In the past 5 years you have grown to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously within commercial or industrial construction; ideally across multiple states.
The Construction Project Manager duties include coordinating construction project resources and tracking project progress against established timelines and schedules. You will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification, and act as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. You will select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, or subcontractors and be responsible for material management and deliver scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects. You will track project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders. Lastly, you are willing and able to be hands-on with the construction on your job sites.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $175,000.00 USD to $185,000.00 USD annually. This role presents a rare opportunity for a legal professional to make an immediate impact elevating our organization’s legal strategy on an international scale while negotiating, drafting, and counseling on strategy for the Company’s Digital Procurement Network (DPN), Software as a Service (SaaS), Supply Chain Consulting, and ancillary Food Service verticals.
The Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice to the Company or identified departments and ensuring the Company operates in accordance with legal parameters. As a specialist, the Corporate Counsel will supply support across the Company activities ensuring that legal issues, contracts, disputes, and complex transactions are consummated within the Company’s legal framework.

The salary range for this role will be $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 daysper year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

The Role
The VP Healthcare will join a dynamic Healthcare & Pharmaceutical team. This particular position will lead large pharmaceutical communications programs with pre-approval, approval and post approval HCP and consumer outreach and strong understanding of data. This role requires expertise across corporate healthcare and data/product communications, with a strong background in pre‑approval strategy, clinical trial recruitment, and communications spanning early‑phase clinical development.
As a VP on our team, you will be provided with a clearly articulated and well-supported path for career growth. Growth may include working with our other leading pharma clients across a variety of therapeutic categories as well as more health policy. The work is an interesting blend of product, corporate, advocacy and issues management.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
