We’re hiring a Financial Reporting Manager (SEC) at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. We are open to remote as long as you are drivable distance from Columbia and willing to travel to headquarters often.
The SEC Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and review of all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy), overseeing financial statements and MD&A. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Manages external reporting, coordinates with external auditors and internal teams (accounting, legal, tax, FP&A), reviews earnings releases, drives process improvements, provides technical accounting guidance, and mentors the team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements
- Oversee the drafting and review of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal accounting policies
- Manage the external reporting process, including coordination of timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Collaborate with accounting, legal, tax, and FP&A teams to support disclosures and filings
- Review earnings releases and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information
- Drive continuous improvement in SEC reporting processes, documentation, and controls
- Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and support implementation of new accounting standards
- Mentor and support development of accounting team members

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides advice and counsel related to real estate site selection, transaction structure, due diligence (including zoning, title, survey, and environmental review), and real estate documents related to new branch opening activities.
- Review all aspects of Title Insurance Documents and deal directly with the Title Insurance Company in closing real estate transactions. Applicants will need to have familiarity with Exception documents, Covenants & Restrictions, Leases, Mortgages and Deeds of Trust as well as other items frequently found on a Title Commitment. Employee will compile and have executed all documents associated with real estate transactions and lead and conduct closings for a variety of commercial transaction types, including: purchases, sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, and acquisitions.
- Review, summarize and report Diligence related documents to include but not be limited to Environmental Assessments, Commercial Surveys and Zoning reports. Applicants must have familiarity with these types of reports and understand those areas that require further investigation and/or remediation.
- Interact directly with colleagues at all levels within EquipmentShare's real estate, development, and construction teams, among others, to facilitate transparency across departments.
- Interact directly with outside counsel, opposing counsel and staff landlord personnel, title and escrow agents, and others.

As a Transportation Intern, your main goal will be to assist the Transportation team in the process of selling company vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to, pulling comparable pricing for assets requested for sale, reviewing fair market values for different vehicle applications, monitoring and tracking company vehicle sales requests as they are received, assisting with administrative sale updates when a vehicle is sold, and helping to update vehicle sales standard operating procedures.
You will be based at the Corporate Headquarters and will work closely with the Transportation Business Relations team, the Administration team, and the Fleet Sales Support team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review electronic inquiries for selling company vehicles
- Communicate with employees in the field regarding requests
- Upload supporting data and sales information into a Monday.com Dashboard
- Ensuring Decommissioning work orders are completed by the field
- Assist with the administrative portion of asset decommission, including procurement of titles and removing license plate data from the state agency website, etc
- Attend weekly sales meetings to align data and approve sales

This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions, supporting the integrity of financial reporting, and assisting with departmental initiatives. Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, code, and balance accounts payable transactions in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team on ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to the broader Finance teams by preparing and maintaining recurring monthly reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables, filters, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to Financial Administrators and other finance personnel as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and credit memos, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process payment runs, including ACH, check, and wire payments, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Develop and perform training programs in areas of specific subject matters
- Train new hires and assist with day-to-day questions from Accounts Payable Specialists
- Enter Journal entries to reclassify expenses as necessary
- Provide back-up to AP Supervisors as needed

We’re hiring a Corporate Development Associate (M&A) at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Corporate Development Associate will own M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership (coordinating functional teams and escalating risks), financial analysis/underwriting (valuation, modeling, investment committee materials), managing the data room and deliverables, supporting transaction documentation (APAs/SPAs, tracking open issues), coordinating the closing process (funds flow, prorations), and initiating post-close integration planning.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management of workstream across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking, workplan management, meeting cadence, and stakeholder alignment from LOI through close.
- Diligence leadership that includes building and managing confirmatory diligence checklists; coordinate functional diligence (Finance/Accounting, Treasury, IT, HR, Ops); synthesize findings and escalate risks early.
- Financial analysis & underwriting to support valuation, purchase price mechanics, working capital, and key deal economics; develop and maintain deal models, sensitivity analyses, and investment committee materials.
- Data room & deliverables management to manage data room requests, document organization, and “what’s missing” punch lists; ensure sellers and advisors deliver critical items on time.
- Transaction documentation support by coordinating with internal/external counsel on APA/SPA drafts and ancillary documents; track open issues and confirm alignment across the term sheet, APA, and closing deliverables.
- Closing coordination to maintain the closing tracker, drive readiness reviews, and ensure all parties are aligned on funds flow, prorations, and closing requirements.
- Integration coordination with Integration leads to initiating Day 1 / first 30–100 day planning, ensuring handoffs are smooth and the business is set up for success post-close.

The IT Support Specialist II provides intermediate to advanced technical support for EquipmentShare employees, handling escalated issues, troubleshooting operating systems and applications, and ensuring network connectivity. This role involves mentoring Tier 1 support, maintaining the knowledge base, collaborating with other IT teams and vendors, participating in new software/hardware testing, and performing application clean-up/audits. The specialist also serves on projects, has on-call rotation duties, and occasionally travels for local corporate support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide intermediate to advanced support for EquipmentShare employees
- Respond to escalations and questions from the IT team and other departments via phone calls, in person, Slack, email, and our ITSM platform

- Mentor and guide Tier 1 support, sharing expertise to elevate the team.

As a key member of the People Analytics team, you will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis. You will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from our data to drive informed decision-making. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into action: create relationships with individuals across the organization, identify quick wins, choose the appropriate statistical test and partner to implement your findings.
- Execute against the vision for People Analytics: Support the development of the People Analytics roadmap and execute against the projects that are prioritized. Current projects cover topics in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Employee Listening.

We’re hiring a Fleet Sales Support Specialist to support our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The role of Fleet Sales Support Specialist requires a blend of organizational skills, communication literacy, and attention to detail. This team member is responsible for determining appropriate sales margins with managers for new retail equipment. This position would be located in Columbia Missouri.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handling Sales Requests: Manage and respond to all incoming new equipment sales requests received in the ‘OWN’ inbox.
- Timely Communication: Ensure prompt responses to TAMS (Territory Account Managers) and other relevant parties.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with the corporate fleet team to get up-to-date pricing and lead times from vendors.
- Order Follow-ups: Follow up with TAMS and branches regarding incoming sales orders to ensure smooth processing and resolution of any issues. Timely follow-ups with TAMS and branches ensure that everyone involved in the sales process is on the same page, which helps in addressing issues promptly and maintaining a cohesive workflow.
- Invoicing: Responsible for invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Sales Metrics and History: Responsible for determining appropriate sales margins with managers for new retail equipment. Provide historical quote data and track sales metrics for analysis and reporting.
- SOP Assistance: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain ongoing updates and improvements to existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

The Fleet Operations Support Specialist will be a point of contact for the sales teams regarding Used and Retail fleet sales support, availability and deal closing processes support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate the support functions to quote, invoice and close the sales loop for used and retail fleet sales
- Maintain frequent communication with the TAM’s as well as national sales teams, respond to inquiries on equipment inventory, availability and prepare documents for closing of sales
- Facilitate and assist the sales teams with Rent Purchase Option (RPO) support
- Generate quotes at the request of the sales teams
- Assist Sales teams and managers with the sales process including invoice support, margin calculations, and equipment payoff as needed
- Utilize the system as stated in SOP’s in order to maintain accurate information and history of all transactions
- Maintain, review and update various reports based in the ES looker system as assigned
- Work in harmony with all internal and external teams to facilitate the sales support process as quickly and accurately as possible
- Work in and respond as needed to the team managed inbox that fields various inquiries related to the sale of new and used equipment
- Respond in a way that meets or exceeds team goals in order to facilitate sales in all US markets
- Communicate and prepare documents for large fleet sales
- Prepare and update operational procedure documents to be kept as a living document
- Coordinate process for large sales of equipment to include but not limited to make ready ordered and logistic coordination for pick up and delivery
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Primary Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with the team's strategic priorities and investment thesis
- Help conduct market mapping and sector research to identify acquisition, investment, or partnership opportunities

Outreach & Engagement
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage founders, executives, and business owners

- Manage and track outreach sequences, follow-ups, and response rates in CRM — experience with HubSpot workflows and sequences is a strong plus
