The Collections Manager will oversee collections procedures so that the portfolio, departmental and company goals are met. You will have a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills (including collections and negotiation), and proficiency with technology.
Primary Responsibilities
Possess strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations with our customers
Handle collection calls and or correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department
Communicate with customers in a metrics-driven environment
Navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with our customers
Evaluate and execute necessary bond and lien rights at the account project level
Utilize negotiation and decision making skills; in addition to strong communication skills
Demonstrate sensitivity and compassion in difficult situations
Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity and accountability
Work independently and in a team environment
Think critically and exercise independent judgement
Handle incoming phone calls, regardless of assigned branches, effectively resolving customer and branch questions
Communicate and follow up effectively with both customers and branch personnel on a timely basis
Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers both verbally and written
Establish and maintain an effective and cooperative working relationship with branch personnel and co-workers
Supervise credit/collections personnel in designated area
Oversee credit/collections procedures so that the portfolio, departmental and company goals are met

We’re hiring a Fleet Operations Support Specialist for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Fleet Operations Support Specialist will be a point of contact for the sales teams regarding Used and Retail fleet sales support, availability and deal closing processes support.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate the support functions to quote, invoice and close the sales loop for used and retail fleet sales
Maintain frequent communication with the TAM’s as well as national sales teams, respond to inquiries on equipment inventory, availability and prepare documents for closing of sales
Facilitate and assist the sales teams with Rent Purchase Option (RPO) support
Generate quotes at the request of the sales teams
Assist Sales teams and managers with the sales process including invoice support, margin calculations, and equipment payoff as needed
Utilize the system as stated in SOP’s in order to maintain accurate information and history of all transactions
Maintain, review and update various reports based in the ES looker system as assigned
Work in harmony with all internal and external teams to facilitate the sales support process as quickly and accurately as possible
Work in and respond as needed to the team managed inbox that fields various inquiries related to the sale of new and used equipment
Respond in a way that meets or exceeds team goals in order to facilitate sales in all US markets
Communicate and prepare documents for large fleet sales
Prepare and update operational procedure documents to be kept as a living document
Coordinate process for large sales of equipment to include but not limited to make ready ordered and logistic coordination for pick up and delivery
Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Broad experience in the construction industry, specifically around various types of construction equipment, preferred but not required
Computer skills using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, and system enhancements where possible
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Must have the ability to work in a team environment w/ the ability to train & cross train team members
Self starter with the ability to work independently
Fundamental financial acumen focusing on pricing, costs data, rental agreements, andRPO calculations
Ability to multi-task across multiple systems, documents while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior Sales experience a plus

Facilitate the support functions to quote, invoice and close the sales loop for used and retail fleet sales
Maintain frequent communication with the TAM’s as well as national sales teams, respond to inquiries on equipment inventory, availability and prepare documents for closing of sales
Facilitate and assist the sales teams with Rent Purchase Option (RPO) support
Generate quotes at the request of the sales teams
Assist Sales teams and managers with the sales process including invoice support, margin calculations, and equipment payoff as needed
Utilize the system as stated in SOP’s in order to maintain accurate information and history of all transactions
Maintain, review and update various reports based in the ES looker system as assigned
Work in harmony with all internal and external teams to facilitate the sales support process as quickly and accurately as possible
Work in and respond as needed to the team managed inbox that fields various inquiries related to the sale of new and used equipment
Respond in a way that meets or exceeds team goals in order to facilitate sales in all US markets
Communicate and prepare documents for large fleet sales
Prepare and update operational procedure documents to be kept as a living document
Coordinate process for large sales of equipment to include but not limited to make ready ordered and logistic coordination for pick up and delivery

Broad experience in the construction industry, specifically around various types of construction equipment, preferred but not required
Computer skills using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Microsoft Office

This role as the Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for taking demand indicators and placing the appropriate purchase orders with the Approved suppliers and/or OEMs. These POs should be the result of analyzing demand forecasts, required lead times and the expected need date of the parts/equipment being ordered. Once ordered all PO’s must be tracked and expected arrival dates should be proactively communicated to internal/external customers as to the arrival dates and other key information.
Primary Responsibilities
Gain appropriate approvals for purchases prior to placement from the approving manager and get proper confirmations from suppliers once orders are placed, such as Quantity ordered, specific sku confirmation, requested delivery or arrival dates and pricing. There may be other confirmations needed depending on the category ordered.
Responsible to be part of the cross functional team to review and analyze demand generation tools such as forecast, historical sales, equipment movements, etc. These sessions should include considerations such as seasonality, industry trends, economic drivers, etc.
Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans and potential benefits of recommended change.
Follow all SOP and work instruction guidelines as always trained. These processes are designed with the goal of best practices across the Supply Chain. At any point you feel an adjustment should be considered please bring it to your supervisor.
Attend daily/weekly group meetings to understand and be informed of internal communications, daily expectations and goals, review of previous days, weeks, months KPI’s, as well as safety topics and reminders.
Address order tracking inquiries and issues in a timely manner while keeping your supervisor informed.
Participate in cross functional projects to develop a best-in-class supply chain operation, from Order placement from supplier through shipment and receipt of end of the chain customer.
Comply with company SOP’s regarding supply/demand/ and purchasing practices to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant shipment of internal and external orders.
Ensures department activities are compliant with all Company processes and requirements, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
