EquipmentShare is searching for a night shift (7pm-7am) Security Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO to help us keep our rental facilities secure.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor both EquipmentShare locations and customer job-sites by monitoring live camera feeds and system alert
Identify suspicious activity, verify incidents, and follow established escalation protocols
Coordinate response with customers, internal teams, and local law enforcement when appropriate
Create clear, accurate incident documentation (time, location, actions taken, outcomes)
Track camera/connection health indicators and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive customer information
Contribute to improving monitoring playbooks, procedures, and training as the program scales
Provide back-up service to the Customer Experience team

Required Skills/Abilities:
Shift will be 7pm-7am, rotating schedule. (Days will be determined upon hire)
Must have high attention to detail and observation skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform multiple activities at the same time
Ability to deal calmly with emergency situations
Must be computer savvy and comfortable with multiple computer programs and set-ups
Prior surveillance experience a plus
Applicants should be honest, responsible, reliable, alert, and curious.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
Law enforcement, military, dispatch, security operations center (SOC), loss prevention, or CCTV monitoring experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; ability to remain alert and focused throughout the shift

We’re hiring a Production Associate at our manufacturing office in Moberly, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. A Production Associate responsible for performing routine and repetitive production and assembly tasks, supplying correct raw material to assigned work processes using an ERP system. They will also assemble products as required for shipment to customers, monitor processes and carry out basic quality checks to ensure the product meets specification.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow EquipmentShare’s health, safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
Follow production guidelines and specifications
Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment
Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
Work on the production line to meet production schedules
Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor on duty
Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery
Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks
Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
Read and understand engineering drawings
Use measuring tools to inspect parts (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges, etc.)
Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
Move materials or completed products and packages to establis

We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will provide support for the maintenance related needs of all local EquipmentShare buildings and grounds.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards.
Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems.
Assists with miscellaneous facility projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility.
Performs routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces.
Completes documentation for work performed in a timely manner.
Assists the custodial services team as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
