EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Fleet Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2026.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound email requests, and answer complex questions, in a timely fashion
Support the full lifecycle of the sales process, from inbound requests to invoicing
Work closely with partner teams, such as fleet operations, procurement, and marketing, as well as other stakeholders to ensure equipment sales and projects are on track.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs
Manage strong relationships with customers and serve as a knowledgeable resource to support equipment sales
Maintain high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Drive operational improvements - process improvement
Identify marketplaces and ways to improve online conversion of sales

What You're Working With
Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Finance, Business, or related field strongly recommended
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
You have high attention to detail including math/financial acumen and a basic understanding of Economics: Demand, Supply, and profitability
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets
You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership

Responsibilities of eCommerce Marketing Intern
Content & SEO Support: Assist in creating, optimizing, and scheduling digital content (e.g., product descriptions, blog posts, landing page copy) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to all three websites.
eCommerce Optimization: Monitor and update product listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and drive online sales conversion.
Used Equipment Marketing: Support the digital strategy for listing the large volume of used equipment, ensuring clear differentiation and accurate representation of fleet.
Digital Analytics: Track and report on key website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates) for all three domains using analytics tools.

What You're Working With
Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field strongly recommended.
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Digital Marketing Acumen: Foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
Data Proficiency: Comfortable with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to pull data, generate reports, and translate metrics into actionable insights.
Communication & Writing: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-consistent marketing copy.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist, Retail Marketing at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
The Marketing Specialist supports all retail marketing initiatives, including leading co-op program activities and reporting, developing marketing collateral and social media strategies for multiple accounts, updating website inventory and careers pages, and providing operational support such as ordering materials and maintaining retail systems and calendars.
Primary Responsibilities
Co-Op Program Management:
Lead the creation of co-op activities and collateral, including design proposals, calendars, performance measurement, and reporting to OEMs.
Update co-op invoices in Sage, submit to billing with PO#, and manage communications with OEMs via Monday.com.
Marketing Initiatives:
Identify and address ongoing marketing needs for new and existing retail offerings.
Develop and enhance marketing collateral such as line cards, fliers, and signage.
Collect customer and sales feedback to continuously improve collateral and product positioning.
Social Media Management:
Design and execute social media strategies for 7 dealership accounts.
Create and manage content for retail accounts.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
Website and Inventory Updates:
Update used inventory listings for Retail websites.
Maintain careers pages for Takeuchi and SANY.
Operational Support:
Order RAM kits monthly and as needed.
Manage the ordering of line cards and other marketing materials on demand.
Maintain the retail events calendar
Maintain updates to Call Rail systems.
Help with SOP processes.
