As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. You’ll administer the Business Unit’s LMS end‑to‑end, and you’ll also own adjacent platforms that plug into or stand alongside the LMS—specifically our AI Role‑Playing/Simulation tool, Sales Enablement Platform (e.g., Cornerstone, Mindtickle, or a bespoke solution), our Knowledge Base, and Content Management System.
You will partner across Sales, Service, Field Ops, Marketing, HR/People, IT/SecOps, and Compliance to deliver mobile‑first, retail-ready learning that is reliable, measurable, and tied to business outcomes like time‑to-ramp, conversion rates, first-time-fix, shrink reduction, and CSAT/NPS. Your superpower is translating operational needs into scalable system configurations, clean data flows, and insightful dashboards the business actually uses.
In a modern commercial organization, LMS administration is necessary but not sufficient. This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. We're looking for a Data Specialist to join one of Accordion's AI-augmented delivery pods. These pods are purpose-built teams that combine AI engineering, data science, and product management to transform how PE-backed companies run finance and operations.
In this role, you are the person who makes data work in practice. You move fluidly between messy source systems and production-ready pipelines, and you do it fast. You'll work directly alongside AI engineers and product managers to scope data requirements, diagnose quality issues, and build the data foundations that AI systems depend on. Client-facing moments come with the territory. You'll need to ask sharp questions, explain what you're seeing in plain language, and earn trust quickly.
This is not a role for someone who needs clean handoffs and stable requirements. The data is complicated, the timelines are short, and the problems change. If that sounds like the environment where you do your best work, this is the role.
This is a high-velocity environment. Sprints are short, client expectations are high, and we don’t slow down between engagements. If you’ve spent time in large enterprise engineering organizations where velocity is constrained by process, this will feel different.

The Sales Manager leads Lucid Bots' SMB Account Executive team and owns the day-to-day performance, development, and operational rigor of the segment. This is a frontline people leader role: the job is to ramp reps quickly, run pipeline rigor, hit team revenue targets, and build AEs into top performers.
You'll carry team-level ownership for quota attainment, pipeline health, deal quality, and forecast accuracy. Summary of Role
This is a technical data PM role on the Platform Product team. This is a great opportunity to build a new product line while getting industry expertise from the core business.
