We are seeking a deadline-focused, inquisitive Mortgage Operations Senior Technical Project Manager to coordinate and deliver technical projects across all mortgage operations functions—including processing, underwriting, closing, funding, and servicing. • Own the end-to-end digital conversion funnel from ad click to application start 

• Lead landing page strategy and optimization efforts to increase engagement, reduce drop-off, and improve qualified lead flow 

• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to test, iterate, and deploy site enhancements quickly 

• Use behavioral data, heatmaps, and funnel reporting to identify friction points and drive measurable lift 

Content Strategy & Management 

• Oversee digital content strategy to support demand generation, brand authority, and client education 

• Align editorial calendars with paid media, search priorities, and product initiatives 

• Ensure content reflects Sage’s client-first mindset and simplifies complex mortgage topics 

• Optimize content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels 

Analytics, Reporting & Ownership 

• Establish clear KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and conversion
