Overview

As a Staff Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital commerce and transaction platform for our vehicle sales experience, with a specific focus on integrating a third-party financial services provider into the end-to-end customer journey with related internal tooling.
This role owns the product strategy and execution for digital financing, payments, and transaction orchestration, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and conversion-optimized experience. As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. You’ll administer the Business Unit’s LMS end‑to‑end, and you’ll also own adjacent platforms that plug into or stand alongside the LMS—specifically our AI Role‑Playing/Simulation tool, Sales Enablement Platform (e.g., Cornerstone, Mindtickle, or a bespoke solution), our Knowledge Base, and Content Management System.
You will partner across Sales, Service, Field Ops, Marketing, HR/People, IT/SecOps, and Compliance to deliver mobile‑first, retail-ready learning that is reliable, measurable, and tied to business outcomes like time‑to-ramp, conversion rates, first-time-fix, shrink reduction, and CSAT/NPS. Your superpower is translating operational needs into scalable system configurations, clean data flows, and insightful dashboards the business actually uses.
In a modern commercial organization, LMS administration is necessary but not sufficient. We are seeking a subject matter expert in automotive supply chain and technology to develop and execute Scout’s end-to-end order lifecycle and operator tools. This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient order processing from initial customer demand through production scheduling and handover to finished vehicle logistics. Critically, this role systematizes manual processes into world-class operator tools and products, designed to drive scale without sacrificing quality.

The Customer Insights & Adoption (CIA) team is hiring a senior architect to lead internal technical enablement across Contentful’s product portfolio and recommended ways of building. You will serve as a deeply technical, highly cross-functional subject matter expert who empowers internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence and consistency. You’ll apply your industry experience, consultative leadership, and passion for teaching to build scalable programs and toolkits that drive a shared understanding of what good looks like, inform product innovation, and guide business strategy.

The Venue Account Executive is responsible for hitting monthly sales goals by engaging with wedding professionals in our Venue and Catering categories across the United States. Using a high-volume cold calling approach and a consultative sales process, you will build rapport with business owners to advise them on industry trends and how to scale their brands through The Knot and WeddingWire’s premium advertising platforms.
The Venue category requires a high level of sales maturity and the ability to navigate a longer, more complex sales cycle. Because high-impact outreach and client consultations happen when wedding professionals are most active, success in this role requires a dedicated 40-hour-per-week commitment during our standard business hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST. We are looking for professionals who understand that consistent presence is the key to managing a successful pipeline.
The expected salary for this job requisition is $50,000-$60,000. The salary is just one component of TKWW's total rewards package for employees. We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. We are looking for a technical expert who excels in high-stakes, onsite engagement with other teams and customers and possesses a deep understanding of the security, access control, and encryption components of customer systems with which we deploy our Zero Trust product. What you will do
Strategic Onsite Implementation: Architect and lead the technical deployment strategy within client environments, taking full ownership of the installation, configuration, and integration phases.
Technical Bridge & Collaboration: Drive the collaboration between the internal product team and the customer, translating complex technical requirements into successful production realities and ensuring customer feedback informs product evolution.
Identity & Access Integration: Coordinate the integration of identity solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability between the product and existing client authentication systems.
Repeatable Pattern Development: Design and document repeatable implementation patterns and "Configuration as Code" (CaC) templates to ensure deployments are consistent, scalable, and easily maintainable.
Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Navigate complex organizational structures to integrate with multiple teams, troubleshooting technical hurdles across various skillsets and levels to see the product implementation to fruition.
Infrastructure Management: Work fluently within Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments, leveraging Linux expertise to optimize product performance and stability.
DevOps Advocacy: Apply modern DevOps practices to the implementation lifecycle, promoting automation and continuous improvement in the delivery process.

Linux Mastery: Deep, "under-the-hood" knowledge of Linux operating systems, including performance tuning and security hardening.
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): Proven experience deploying and managing resources in cloud or virtualized environments.
Configuration as Code (CaC): Proficiency in using automation tools (such as Ansible or Terraform) to manage application and system configurations.
DevOps Practices: Working knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing as they apply to product implementation.

PKI & Encryption: Experience with x509/PKI standards, including certificate authority management, trust chain configuration, and cryptographic troubleshooting.

Position Summary:
Seeking a driven and motivated engineer to join our sales team focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business. This position will involve applications engineering, sales support and field service work. Sales Engineers should be comfortable working in a result-driven, fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life:
A technical sales role encompasses a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another, spanning throughout the whole course of design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support.
Typical tasks include:
Two to three full days per week in the office working on bids, one to two days on job sites, and dedicate another day to developing the territory. Territory development may include giving presentations to the engineering community, visiting new customers, or expanding contacts with an existing account.

Every day I get to help someone. Whether it's an engineer with a design, a contractor with a troubleshooting issue, or an end user looking for help to obtain better indoor air quality. I get to use my engineering skills, people skills and business skills every day.
Our main "role" is not to sell products but to provide solutions - kitchen ventilation solutions, commercial ventilation solutions, heating/air conditioning solutions. I enjoy getting to work directly with end users and helping them complete their business goals. Attending a soft opening after completing a full design-build project with an owner is rewarding.
I love the balance between working on designs in the office and also having that face to face interaction with our customers. It's awesome to handle the design phase of a project, then also take charge of the procurement process with the end user/customer and lastly watch our equipment perform as designed once installed and the project is complete. I also love the growth aspect of my role, I enjoy molding and shaping our business in order to set it up for success and then see the value we are adding to the market.

Overview
In this position, you will use your teaching skills and GIS knowledge to empower our customers with our innovative GIS software. As an Esri Instructor, you will create a dynamic learning environment through hands-on training, interactive instructions, and engaging activities. You will partner with organizations to expand the use of ArcGIS maps and applications across their organizations and communicate the strategic impact of GIS programs.
The contributions you make in this role will support Esri customers across many industries including but not limited to Defense and Intelligence, Public Safety, and Health and Human Services. The work you do will enable customers to grow their ArcGIS user skills, productivity, and confidence in addition to ensuring sustainable GIS workflows and operations.
Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the San Antonio, TX area for this position.
