Overview of Opportunity
Two Six Technologies is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to support the development of web-based infrastructure and applications powering critical cybersecurity and national security research programs. In this role, you’ll contribute to high-impact platforms that ingest, analyze, and contextualize complex data to support decision-making and operational agility.
You’ll work side-by-side with product teams, DevOps engineers, and operators to design scalable software systems, integrate advanced backend services, and enhance overall system performance, usability, and transition readiness. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-moving, mission-driven environments and enjoys working at the intersection of backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing capabilities.
The work is hybrid and the selected candidate will work up to 3 days a week in our Colorado Springs, CO office.

The total compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. Our Software Teams
The Application Team (App)- They build the operating system for AI-driven science. They ship the agents, the integrations, and the interfaces that make that possible.
The Scientific System of Record Team (SSR) - They build the memory layer for Lila's operations. It answers two questions:what did we plan to build? and what actually happened? These systems connect scientific intent to physical reality. Together with the data and automation teams, their systems ensure reproducibility and close the Design-Build-Test-Learn (DBTL) loop.
The Lab as Software Team (LaS)- They act as the physical and virtual execution layer for Lila's AI-driven science. This connects the Lila App to AI Science Factories (AISFs), the mechanism through which experiments are dispatched to real instruments. This team owns the full stack of lab integration: orchestration of labflows, instrument integrations, bi-directional data transfer, and the UI/UX that AI scientists and operators use to interact with the lab.
The Data Platform Team (Data)- They build and support the data systems that underpins Lila's AI Science Factory™. Every experiment run in our labs, every measurement from an instrument, and every signal from our operational systems flows through the platform they build. Their work spans real-time ingestion, large-scale analytical storage, workflow orchestration, and the self-service tools scientists, engineers, and ML teams use to go from raw measurements to discoveries. About The Role At Mochi, our engineering team operates with exceptional leverage. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to help us scale, align, and unblock this organization.
Mochi has already helped patients lose over 5 million pounds through metabolic care, and we are now rapidly expanding into the frontiers of preventative healthcare. To support this growth, we are actively leveling up our engineering maturity—pairing our ambitious, early-career engineers with incoming Senior and Staff-level talent to build our next generation of clinical systems.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $230,000 to $280,000, in addition to equity and benefits. - Owning customer-facing features end-to-end across homepage, browse, deal pages, and post-purchase flows — from problem definition through production deployment, your name is on it
- Using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as your primary development accelerant, shipping faster without trading away engineering quality
- Maintaining code quality in a fast-moving codebase, catching the regressions before they reach customers

We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
As a Senior QA Engineer (Quality Enablement), you will work in a cross-team role focused on improving product quality through processes, practices, and engineering influence across the entire organization.
