Role Overview:
The Account Manager would oversee client relationships and business operations within a designated region. In this role, you will manage key accounts, drive regional growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Goal of this position is to increase agent knowledge & understanding and ultimately production with appointed carriers as well as expansion with other carriers. The Account Manager would also provide input and participate in gathering and creating reports relating to monthly production by carrier, market intelligence, market planning and communication of development of services and incentives to agents. You are well-versed in the P&C insurance realm and have an in-depth knowledge of the industry as a whole. You are great at building long-term agency relationships and detailed in training on new products, processes and best practices.

The base pay range for the role is $75,000 - $85,000 + Commission. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.

This is a foundational and strategic product role focused on one of our key growth drivers for 2026: the core agent experience of comparative rating and binding policies. You will be the architect and driver of the entire product lifecycle- from complex technical carrier integrations all the way to the final, polished end-user interface.

The Role:
The Product Marketing Manager, Loyalty and Retention is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing First Connect’s agency loyalty and retention programs. This role not only develops scalable rewards initiatives and engagement campaigns but also drives end-to-end program management and delivery to ensure flawless execution and measurable impact by increasing customer lifetime value, reducing churn, and strengthening First Connect’s brand differentiation.
Over the last few years, we’ve successfully launched several high-value initiatives including Fast Start, First Connect Rewards, Shared Growth Plan, and monthly incentives. These currently operate as distinct programs. A primary objective for this role is to act as the strategic architect for agent loyalty and retention. You will audit our existing incentives to identify overlaps and gaps, ultimately weaving them into a singular, cohesive loyalty and retention strategy. You’ll transform a collection of programs into a unified value proposition that is intuitive, high-impact, and accessible to every First Connect agent.
