As the Senior Software Engineer for Scout Motor’s digital products, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our software products, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Systems Software Architect who leads complex implementations for Roku TVs and streaming devices, grounded in a deep understanding of multimedia system design (video/audio pipelines, SoCs, memory, power, thermals). You will design, implement, debug, and optimize the software platform that spans the full system, ensuring it is performant, secure, and scalable across SKUs and generations. You will collaborate with ODM partners, chipset vendors, and internal software/hardware teams to drive products from concept to mass production.

This position is on a team building the software platform that powers optimized control and market participation of battery energy storage systems (BESS) — software that runs both on site controllers and in the cloud. Our scope spans the full stack: compute infrastructure, telemetry, asset modeling, alerting, feature ingestion and storage for forecasting and optimization, simulation and operational control orchestration, and integration with energy markets. We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead key aspects of our accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will own the integrity and efficiency of the close process, drive automation and system enhancements, and partner cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Engineering, and Finance teams.
You will play a critical role in scaling accounting operations, improving processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting as the company grows.
This is a full-time position based out of our Denver or Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Systems, Automation & Process Improvement
Lead initiatives to automate and streamline accounting workflows, reducing manual effort and risk

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Technical Accounting on policy implementation, revenue recognition considerations, and complex transactions

Collaborate with FP&A, Procurement, and other stakeholders to align on financial insights and operational needs
Controls & Compliance
Strengthen and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Support audit processes (internal and external), including preparation of schedules and documentation
Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies
Skills We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
5–7+ years of accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and industry preferred
Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
Proven experience managing and developing teams
Strong understanding of month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting processes
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and close automation tools (e.g., FloQast)
Experience working with large datasets or data tools (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially with technical teams
Bonus Skills:
Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for workflow or productivity enhancements

The Role:
This role reports to the Product Marketing Lead. This team is building a modern storytelling engine at Delight.ai—powered by our customers and accelerated by AI. We're not looking for someone who "knows how to use ChatGPT." We're looking for someone who's already rewired how they work, and uses AI to do things that weren't possible before.
We're looking for a marketer who can find the best customer stories, the best product angles, and craft them into narratives that resonate—then get them in front of the people who matter. You'll be part customer marketer, part product marketer, full-time storyteller.

Job Summary:
At PsiQuantum, we are developing and testing prototype modules that will scale into a datacenter-sized, fault-tolerant quantum computer. These modules and subsystems require regular calibration to ensure reliable generation of single photons and entangled states that underpin our quantum computing architecture.
This role focuses on developing system-level calibration strategies for electro-optic components and subsystems, working across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

About the Role
Most marketing teams are bolting AI onto a content process built for 2018. We're building one for 2026.
The first is to produce excellent content and drive organic growth. You're an SEO expert across keyword research, on-page, technical, content clusters, and measurement, and you're hungry to figure out GEO, because nobody's a GEO expert yet and the playbook is being written in real time. Own the strategy and the execution that make Delight.ai discoverable wherever buyers and LLMs research: Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Reddit, the podcast feeds CX leaders actually listen to. SEO and GEO aren't checklists you run after the writing is done. They shape what gets written and how. The output is long-form posts, narratives, technical explainers, podcast prep, the occasional Reddit thread that earns its own citation. The bar is high. Your work has to hold up in front of CX leaders running real programs at airlines, retailers, and B2B SaaS companies, and in front of our own product and engineering teams. Sloppy generalities won't survive either audience, and they won't earn citations either.
The second is to build the engine that lets a small team produce work like that at volume. Pipelines, agents, prompt libraries, retrieval layers, schemas, design systems. The connective tissue that turns one writer into a content function. Delight.ai is an AI concierge platform, and our marketing should look like it was made by people who actually believe in the technology they sell. We have the tokens. Use them.
You will join a small, high-agency team at the intersection of product, marketing, and web. We publish for a world where buyers and LLMs decide who gets considered before a sales conversation ever happens — and we're building Delight.ai for that same world. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. Wholesale trade, a $55T global market, still operates like the world before the internet and modern payment networks: collection processes are manual and run on paper, short-term credit risk is assumed by the vendor, and businesses rely heavily on legacy ERP systems that don't talk to each other. The result is large, measurable drag — we estimate that vendors spend over $500B a year globally across industries on an inefficient mix of processing, bad debt, lending, credit insurance, software, and labor costs to get paid.
Wholesail is building a financial network from the ground up that connects the systems of vendors and buyers involved in wholesale trade to enable streamlined payment and the transfer of risk to third parties. This will allow vendors to offload risk and eliminate tens of billions of waste — while giving creditworthy buyers better terms and third-party capital, unlocking hundreds of billions (ultimately trillions) in additional sales. The primitives of this network scale across industries and geographies: a universal approach to ERP integrations, modern payment rails, and a live trade-credit bureau to underwrite risk — which we're calling Lighthouse.
Credit is the load-bearing beam of our network. Every time a vendor ships goods before getting paid, someone is taking a risk — today it's the vendor, tomorrow it should be a third party at a fair price. Getting that transfer right is what unlocks the next order of magnitude of sales across the wholesale economy, and the only way to get it right is to underwrite buyers more accurately than anyone else in the industry. We think we're uniquely positioned to do this. Through Lighthouse, we're building a live, reciprocal trade-credit bureau: vendors on our network contribute real-time payment behavior on a long tail of SMB buyers that no traditional bureau sees. That data — combined with the bank, ERP, and transaction signals already flowing through Wholesail — is a modeling dataset that doesn't exist anywhere else. The first MLE on this team gets to decide what we build with it.
The problems are real and the stakes are significant. Our models directly shape the terms buyers are offered and the losses Wholesail and our capital partners absorb. There's no established playbook here and no legacy stack to inherit — you'll be setting the direction for how we do modeling, data engineering, and production ML at Wholesail for years to come.
As the founding MLE on the Risk Engineering & Capital Products team, you'll own credit risk modeling end-to-end — from problem framing and data pipeline design, through model development and validation, through production serving and monitoring. You'll work directly with the hiring manager, our engineering and product leadership, and our hands-on advisor Dan Massoni (former Chief Commercial Credit Officer of American Express) to decide what to build, explore features to model and how you’ll scale our approach risk scoring. .

Outpost is building the logistics layer that makes space economically useful in a new way: the ability to move material from orbit to Earth quickly, reliably, and affordably. Over time, that supports point-to-point logistics, 10 tons of cargo, anywhere on Earth in an hour. It also creates the foundation for a reusable reentry network and enables new categories of space activity, including in-space manufacturing, supporting AI data centers, advanced manufacturing and novel materials.

The Team

The Technical Director of Media and Entertainment, AI Infrastructure is a senior engineering leader who will initially operate as an individual contributor at the intersection of deep AI infrastructure engineering and the business of media and entertainment, with a clear path to building and leading a team as the business scales.
