We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Studio City clinic — a clinician who can step in and deliver high-quality, whole-person care across a broad scope from day one.
This role sits at the center of Tia’s care model, blending primary care, gynecology, and behavioral health into a single, integrated experience. You’ll move fluidly between preventive care, urgent visits, procedures, and longitudinal care — without the luxury of a narrow scope.
You’ll also contribute to how we evolve care at Tia — partnering across disciplines, shaping clinical workflows, and helping us continuously raise the bar on quality and experience.
This is a role for someone who is confident in their clinical range, moves quickly without sacrificing rigor, and can be a steady, trusted presence for patients and the care team alike.
Schedule
Full-time (32–40 hours/week). Includes one evening per week and some rotating weekends. Flexibility to support nearby clinics as needed.

About the role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Williamsburg or SoHo Clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. This is a part-time role alternating between two and three 8 hour shifts per week. Mondays are required and there is flexibility across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the remaining shift(s).
We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Virtual Care Team. As a Virtual Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. You will see patients virtually and deliver comprehensive and integrative care spanning across gynecology and primary care services, including: virtual annual visits, birth control consults, flu/cold consults, and dermatology. Management. Further, you will remotely triage, diagnose, and treat patients via our proprietary chat software.
Nurse Practitioners are integral to the formation and iteration of our care model - with opportunities to provide direct patient care but also participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development and innovation.
Schedule Floats will have a set schedule alternating between two and three 8 hour shifts/week where their primary responsibility will be patient care covering Provider call outs. When not in virtual patient visits, Floats may also be assigned activities including but not limited to the following: provider inbox support, RN team support, clinical content creation and review, and clinical mentorship. About the role:
We are constantly building our talent pipeline and welcome conversations with physicians for both current openings and future roles as Tia grows. We’re looking to connect with physicians passionate about providing comprehensive primary care to women for Tia’s New York City area clinics. We are interested in connecting with part time and full time interested providers.
As a Physician (MD/DO) at Tia you’ll be integral to the excellent care we provide. About the role:
We’re looking for a Part Time Nurse Practitioner passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Virtual Care Team. As a Virtual Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. This is a part-time role of either two or three 8 hour shifts per week. Mondays are required and there is flexibility across Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for the remaining shift(s).
We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners passionate about women’s health for coverage across Tia’s LA Clinics (Pasadena, Silver Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood, Culver City and Playa Vista). As a Nurse Practitioner - Float, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome!
Nurse Practitioners are integral to the formation and iteration of our care model - with opportunities to provide direct patient care but also participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development and innovation.
Schedule: Floats will have a set schedule of two or three 8 hour shifts/week where their primary responsibility will be patient care covering an assigned clinic for a day. Clinic assignments will be shared the night before / morning of shift. When not in patient visits, Floats may also be assigned activities including but not limited to the following: provider inbox support, RN team support, clinical content creation and review, and clinical mentorship. About the role:
We’re looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Gilbert, AZ clinic. Training for this role will be at the Scottsdale location for a total of 90 days. Once the 90 day training is done, you will be moved to Gilbert permanently. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome! We are looking for a family or adult nurse practitioner with experience and passion for primary and gynecological care. A dually certified nurse practitioner in Women’s Health would be a plus but is not required.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Scottsdale Clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome! Role Summary
Tia is looking for a sharp, data-obsessed operator who knows how to turn strategy into repeatable, scalable, margin-positive execution across a multi-state/multi-site clinical business. This leader will serve as the execution engine for the clinical organization,, translating strategic ideas and operating targets into operational reality with focus, clear priorities, and disciplined follow-through. We need an operator who can institutionalize excellence and design an operating cadence, enforcing disciplined execution, and coaching leaders to run the same playbook everywhere while still adapting to local realities.
The S/VP, Operations will build and lead the core clinical operating system of the business: capacity planning, clinical operations, visit + scheduling design, visit throughput and patient flow. They’ll see around corners and anticipate the next nine months of operational needs. This person thrives where complexity meets speed — translating top-level goals into clear operational plans, measuring what matters, and ensuring teams deliver.
This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives in the details, moves fast, doesn’t wait to be asked, and takes pride in getting results. About the role:
We’re looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Williamsburg or SoHo Clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome! We are looking for a family or adult nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience and passion for both primary and gynecological care.
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant are integral to the formation and iteration of our care model - with opportunities to provide direct patient care but also participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development and innovation.
Schedule is set with some flexibility. This is a Full-Time role (30-32 hours will be considered but preference given to candidates looking for 40 hours/week). We offer 8 hr days. Expectation is that you take one evening shift per week. We anticipate a Saturday rotation as well for this clinic early next year.
