Tia is a full-stack women's healthcare business that builds products, tools and clinical services virtually and in person to help every woman be her own patient advocate and get meaningfully better healthcare. We’re putting the soul back in medicine, one patient and one provider at a time through a care philosophy that is reimagined to listen to and empower women to actively take control of their healthcare. The care philosophy that supports our patients is also built to support clinicians who are the heart and soul of the care Tia is able to provide. In order to do that - we need YOU!
We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Silverlake clinic — a clinician who can step in and deliver high-quality, whole-person care across a broad scope from day one.
This role sits at the center of Tia’s care model, blending primary care, gynecology, and behavioral health into a single, integrated experience. You’ll move fluidly between preventive care, urgent visits, procedures, and longitudinal care — without the luxury of a narrow scope.
You’ll also contribute to how we evolve care at Tia — partnering across disciplines, shaping clinical workflows, and helping us continuously raise the bar on quality and experience.
This is a role for someone who is confident in their clinical range, moves quickly without sacrificing rigor, and can be a steady, trusted presence for patients and the care team alike.
Schedule
Full-time (32–40 hours/week). Includes one evening per week and some rotating weekends. Flexibility to support nearby clinics as needed.

Tia requires that Nurse Practitioners complete credentialing with specified payors and that you authorize Tia to complete this credentialing through our preferred vendors.
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 ( Full time)

Role Summary:
As the Tia Associate Clinic Manager, you will directly own operational policies and procedures, financials & performance, and patient & staff experience for a Tia clinic. You will work closely with clinical leadership and partner with your Clinic Manager/Market Operations Regional Manager to ensure your clinic hits overall performance targets (patient experience, utilization, care margin, quality). You will directly manage all administrative staff. You will support the clinic team by setting the tone and intention at the clinic as an inspirational and thoughtful leader. The primary objective is to ensure smooth coordination between patients, providers, and support staff while upholding industry regulations and best practices. This is an in-person role and the expectation is that you will be on-site at the clinic you manage.
