Role Title: Phlebotomist
Reporting to: Associate Clinic Manager
Location: Pasadena Tia Clinic
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Compensation: $24 - $27/hr
Role Summary: As one of Tia’s Phlebotomist you perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly. Core functions of your role will include rooming patients, collecting patient health information, messaging with patients, ensuring all rooms are properly prepared throughout the day, collecting & preparing blood and other samples.

We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pasadena clinic — a clinician who can step in and deliver high-quality, whole-person care across a broad scope from day one.
This role sits at the center of Tia’s care model, blending primary care, gynecology, and behavioral health into a single, integrated experience. You’ll move fluidly between preventive care, urgent visits, procedures, and longitudinal care — without the luxury of a narrow scope.
You’ll also contribute to how we evolve care at Tia — partnering across disciplines, shaping clinical workflows, and helping us continuously raise the bar on quality and experience.
This is a role for someone who is confident in their clinical range, moves quickly without sacrificing rigor, and can be a steady, trusted presence for patients and the care team alike.
Schedule
Full-time (32–40 hours/week). Includes one evening per week and some rotating weekends. Flexibility to support nearby clinics as needed.

Tia requires that Nurse Practitioners complete credentialing with specified payors and that you authorize Tia to complete this credentialing through our preferred vendors.
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 ( Full time)
