Ad Product Strategy & Operations (PS&O) is a hybrid strategy and execution function within Roku’s Ad Product organization. We partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making, ensure launch readiness, and operationalize product strategy across Roku’s advertising portfolio. The team sits at the intersection of product development and business enablement. Our focus is on driving clarity, scalability, and alignment across initiatives, from roadmap planning through launch execution. We also collaborate closely with commercialization partners to ensure new products and solutions are brought to market effectively.
We're looking for a PS&O Lead with a performance advertising background to drive product strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution for Roku's growing performance advertising business. You'll develop and operationalize scalable frameworks to unlock revenue growth across our performance and growth advertising portfolio, ensuring tight alignment across product, sales, and legal teams. You'll act as a key strategic partner bridging product development with business enablement, identifying systemic roadblocks, workflow inefficiencies, and operational gaps that stand between our roadmap and the market.
The ideal candidate has built or scaled performance advertising products in a digital platform environment. You've worked across outcome-based buying systems: cost-per-action bidding, conversion optimization, audience targeting, measurement and attribution, and the feedback loops that make performance campaigns work at scale. You understand how growth marketers evaluate platforms, what drives adoption of new buying products, and how to translate complex ad tech into something a sales team can confidently sell. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You'll operate with autonomy, move fast, and own the commercialization and triage work that determines whether Roku's performance advertising platform becomes a must-buy for growth marketers.

The world is cutting the cord and streaming its TV online, a shift that has dramatically changed how advertisers target, reach and measure their preferred audiences in ways that broadcast TV and cable never could.
Roku Ads Manager is our answer to the growing demand in streaming advertising. Our self-serve platform just entered General Availability (GA) in September 2024 and has picked up major momentum. Our Ads Manager team is small, gritty, and focused on scaling the best streaming ad platform in the market. We move fast, pivot quickly, and work hard. We rally around decisions, challenge assumptions, and push the limits on what advertising can do for growth marketers, performance agencies, and any other business interested in making the big screen work for their brands’ objectives.
The Roku Ads Manager team is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us scale our platform.
TV ads were once reserved for large national brands. Roku believes that it’s better for streamers, brands, and our company that all businesses have a path to advertising in streaming. Roku Ads Manager is our answer to democratizing streaming advertising, creating a self-serve path for businesses of any size to get their brand on the big screen.

What The Role Is
We're looking for a Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content — responsible for upleveling how Babylist shows up across social channels, how we build and sustain creator relationships at scale, and how we translate social attention into trust, advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Media, you will expand on our current social and influencer strategy and manage our social team. This role will lead creator strategy, strengthen community engagement, and continue elevating the quality and impact of our content.

Runwise is a fast-growing climate tech company that helps buildings operate more efficiently by controlling key energy systems like heating and hot water. Our hardware and software are used in 10,000+ buildings across the U.S., reducing energy usage, lowering operating costs, and cutting carbon emissions at significant scale. Today, Runwise technology removes the equivalent of 100,000 cars’ worth of carbon emissions from the road each year.
We are headquartered in New York City and have established markets in Boston, Chicago, the Great Lakes, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. As we continue to expand, our territory business is a major part of the company’s growth story.
The Role

We are looking for someone who can help us build and expand our presence in New England by creating pipeline, developing smart outbound strategies, and becoming deeply familiar with the local market. You will spend much of your time on outbound prospecting, but this role also includes a broader market-building element: identifying creative ways to generate opportunities, building relationships around the ecosystem, and helping us refine what works in the territory.
This role is a strong fit for someone who likes autonomy, enjoys figuring things out, and wants the freedom to create results in the way that works best for them. We care deeply about outcomes. We are much less interested in forcing people into a rigid process.
If you are someone who knows how to generate opportunities, build momentum in a market, and bring a thoughtful, tech-savvy approach to business development, we would love to hear from you.
New England is one of Runwise’s most important growth markets, and this role will have real visibility and impact as we continue to expand beyond New York. This is a chance to do more than just book meetings. You will help us learn the market, refine our approach, and contribute to the next phase of the company’s growth.
It is also a strong opportunity for someone who wants room to grow. Runwise is a place where talented people are encouraged to build careers that fit their strengths, whether that means growing deeper in sales, helping expand into additional markets, or eventually moving into another part of the organization.
Salary Range OTE: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience
Commission is uncapped, and the OTE for this role is designed to be realistic and achievable for strong performers.
