The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.

About the role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior RevOps Specialist who will own revenue performance through systems, automation, and analytics, ensuring measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency, conversion quality, retention economics, and forecasting reliability.
You will combine CRM automation, performance analytics, and cross-functional governance to optimize the end-to-end GTM engine, proactively identify inefficiencies, and drive predictable revenue growth. This is a high-impact role: you design, implement, monitor, and iterate solutions that directly influence conversion, retention, and revenue. This is not a project management role; you build, ship, measure, and optimize.

4- 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience

Prior exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Contract Manufacturing strongly preferred
Demonstrated success across the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and closing

What you will do

What you will do
This is an opportunity to contribute to a key stage of the client journey: onboarding new customers to Lighthouse (within the impact of the direct products from The Hotels Network). You will join our team as an Implementation Specialist, acting as the primary technical guide for our new clients in the crucial post-sales phase. You will guide clients through the setup process, answer questions, and help solve technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. This person will own a portfolio of Partners from a Services/delivery perspective and act as their strategic advisor. They will drive scale and maturity to help their Partners deliver high-quality results for our customers while expanding their Workato practice.
Internally, this person will work with other partner functions (Partner Sales, Enablement, Experience, Operations) and key teams at Workato (Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services). Externally, this person will work with partner leaders (executives, practice owners, technical leads, project managers, etc), and will also interact directly with prospective & existing customers as needed.
This role will be critical in building and scaling the global Partner Success department - creativity and hard work, combined with relevant (and successful) experience are essential.
Language: Fluency in English required
Travel: Estimated at 25%, but may vary higher/lower as needed
