Lead end-to-end APAC (India and Singapore) and EMEA (UK, Spain, France, and Italy) payrolls.
Act as the primary SME for APAC payroll, advising stakeholders on regulatory requirements, tax implications, and best practices.
Handle escalated employee payroll and tax inquiries in both APAC and EMEA with expert-level support.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and for audit readiness.
Own payroll reconciliations and month-over-month variance analysis; lead monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory reporting across all active payroll countries.
Ensure compliance with all Indian statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Income Tax/TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
Manage external payroll vendors against SLAs, holding partners accountable for accuracy and continuous improvement.
Partner cross-functionally with HR and Finance across the employee lifecycle to ensure accuracy in new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and variable compensation payments.
Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile payroll liabilities, resolve GL variances, and support accurate month-end and year-end close.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits, leading documentation preparation, issue resolution, and remediation.
Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks across all active payroll countries.
5+ years processing payroll in a complex or multinational environment, with deep expertise in India payroll regulations, TDS filings, statutory compliance, and year-end processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex reconciliations, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit practices, and payroll risk management.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence HR, Finance, and external partners.
Strong written and verbal communication; fluency in English required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Workday payroll and HRIS integrations preferred.

We are hiring a Staff / Senior Applied Scientist to lead the design and deployment of production-grade GenAI and ML systems with a strong emphasis on being hands-on. You will personally build, iterate, and ship systems focused on LLM/SLM optimization for agentic, multi-agent architectures in cloud environments.
This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in one or more areas of LLM/SLM optimization for agent-based systems, and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operating large-scale multi-agent systems in the cloud.
Hands-on ownership of building and shipping multi-agent systems (planner/executor, tool-using agents, supervisor patterns, routing, role-based agents) from prototype to production.
Write production-quality code for agent orchestration, tool integration, memory/state design, and context management.
Lead context engineering strategies for multi-agent coordination: prompt design, state persistence, agent handoffs, grounding, constraints, and safety controls.

Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving net‑new customer acquisition and revenue growth for TraceLink’s MINT (Multi‑Enterprise Information Network Tower) across the EMEA region. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through close, and operates using TraceLink’s value‑based sales methodology, defined sales stages, and disciplined pipeline management practices.

Software Engineer III (Java + JavaScript + SQL)
TraceLink is seeking an experienced full time Software Engineer III to join our team to work on our Analytics products. If you’ve got a solid grasp of SQL, Java and Javascript and familiarity of cloud environments like AWS. The Supply Chain Orchestration Knowledge Expert is a domain and subject matter expert responsible for developing, structuring, and maintaining the messaging and positioning and subsequent knowledge artifacts that power TraceLink’s Agentic Orchestration Solutions (AOS) go-to-market execution, field team enablement campaigns, and AI-driven experiences for both the customer personas and TraceLink field teams.

Skills and Qualifications
3 - 5 years in a product management, product marketing, solution consulting, or analyst roles with a specific focus on life sciences manufacturing, logistics, and/or adjacent roles.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills, especially for senior executive audiences.
Ability to create clear, structured narratives from ambiguous or highly technical information.
Experience producing content such as briefs, whitepapers, frameworks, or strategic analyses.

Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for owning, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of TraceLink Enterprise customers within an assigned territory. Position Overview
The Director of Account Executives, US will lead and scale a high‑performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving new logo acquisition as well as net revenue retention and expansion across TraceLink’s US customer base. This role is dual focused on landing new logo prospects as customers, and also deepening customer value through multi‑product adoption, renewals, and strategic expansion, with an emphasis on TraceLink’s rapidly evolving supply chain platform.
Reporting to the VP of US Sales, you will play a critical leadership role on go‑to‑market strategy, aligning closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes from TraceLink’s solutions. As TraceLink continues to expand beyond Track & Trace into broader digital supply chain, network, and analytics capabilities, this role requires a strategic, adaptable leader with a strong growth mindset and experience selling platform‑based SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Account Executives focused on either new logo acquisition or renewals, expansion, and cross‑sell/up‑sell within Enterprise & Mid‑Market.
Own and execute the US account expansion strategy, driving increased adoption of TraceLink’s platform across multiple products and use cases.
Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to translate product innovation into compelling customer value propositions.
Establish executive‑level relationships within customer and prospect organizations, positioning TraceLink as a strategic supply chain partner, not just a point solution.
Ensure disciplined account planning, including whitespace analysis, value hypothesis development, and multi‑year growth plans for top accounts.
Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and QBR execution, with clear visibility into new logo acquisition, renewal and expansion health.
Support complex sales cycles including RFPs, renewals, platform expansions, and enterprise negotiations.
Enable the team to sell outcomes and ROI, particularly around supply chain digitalization, network‑based solutions, compliance, and predictive insights.
Represent TraceLink at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings to reinforce thought leadership and customer trust.

Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a strong emphasis on account management, expansion, and renewals.
3+ years of sales leadership experience, managing and developing quota‑carrying Account Executives.
Proven success driving new logo acquisition, net revenue retention and multi‑product expansion within an existing customer base.
Experience selling platform or portfolio‑based solutions in complex industries.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to C‑suite, Supply Chain, IT, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement leaders.
Highly analytical and strategic, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and unblock both customer and internal challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations, RFP responses, and internal alignment documents.
Comfortable operating autonomously while balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑evolving environment.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed (primarily US‑based).

Responsibilities

Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist
As part of the Revenue Accounting organization, the Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist with billing, collections, and account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments. This role supports the accounting team by maintaining customer records, processing invoices, and resolving payment discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical ability, and communication skills, and will thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Onboard new contracts, amendments, SOWs, and change orders
Review customer sales orders for completeness per contract
Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit memos on a daily and monthly basis for subscriptions and professional services
Record and apply daily customer payments (ACH and wires) within NetSuite
Perform A/R aging analysis by monitoring account details for non-payments, delays, or irregularities and follow up with customers as needed
Assist the A/R and Revenue team with month-end closing activities, including A/R aging reports and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contact information in NetSuite
Complete and maintain customer vendor forms as requested
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices after conducting appropriate research
Support audits and provide documentation as needed
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or billing; internship experience is a plus
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (internal and customer-facing)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency
Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
