As a Bartender at Soho House, your role is to deliver excellent service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Your main focus is to ensure our drinks service is to the highest standard.

Main Duties

• Providing warm, friendly and efficient service according to our steps of service.
• Following our full allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests and team.
• Possessing a strong understanding of drink menus in order to make recommendations, pairings and accommodate specific requests.
• Efficiently making all drink orders as per specs and timings.
• Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented.
• Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed.
• Verifying the age of guests when needed.
• Reporting and resolving any complaints and handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements

A successful Bartender for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You will have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and have experience preparing cocktails and serving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to collaborate with simplicity, kindness and passion.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill..

Main Duties

• Greet members as they settle down at their table and introducing them to menus.
• Ensure tables are set up before seating members and offering them water or drinks. Ensure water is topped up throughout their stay.
• Take members’ orders and deliver them to the kitchen staff for preparation.
• Confirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table.
• Correctly open bottles of wine or champagne and pour for members. Ensure glasses are topped up throughout their stay.
• Provide service and accountability for designated section.
• Ensure you are asking members about any allergy of dietary requirements.
• Possess a strong understanding of the food and drink menu in order to make recommendations on pairings and any other specific member requests.
• Enquire if the members are satisfied with food or drink and asking if they need anything else. Accommodating special requests where possible to creative a positive outcome that will result in a memorable experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.
• Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.
• Provide members with the bill and processing payment via card or utilising the SHApp and House Pay.

 Key duties… 

• Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks (painting, basic plumbing, light bulb changes, furniture assembly, etc.) 

• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work orders as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor 

• Assist with inspections of equipment, fixtures, and building systems to identify issues early 

• Help with room and facility setups for meetings, events, or club functions 

• Keep maintenance tools, workspaces, and plant rooms clean, tidy, and safely stored 

• Monitor stock of essential maintenance supplies and report shortages

Estamos buscando Housekeeping attendant para unirse a nuestro equipo. Apoyarás al equipo de limpieza con tareas generales de limpieza de zonas comunes y de habitaciones, mantendrás las áreas de almacenamiento organizadas y ayudarás con las peticiones de los huéspedes. Un/a housekeeping attendant exitoso debe ser confianza, organizado, confiable y apasionado por la creación de espacios ordenados con una gran actitud.

• Limpieza de habitaciones, zonas comunes en base a los estándares marcados por la empresa
• Limpieza de exteriores: jardines, piscinas, escaleras..
• Eliminación de residuos y basura de forma adecuada y siguiendo los procedimientos de calidad establecidos por la compañía
• Controlar el stock de productos y material necesarios para llevar a cabo su trabajo
• Coordinar con el departamento de mantenimiento los repasos de habitaciones para detectar posibles reparaciones antes de la llegada del cliente
• Reposición de minibar en las habitaciones
• Reposición y gestión correcta de los amenities
• Mantener las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas respetando la intimidad y pertenencias de los huéspedes.

The role… 

At Soho House a Host/Hostess is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the Club or F&B Operation(s)/Restaurant(s). The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure. Responsibilities also entail excellent service to all guests, members and staff via friendliness, professional, and organizational efficiency. 

A successful Host, you may be responsible for training other reception team members on process and service standards set at Soho House. As an experienced Host you are required to be able to master our phone system, have a warm and friendly disposition, ensure all anticipated covers are accounted for during service and tables are ready for the reservation’s arrival. 

Main Duties 

• Ensure every member and guest is welcomed by name (if local/applicable) and new guests are welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner 

• Answer high-volume phone lines and confidently answer standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries in full and with complete detail 

• Create reservations for club/restaurants and assist F&B Managers on the floor with service standards and service execution 

• Punctuating all calls and interactions with friendliness, accuracy, and discretion 

• Work with the reception team to ensure excellent service for members and open dialogue is had to manage expectations properly 

• Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management to assess 
• Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional 
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager 

Required Skills/Qualifications 

• OpenTable and MICROS experience (Is a plus) 

• Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities. 

• Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter 

• Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment 

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions 

• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holiday’s (as needed) 

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.

At Soho House the Membership Manager is responsible for directly building and defining the local membership community to ensure the membership culture, experience and sales are maximised. They will manage their time to handle recruitment and acquiring (30% of time), communications, retention and member inquiries (30%) and on the floor face time with members and their guests (40%). You will be a direct link between our members and operations, acting as a voice for our members. 

An integral aspect of the role is developing relationships and understanding the member community, their mindset and needs, consistently being present and available on the floor, essentially dividing presence across morning, noon, and night. 

A membership manager will report into the Head of Member and Communications for the House or region, ensuring membership targets are achieved and that the overall experience within the House is consistently high quality, friendly and memorable. They will work cohesively with their peers in events and content to deliver the best possible experience for all who enter our Houses or locations. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Foster events and experiences that maintain the Soho House magic and promotes member engagement 

• Act as the face of the House to members and be available to respond positively to all inquiries and needs of our guests and ensure timely resolutions to any issues they may have 

• Daily evaluation of membership applications; competent on Salesforce platform where applications are held 

• Schedule and host member introductions to House rules and amenities 

• Liaise when necessary to resolve any issues with cards, payments or applicant paperwork 

• Monitor atmosphere and ambience; ensure that the service and attention our members and guest receive starts at reception and is consistently of top quality throughout their visit 

• Work regular weekly floor shifts, producing a nightly report detailing the profile and atmosphere of the club and observations 

• Host coffee chats, dinners and events for and with members to ensure consistent connection with the membership 

• Partner with all internal stakeholders by communicating and engaging all areas of the operation to support the member experience, including the marketing, food and beverage, finance, people and development and IT teams 

• Address membership enquiries quickly and efficiently and arrange follow up meetings when necessary 

• Collaborate with the head of member and communications to support member retention YOY, reducing attrition and increasing renewal ratios as agreed to budget 

• Gather feedback about the club (levels of service, facilities and member perceptions) as well as participate in delivering solutions that can manage expectations and support a better experience 

• Facilitate access to the club for visiting high profile members and personalities (as well as a limited number of guests), ensuring they receive good service and enjoy their time as our guests 

• Connect and network with the local creative community to build awareness about the House and support the recruitment of new members 

• Manage member behaviour reports daily; escalate to People & Development partners when necessary 

• Support Head of Membership & Communications with the hosting of committee meetings on a quarterly basis 

• Introduce members to the key people and line staff within the House 

What we are looking for...  

•  3- 5 years experience in customer management 

• Influential leader driven by data driven analytics and relationships built throughout the creative community to ensure proper process, effective programs and technology are in place to support further growth and develop through membership recruitment, pipeline,processand member retention  

• Creatively driven and culturally in-tune to develop / foster a network and knowledge to execute large scale events 

• Collaborative and communicates well to provide direction / delegation to efficiently accomplish task(s) at hand  

• Research as well as exceptional organizational skills and extraordinary relationship building skills 

• Ability to multitask and execute under pressure and in demanding fast-paced environments 

• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, a proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance, and administrative initiatives  

• Critical thinker and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively 

• An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours”. For example, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed and when applicable). This may or may not be required on a regular basis but is mandatory when needed.

At Soho House, a Senior Chef de Partie supports the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be instrumental in preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes in line with the club’s food philosophy.

Your main responsibility is to demonstrate technical expertise, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a proactive attitude towards training, hygiene, and consistency. You will contribute to menu development, ensure compliance with allergy procedures and dietary requirements, and act as a role model to more junior kitchen staff.

Key duties…

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards in quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering efficient and well-organized service during busy periods and events.
• Ensure full compliance with all food safety, allergy, hygiene, and health standards, including HACCP and company policies.
• Take ownership of mise en place and prep tasks, ensuring all elements are ready and of high quality for service.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie, helping to develop their technical skills and kitchen knowledge.
• Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu or service changes and specials alongside daily tastings.
• Assist in preparation of team meals as requested, considering dietary needs and variety.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning, improvement, and teamwork.
• Supporting with the deep cleaning of the entire kitchen before close.
• Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper area at the end of service.

What we are looking for...

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen environment.
• Culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential.
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
