The Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll help our customers get up and running on Affinity by importing their data and setting up the platform to support their workflows. You’ll work closely with our Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, and play a key role in communicating directly with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate the value of their data setup.

What you’ll do:

• Import and transform customer CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields so that customers can hit the ground running.
• Manage the data import queue with discipline — tracking status, ETA, priority, and next steps for every import.
• Clean, deduplicate, and validate data to ensure high-quality imports.
• Work with Onboarding and Implementation teams to map customer data to Affinity’s data model.
• Lead requirements-gathering conversations with customers to understand their data structures, workflows, and reporting needs.
• Translate customer requirements into well-structured data configurations and reports that align with their business goals.
• Build and deliver clear reports and dashboards for customers that surface key insights from their imported data.
• Communicate proactively with customers to clarify data formats, align on timelines, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the onboarding process.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and templatize repeatable workflows.

• Excel / Google Sheets power user — comfortable with VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and text manipulation.

• You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years of experience as a senior member of a team delivering end-to-end systems.

Tech stack

Our systems are built in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL and Redis on the backend, and Typescript and React in the frontend. Our infrastructure is hosted by AWS and runs on Kubernetes. However, this role is more heavily focused on backend development, but will have some frontend development initiatives.

• 5+ years of iOS development experience, with deep expertise in modern iOS development
• Expert-level SwiftUI skills: You have a strong understanding of SwiftUI architecture patterns, state management, MVVM, dependency injection, and compositional design.
• Swift 6 proficiency: You have a deep knowledge of modern Swift, including async/await.
• Shipped apps: You have a proven track record of shipping high-quality apps to the App Store.

Required:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent university-level education
• 2–4 years of experience in general ledger or transactional accounting (internship or prácticas experience welcome)
• Foundational understanding of IFRS, prior exposure to US GAAP a plus, with willingness to learn US GAAP reporting requirements
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Business-level English required

We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our support team at Affinity. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional customer communication skills to deliver world-class support for our B2B SaaS CRM platform. You'll be a critical bridge between our customers and engineering teams, resolving complex technical issues while contributing to our support organization's continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via video call, email, or chat in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot software and API-related issues, guiding customers through technical steps to resolve problems
• Work with webhooks, APIs, and other integrations to resolve issues and ensure smooth functionality
• Provide assistance and troubleshooting for customers setting up or managing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex customer problems and escalate issues when necessary
• Document customer interactions and technical issues to improve the knowledge base and internal resources
