As a Field Service Engineer – Early Career, you’ll take on a hands-on role supporting ASM’s advanced semiconductor equipment and helping our customers keep their fabs running at peak performance. You’ll build real-world expertise through structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning while working directly with technologies that power AI, 5G, cloud computing, and next‑generation devices. In this role, based in North-Valley/Phoenix, AZ at our customer site, you’ll launch your engineering career at the center of cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing. Annual Pay Range

As a Senior Technical Sustainment Manager focused on customer enablement, you will own a portfolio of law enforcement agencies who have completed their initial RMS implementation, and have achieved sustained adoption with their initial build. The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 141,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 225,600 in the highest geographic market. Project Management: Oversee large and/or complex deployments, ensuring that project scope is clearly defined, timelines are met, and all stakeholder communications are managed effectively.
Customer Interaction: Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-Suite Leadership, Directors of IT, and Directors of Security, to ensure successful adoption and implementation of Axon products.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials, ensuring customer teams are fully equipped to use Axon products effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of all training sessions and deployment milestones.
Customer Feedback: Document and communicate customer feature requests and issues, providing valuable feedback to sales, product management, and other internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Smartsheets to manage project timelines, track resource allocation, and report on project status.

• Coordinate field surveying, dimension, and field verification with Superintendent or subcontractor including elevation, control points, and compilation of as-built data.
• Perform material take offs from drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for required project materials and monitor delivery status in support of construction schedule, construction budget, and project specifications.
• Provide all project administration and correspondence functions including permitting, bonding, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Assist PM in the development of SSHEP’s and setting up Project Kick Off Meetings.

Axon is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Global Credit and Collections who will lead worldwide credit risk and order to cash operations. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping global credit strategy, driving organizational transformation over cash collections, and leading a team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate is a result-oriented leader who can operate and both the strategic and operational level – influencing senior stakeholders while ensuring flawless execution globally.
This role will work cross functionally to gather customer requirements early in Axon’s sales cycles to improve the customer invoicing experience. The Director will be a key business partner to internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and IT). You will help drive policy development, process design, operational excellence and change management as Axon improves its processes and technology utilized in the Global Credit and Collections lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and updating accurate reserves, having a strong understanding of customer contracts and billing within Axon’s CRM and ERP systems, as well as understanding how Axon satisfies its performance obligations to customers and issues invoices.
You will help drive business requirements to deliver enabling technologies that ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection based on Axon’s contracts and orders. Your mission will be to develop and deliver best practices to support improved cash collections and reduced bad debts.
You will help lead various data standards initiatives, including customer master data, customer contracts, and accounts receivable details, working closely with Finance, Sales Operations and IT business partners. You will help deliver new policies or policy updates and process documentation where needed.
You will lead a team of credit and collections professionals, providing leadership over an organization of approximately 20 employees. This position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations. This role will be customer facing at times, representing Axon with a high degree of professionalism, collaboration and ownership. The Director will work closely with the quoting, order processing, and IT teams, as well as members of the Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
The Director will own various internal controls including credit worthiness, cash application, and provisions for uncollectible receivables.

As a Senior Collection Analyst, you will collaborate with business partners to ensure that the collections process function is smooth and efficient. This role will be instrumental in the collections of outstanding accounts receivable and all other aspects of collections. You will be responsible for resolving customer billing issues and for reducing accounts receivable delinquency, along with other collection management functions.
We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual who has a proven capability of prioritizing multiple responsibilities while meeting goals and deadlines. This role will be a key contributor to an exciting, fast-paced, high growth organization. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to help strengthen our collection process to scale with the company’s long-term goals.

This role is based out of any of our offices and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
