The Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering leads the strategy, engineering, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of Verisign’s enterprise IAM program and services. This role owns the operational effectiveness and roadmap for IAM capabilities, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), access management, MFA, and related identity services across our on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Qualifications and Preferred Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related discipline
• 15+ years of related experience in IAM, security engineering, or related technology roles, including experience leading teams and delivering enterprise IAM programs, services, and operations

Two Six Technologies is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a small engineering team to be a hands-on-keyboard contributor to the deployment and operation of our public-facing and customer-facing systems in support of national security missions.

You will be responsible for deploying, securing, and monitoring our production, test, and development environments. Our environments are in Digital Ocean and AWS, with most of our applications running in Docker containers. You are a great fit if you are experienced with Ansible, Terraform, and/or other similar tools to manage and automate these types of deployments. Our primary datastore is PostgreSQL, and we also support applications that use MySQL and Elastic. 

Most of your day-to-day will be focused on engineering activities and collaborating with our technical team members on system designs and strategic technical decisions. This position plays a hands-on role securing systems that support critical Defense and Intelligence missions. This position is focused on applying risk management frameworks, engineering security controls, and maintaining system authorizations for cloud and on-prem environments.

Role Summary:
Exiger is seeking a mission-driven Federal Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support the security, accreditation, and regulatory compliance efforts for our U.S. Public Sector business. This role will play a critical part in executing federal security programs, enabling government authorizations, and ensuring secure cloud architecture across civilian and defense environments.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving operational excellence across federal compliance programs while supporting Exiger’s continued growth within the federal marketplace.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the execution of Exiger’s federal information security and authorization strategy across civilian and defense environments
• Lead day-to-day activities associated with federal accreditation programs, including FedRAMP High, DoD CC SRG IL5/IL6, and agency-specific Authority to Operate (ATO) initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and update System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, and supporting documentation for federal compliance frameworks
• Ensure continuous monitoring, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting across all in-scope systems
• Build and maintain customer-ready security documentation and assurance packages to support federal procurement and oversight
• Partner with engineering, cloud infrastructure, and product teams to ensure security controls are properly implemented and maintained within system architectures
• Translate federal cybersecurity requirements (NIST, FISMA, CMMC, RMF) into actionable system-level controls and implementation guidance
• Coordinate with Authorizing Officials (AOs), agency security teams, and third-party assessment organizations (3PAOs) during authorization and audit processes
• Support automation efforts for compliance evidence collection, reporting, and risk management tracking
• Assist in security briefings and documentation to support federal customer engagements and delivery

What You Need:

• 5–10+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity, information assurance, or cloud compliance roles (ISSO, ISSE, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience supporting ATO processes within federal environments, including RMF lifecycle activities
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and/or DoD IL5/IL6 requirements in cloud or SaaS environments
• Strong working knowledge of federal security frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FISMA, and CMMC
• Experience developing and maintaining SSPs, POA&Ms, and other accreditation artifacts
• Experience working in AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or similar regulated cloud environments
• Understanding of cloud security principles including identity and access management, encryption, vulnerability management, and logging/monitoring

• Negotiate, draft and advise on software platform licensing and professional services agreements with various government entities, worldwide and prime-contractors. Required Experience:

• J.D., or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 5+ years as a Counsel, or Contracts Manager with significant public sector experience, including business with state and local governments.

• Deep experience navigating FAR/DFARs framework. 

• Proven track record of ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts with government entities and reseller/distribution agreements with commercial partners.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders;

• Experience with IT-related legal issues (e.g., cybersecurity, software licensing, cloud services) preferred.

• Knowledge of CMMC 2.0 and National Industrial Security Program Operating manual  requirements.  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with specific agency supplements to the FAR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or similar work. 
• An Active Government Clearance (Top Secret and above, without any limitations) is required. 
• Ability and interest to maintain an Active TS:SCI Clearance (CI or FSP), with the ability and willingness to perform work within cleared facilities (SCIF work is required). 
• Approximately 5+ years of experience as an IT systems administrator building, maintaining, scripting, patching, & managing hosts, databases, and interconnected Cloud services with significant experience in a security-focused role and a strong understanding of GRC principles.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Proven ability to contribute to the development of System Security Packages (SSPs).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, with a focus on security best practices for cloud environments.
