The Team
The Delegated Administration team is expanding Auth0 to help B2B SaaS applications easily manage access for their own customers and partners, at scale. We make it possible for enterprise SaaS users to log in with the right set of permissions within the right context, and for our B2B customers to onboard access for their customers easily. Our work is cross-cutting and always heavily customer driven.
We work in NodeJS (JavaScript and TypeScript) and use PostgreSQL for our data needs. Our services run on AWS and Azure and we lean heavily on containers for both our development and production needs.

As a Senior Manager, Demand Generation, your key area of responsibility will be building a modern, high-velocity demand generation function, lead a team of campaign professionals, and serve as the central force that transforms how Geotab runs campaigns, moving from activity-based marketing to outcome-driven demand generation. Serve as the campaign orchestration hub, bringing together Segment Marketing, Digital, ABM, Creative, Events, and Sales Enablement into a unified, coordinated campaign motion.
Work directly with Sales leadership to ensure campaigns convert, including tight feedback loops on lead quality, follow-up rates, and campaign-sourced pipeline.

8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in demand generation or integrated campaign roles within a technology or SaaS company.
Bachelors in a related field or Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is highly valued).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent), CRM (Salesforce), and campaign analytics tools.

You are an expert in digital and web properties, love solving product stories through visual and UI designs, enjoy working with design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to get projects launched. Reporting to the Digital Design Manager, you will be working with visual designers, UX, copywriters, digital strategists, and brand designers to deliver digital design solutions against creative briefs. You will collaborate with web producers and developers to launch innovative designs that tell Okta’s brand and product story on our websites.

What you’ll do:

Builds relationships and serve as a technical point of contact partnering with stakeholders including customers, product managers, cross-functional partners, and external partners and other internal team members.

What you’ll bring to this role:
10 - 12 years of experience using object-oriented programming to build scalable applications.
Post-secondary Diploma/Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
Proven expertise in design and architecture with experience in Python, Google Compute Engine, and Google BigQuery.
Expert knowledge of SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL database design, optimization, and query writing.
