As an Analytics Engineer in the Analytics Foundation team, you help the whole company use data with confidence. As Executive Exchange Project Manager, you'll be the operational owner of the entire Executive Exchange function. That spans two areas:

Join Mentimeter as our Senior Data Scientist, where you will set new standards for data science craft within the Data & Analytics (DNA) department and play a pivotal role in advancing our analytics capabilities to drive impactful, data-informed strategies for our SaaS-based business. We work at the intersection of analytics, data science, and business to deliver actionable insights and solutions that enable better decisions across departments, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Your contributions will directly influence key business outcomes such as customer retention, engagement, and expansion.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with and be supported by cross-functional teams of data scientists, data engineers, user researchers, product managers and company leaders who are passionate about Mentimeter’s mission and using data to achieve it.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy machine learning models, such as predictive scoring, clustering, and forecasting, with a strong focus on technical aspects of production deployment.
• Build and ship internal data products that activate models and insights in the right systems and tools to drive impact.
• Be a key part of our Analytics team to align priorities, partner with stakeholders and ensure solutions are relevant and impactful.
• Collaborate closely with our Data Platform Team, Analytics Engineering, and other sister teams to enable the business to proactively act on data and create business impact.
• Elevate the data science craft within the Data & Analytics department by setting new standards, implementing innovative approaches and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Translate complex data analyses into compelling narratives and visualizations that resonate with diverse audiences.

We believe you have

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven expertise in data science methodologies, with strong proficiency in machine learning techniques and programming languages (e.g. Python and SQL).
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and product analytics.
• Expertise in ML modeling with a focus on production deployment and ML engineering best practices (e.g. versioning, monitoring, testing).
• A builder mindset and interest to build internal products and systems that scale, leveraging automation, generative AI, and data to drive Mentimeter’s growth and efficiency.
• Solid software engineering practices, including git, code reviews, and writing performant, maintainable code.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers on data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analyses and actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts through clear narratives and visualizations.
• A track record of mentoring team members and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data tools (e.g. Looker, Hex, Snowflake) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience working within a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the unique business challenges and opportunities it presents.

• Swedish is not required (as daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ different nationalities)

As a Publisher Development Manager, you will be responsible for business growth through strong problem solving and solution driven thinking. Your role is pivotal to ensure adoption and engagement of our product with our partners and establishing impact.com in the Nordic market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners and publishers to the impact.com platform to build out our marketplace of publishers in the Nordics. Your key responsibilities will include the sourcing of key publisher and partner details, and to build and actively convert your pipeline of Nordic publishers. You will also act as the point of contact for brands and prospects across the Nordics to discuss partnership strategies and to facilitate publisher/brand partnerships. This role will work directly with the Nordics team and collaborate closely with the wider Publisher Development EMEA function

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a publisher facing role either from a brand or network perspective or comparable experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic market and customer behaviour, ability to connect this knowledge with new and emerging publisher and partner types

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and identifying gaps in impact.com’s Nordics partner and publisher offering and filling these gaps through active publisher acquisition of key partners to our marketplace
• Working with emerging partner types to convey nuanced value proposition to Impact client base and accelerate time from sign up to activationIdentifying and growing emerging partner and publisher segments and making partnerships available to brands by allowing them to scale
• Interface between brands/prospects and publishers: understand and relay publisher value propositions and ability to translate brand/prospect needs to effectively connect brands with relevant publisher partners
• Develop internally and externally facing materials, presentations, webinars and other content to educate partners, publishers, brands, and internal teams
• Identifying sales and expansion opportunities amongst partner base for our supply side products
• Continuously learn about our product offering and ability to tackle partner issues or direct requests to relevant teams to deliver a solution.
