At Mentimeter, organic growth is a core part of how we scale across both self-serve and enterprise. With search evolving quickly, there’s an opportunity to rethink how we show up across queries, use cases, and increasingly AI-driven experiences.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to drive Mentimeter’s organic acquisition strategy — making sure high-intent users find us, understand us, and convert through SEO, AI-era discoverability, structured content and localization. You’ll help define the next version of organic discovery at Mentimeter — shaping how we capture demand and stay visible when it matters most.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll set the strategy and execute it by building and publishing indexable pages directly in our CMS using approved templates/components, while keeping a scalable content architecture across personas and markets. You’ll help shape how Mentimeter is discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer experiences.
You’re the kind of person who can zoom out and set a clear organic strategy — then zoom in and ship pages that perform.

📍 Location: This is a hybrid role at Mentimeter HQ in Stockholm. Our guideline is 3 days a week at the office.

We are now looking for a Director of Growth Marketing (1-year cover starting mid June) to take ownership of our digital growth and continue building on a strong foundation.

As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own Mentimeter’s digital growth strategy and execution end-to-end.
You will lead a team across three core areas:
These areas are deeply interconnected. Your role is to ensure they work together as a cohesive growth system, driving registrations, activation, and revenue.
You will be directly accountable for how digital contributes to self-serve growth and enterprise pipeline & lead generation.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and prioritization across teams, and play a key role in shaping how growth is prioritized at a company level.
Reporting to the CMO, you will act as the owner of digital growth at Mentimeter, responsible for both direction and results.
The role starts mid June and includes a handover period before the leave.
🔥You’ve led growth in an environment where multiple teams, channels, and product surfaces need to work together.
A proven growth leader with experience in SaaS or product-led environments
📊 Data-driven and analytical, with a strong understanding of performance, budgets and ROI
🎯 Hands-on across paid, SEO and website — comfortable balancing strategy with execution
🌍 A strong understanding of how digital channels work together to drive growth
🤝 Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
🚀 Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments where there is no clear playbook, prioritizing effectively, and navigating complexity

We’re on a mission to help people listen, learn, and work better together — and we’re looking for a skilled EMEA Customer Marketing Manager to help drive regional impact across high-touch and premium accounts with a strong focus on DACH.
As part of the Global Customer Marketing team, reporting to the Customer Marketing Director, you’ll translate global strategy into locally relevant, commercially impactful initiatives. You’ll work closely with EMEA Sales leadership to prioritize accounts based on our revenue model, own the regional event strategy and budget, and deliver campaigns that drive account engagement and inbound opportunities.
This is a hands-on, ownership-oriented role — you’ll be both execution-driven and commercially minded, with real accountability for measurable business outcomes.

Executive Exchange is how we do that. This role is at the center of it all.
As Executive Exchange Project Manager, you'll be the operational owner of the entire Executive Exchange function. That spans two areas:
The Executive Academy, where we run certification courses and masterclasses grounded in cognitive neuroscience and designed for genuine behavior change. And the Executive Community, which includes Curiosity Club dinners, Advisory Boards, and The Shift, our flagship multi-day conference for senior leaders.
You'll turn strategic direction into flawless execution: owning the master calendar, coordinating stakeholders across the business, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium standard our most important customers expect.
But this role goes beyond logistics. Every dinner, every course, every interaction with a senior executive is an opportunity to learn: about their goals, their challenges, how they use Mentimeter, and what they need from us next. A core part of your job is making sure those insights don't stay in a notebook. You'll build the systems and habits that turn what we learn into actionable intelligence for our Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams, so they can strengthen relationships, improve our offering, and create more value for these customers.
This is not a supporting role. You own workstreams end-to-end, operate with high autonomy, and are directly accountable for the operational quality of everything we deliver to senior executives at our most important customers.
You're a senior operational leader who combines sharp project management with genuine warmth and premium taste. You see the strategic picture and execute the details with equal confidence.
You don't just manage logistics. You care about the experience, and you care just as much about what happens after. You're the kind of person who thinks about how a dinner conversation becomes an insight that strengthens an account relationship, or how a certification course participant's feedback can sharpen our product strategy. You understand that premium experiences are a means to something bigger: lasting, trust-based relationships that make our customers more successful and our business stronger.
