DoorDash is looking for an analytical and entrepreneurial operator to join our team as an Associate Manager on our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team. Our mission is to grow local business within DoorDash, building best-in-class experiences for both our customers and our merchants alike. You will dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail, create high-impact strategies, and work alongside internal and external stakeholders to develop our brand and grow our business.
We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team. This role will play a key role in unlocking the next phase of growth for merchants by owning and executing local markets growth strategies across the Midwest and other strategic markets. In this role, you’ll design and execute innovative plans and experiments to increase market share, analyze performance at a granular level, and build reports, models, and tools that enable teams to scale impact. You’ll work across a range of metrics and partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive coordinated growth.
Location & Travel: Highly prefer candidates residing in Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Missouri (ideally near the Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Detroit, or St. Louis metro areas); requires twice-quarterly travel to our Chicago hub for team collaboration and project sprints.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Construction Administration personnel to join our team and support aviation projects across the Midwest. You will apply your diversified knowledge and experience to observe all phases of construction work, procedures, and verify conformance with plans, specifications, and standards. You will aid engineers, and construction managers with observation, inspection, and staking. You may work individually or as part of a larger team based upon project needs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in construction subcontract administration, strong understanding of contract language and risk allocation, and the ability to manage multiple subcontract workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual is detail oriented, collaborative, and capable of supporting contract negotiations, reviewing redlines, and enforcing standardized subcontracting processes across project.

While this role requires technology expertise, the driving need of this role is to provide a strategic understanding of how technology (both new and existing) can be best leveraged on large complex projects. This involves being part of the project from the RFP phases (recognizing any digital requirements or opportunities to advance technology), to being part of the capture and contract phase (to recognize any onerous digital requirements or capitalize on technology capabilities) through the digital planning of the design, execution and delivery phase of the project or program.

We are looking for individuals who have detailed functional knowledge and understanding of home inspections, and experience leading residential construction rehab projects to join us as a Project Manager in our Construction. You will have expertise in identifying and executing repairs necessary to bring the home to meet company standards, and creating a safe and enjoyable habitat for prospective tenants. Your remit is to ensure the completion of property inspections, preparation of repair bids to Company standards using approved pricing, and lead all aspects of the rehab process including selection and oversight of approved vendors/contractors, timeline management of the repair project, and quality assurance.
This position operates in the field at our properties in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area.
