In this role, you will collect, verify, and reconcile mileage and fuel purchase data to ensure accurate reporting. You will play a key part in supporting transportation compliance by preparing and submitting tax reports to federal and state authorities. To succeed, you will need exceptional attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and strong organizational abilities to manage monthly deadlines. Knowledge of IFTA and Highway Use Tax (HUT) is a plus, but we will provide training for the right candidate.

As a Utility Pole Inspector, Duties will include complete utility pole excavation 18” below ground level and general inspection. Candidates must like to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be willing to travel throughout the north central United States, including Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. For production work, you will be compensated hourly with an additional percentage based on the revenue generated for each completed pole inspection. Production work can include; visual inspections, sound and bore tests, and internal treatments, with an average goal or completion rate of 40+ poles per day.

As a Regional Manager – Foundations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for foundation and civil construction operations across a defined geographic region.

As a Lead Estimator – Industrial Electrical, you will provide leadership and technical direction for the estimating function, supporting complex industrial electrical and power infrastructure projects.
You will oversee the full estimating lifecycle—from bid strategy and takeoffs to pricing, subcontractor engagement, and final proposal development—while mentoring junior estimators and partnering closely with operations, project management, and executive leadership.
