During the annual business planning process, you will prepare industry insights and actively participate in business development meetings, coordinating cross-selling opportunities and implementing the One Michels approach. Finally, you will develop project-specific win strategies, attend industry events to gain local contacts, and support the creation of high-quality proposal documents throughout the pursuit process.
