Michels is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to join our growing Federal Programs team. This role serves as a key liaison between Michels and federal clients—including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)—to ensure successful project delivery. The Federal Project Manager will guide projects from award through completion by facilitating communication, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and supporting construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This position manages federal projects across all Michels business lines, which may include heavy civil, infrastructure, energy, utilities, and other federal pursuits. The ideal candidate brings strong federal project management experience and excels in communication, coordination, and client relationship management.
